Its fairly empty right now, I just stopped in for my favorite personal coffee mixture. They accommodate my favorite syrup requests that makes their Pikes Place coffee into a tasty drink for under $5.

This Starbucks location is Amazing Pretty much the best Starbucks location in Palmdale! Staff and store manager Jose are extremely helpful! They’re just awesome! Super easy to work with when ordering large orders or simply applying for the Starbucks Foundation which supports thriving communities through grants to nonprofit organizations! Location is easy to find, clean, and the staff is super helpful!

Its always a pleasure to go to STARBUCKS. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Sara who was super pleasant. I pulled around the corner and I was the only one there. I love when that happens! I payed with my prepaid app and I was out of there in 3 minutes. Coffee was great and I will be back.

I love Starbucks I go there like everyday so this is uncomfortable to write a negative review.Got my hot venti caramel macchiato today at this location and it was like 2-3 inches missing coffee, it usually full to the top at other Starbucks locations. I didn’t even see it until I got home which 30 minutes away so never mind. Ugh won’t go there again for sure!!!

This is the second time I’ve been here, I asked for extra caramel in my drink for the second time and they add less than the regular amount in the drink FOR THE SECOND TIME. I don’t recommend this Starbucks, drive down the street to the one by chick fil a it’s 100x better.

I used to have Starbucks everyday cos no other coffees give me a kick and keep me focused all day. Recently their coffee started tasting like its cut with water and scraped together from last night’s left over. sandwiches hot on the outside cold inside- bread dry and chewy. One time I asked for a pike they gave me a coffee that’s whiter than a vanilla shake. “can I please have a bit more coffee in my half and half? “ To be fair its not just this Starbucks that is whack but across different locations in CA. Even at Starbucks.

Made me stand and wait for 15 minutes for a prepackaged glazed donut. When I asked politely for a refund the employee then goes gets my donut and hands it to me no apology and goes back to what she was doing. I was very polite, I don’t understand why she would treat me like I hardly mattered it was embarrassing.

Misty at the register was socializing with a previous customer even though I was visible in line. And gratefully the customer was kind enough to end their conversation when she noticed me in line. I can appreciate good customer service but when others are waiting in line it makes more sense to attend to those in line than continue with an existing customer after theyve gotten their items.

This place is run by a miser or bad manager. Its a shame, too, because the staff is nice. I frequented this location often as it is convenient and close to me and my clients and friends.I notice that there arent too many people that stay inside, which is another nice thing. However, the manager keeps the place so frigidly cold, that even the employees work with jackets on! When asked about the temperature, we are told that it is controlled by corporate. I know that just cant be true. The music is so loud it gives you a headache!Today, however, I met someone there, and it was nice. The music was at a very acceptable level (not like a concert) and you could actually have a conversation without having to yell! The temperature was also more pleasant as well. When the manager or owner came in, suddenly the music went loud by over 10 notches!!! The manager/owner seems as if he doesnt like people. The employees become stiff, and the manager isnt friendly with customers, even those of us regulars! I may just have to find another location, and I suggest you do as well.No good service, no business from me. Ive had it.

This was my first time eve having any kind of problems at this location. Asked barista to load my card. Instead my card was used to pay for my food and my card was thrown in the trash. I asked where was the card? The barista said I threw it in the trash, did you want it?. After this I figured she did not reload my card so I was pretty much done after that. Love this location, Ill try again another day.

I just started working in this area maybe Im just use to my regular Starbucks on 10th and K. That location is super fast and really friendly this location its ok. I understand they had other orders ahead of me but I dont seem to understand how took over 5 minutes to warm up a muffin? I doubt Ill go back I love Starbucks but this location is not worth the wait. Ive been here twice.

People that work here are so rude. Ordered 2 hot coffees via mobile order and only 1 was ready when I walked in. They weren’t very busy because it was only 6am but it still took them awhile. When the guy handed me my coffee he didn’t even say a word he just handed it to me.

It all depends on who is working and if theyre familiar with you or not, generally speaking. I love Starbucks because I feel like the majority of the employees (regardless if they hate their job or their boss) are respectable and professional and even if I look like I should be getting my coffee at Dunkin Donughts on the eastside, the Starbucks staff never treats me like they agree. 😉

I would give 0 stars if I could in regards to their customer service. I called in regards to an application I had submitted online and asked to speak to a manager, instead the girl who answered me “TERESA” refused to connect me to a manager, said no we’re not hiring (which is fine, that’s why I was calling) but gave me no directions as to what steps I could possibly take and hung up. I have called other starbucks locations and they were all so helpful, and nice even when telling me they are not applying. I don’t think anyone should talk like that to customers over the phone.

Hinest review. Starbucks has good coffee but the baristas working there now are not being properly trained. Some baristas take your orders with an attitude like if you are not paying their salary bu consuming the products in the store. Starbucks model is to take care of consumers first but the batista ignore the cosumers most of the time, there is not welcome environment most of the time. Costumers talked to the managers and supervisors and they dont do anything to improve because the bursitis continue with their negative attitudes. If they dont want to make quality drinks and dont want to work then dont hired them. please!!!

Dropped in for a guava black tea and they were all out of guava, but the amazing barista Issac tall skinny kind barista recommended Dragon fruit with black tea and OMG my new favorite drink. Although I am not happy to fork out more than $3 for anything coffe-related, I am grateful that they let people work using their wi-fi. I was able to send some emails and conduct business calls at a clean place with excellent ambiance for the price of a coffee drink. I am also happy to support our young baristas and the coffee co-ops from around the globe who supply the coffee beans. A win-win!

By far the worst experience ever, machine printing orders to place on cups was broken, made us wait almost 30 mins, after asking for my order they didnt know what I order, after repeating my order they said well make it shortly/ it will be ready soon.. I asking them not to bother and refund me back my funds since my order was never started/completed, the employee at register made me wait longer to find out she didnt know how to do returns/my funds having to wait for another employee working the drive thru to return my funds.. the longest wait for nothing..

Really good! Havent had a Captain Crunch frappuccino. In years, must try if you have not tried it. Most baristas dont know what it is. Heres the recipe when you order.Add caramel syrup (1/2 pump for a tall, 1 pump for grande, 1.5 pumps for venti) Add toffee syrup (1 pump tall, 1.5 pumps grande, 2 pumps venti) Add hazelnut syrup (1/2 pump for a tall, 1 pump for grande, 1.5 pumps for venti) Optional: Add java chips if you want some crunch.
