This is hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks location! Abey and Alex went above and beyond when taking care of my long order! Abey took my order and their energy was so infectious! They were so patient and helpful when I was giving them my long drink order! Alex made the drinks exceptionally well and even made my personal drink first so that I had something to drink while I waited for the rest! Truly they are both exceptional employees and humans!

Great employees, theyre so chill and made my drink just right. I had a venti vanilla and Hazelnut coldbrew w heavy whipping cream. Very delicious but I dont recommend it if youre caffeine sensitive.

It is exactly what i want it to be every time. The best Starbucks I’ve been to, always friendly staff, spacious inside, good coffee.Today the young guy complimented my t shirt with attack on titan logo, and wrote “shinzo wo sasageyo” on my pastry bag! So cool 😎 made my day

I use to enjoy coming to this location because the space is large, however, one of the managers consistently treats people with a condescending attitude. When trying to get a refill on my tea, she was pretty rude and questioned if it was possible, which is embarrassing for leadership not to know it’s own procedures. Also, I have seen how she has handled some issues involving homeless and her approach has shown a deep lack of respect for human dignity.

They rudely ignore you and will not acknowledge you standing there until they are good and ready. If you say, excuse me the barely acknowledge you and say just a minute but that minute lasts until they feel like it. I been here several times and left tips, they still treat me like I dont exist. I hate rude people who are ungrateful for their easy job. There are hardly any customers ever there. I ordered ahead, just a coffee and this isnt the first time its happened. I get there and there are 5 people behind the counter two in the store and I still had to wait forever for just a simple cup of coffee. And asked twice if I could just ask a question and was told to wait. Never did let me ask my question. So rude.

Very popular Starbucks location, leading orders to take a decent amount of time. If youre in a rush, you should definitely order ahead. However, its very spacious so a good location to sit, chill, do some work, and the staff is also extremely friendly.

Hello, I would like to leave a little feedback for your supervisor, my name is Miguel I was there on a Thursday afternoon, I was on my way home from work but needed to use the restroom, I decided to stop there for that reason, as a Starbucks supervisor I understand that restroom is for customers only . But Im a partner so i thought there would be no problem with it. long story short, I was surprised by how much of a bad attitude your supervisor ANDREA has when it came to letting me know that restroom is for customers only, she ignored me for the first minute of me saying Excuse Me . So rude, really should be the bigger person and example to her partners but obviously shes not, I would appreciate if the store manager had a little talk with her about how much of a bad attitude she has and REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .

The bathroom situation really sucks and most of the time you have to wait a long time. Chill atmosphere but no plug ins..so limited time as far as getting work done. Staff is usually friendly but I did experience one of them thinking I was homeless when I hadnt shaved a week.

My first Starbucks friend!!! when i got there staff was friendly enough to recommend sweets and fraps, they were super patient and waited for my decisions. Its a cute place to be at with windows! Unfortunately theres no power outlets but i understand! If they did, Id probably be there the entire day typing away using their wifi haha

Seattle girl and Starbucks fan here!I was early to class and saw this Starbucks nearby so I popped in and got a tall London Fog. Excellently made. Employees were nice! The store was clean. Not crowded at all when I went but I know that fluctuates (be kind to your baristas folks!).

I love this Starbucks! The staff are really awesome (except fur this one always grumpy lady...) and the store is spacious but cozy. The thing is, tons of crazy people frequent this location so theres no power outlets/bathrooms/etc and thats a pity.

Manager is rude! Pressed me to make a purchase to stay after I had already made a purchase then kept coming over and saying you have 30 mins then you have to leave. Def not a comfortable atmosphere, Id actually like to get that managers name to make a complaint. Ive never been harassed in a place a business like that before.

Working at this store must be like being at battle. So volatile. Such a crazy intersection, with difficult customers.But youd never know that after interacting with employees Crystal and Adam. They were professional yet courteous--a difficult line to balance, especially in such a corporate environment as Starbucks. It was so refreshing now to be treated like a human, and at the same time get a good product.I have to walk a bit farther to this one compared to the La Brea/Santa Monica one, but its worth it.

To preface, I am a lover of very strong espresso beverages and black coffee. I had coffee at many highly rated yelp cafes around Los Angeles over my 8 day stay, and this place was my favorite- one of the only americanos that wasnt too weak for my taste. Their beans have great flavor. If you are a true coffee lover, Id highly recommend this place.

Theyre very friendly and accommodating here. The coffee tastes good, and is rich-tasting (this may sound strange, but Pikes Place and bold can actually differ from location to location).This place was remodeled about a year ago, its very nice inside. Oh, and they offer Google Fiber (although i just use my T-Mobile LTE hotspot which tends to be faster than many wifi connections anyway).

1 star only because Ive had 3 separate problems with non certified dogs coming in. The recent situation included 4 yes 4 large dogs weighing no less than 70 pounds and two of the dogs got into a fight in line next to customers. If your dog isnt cert its not allowed in a place that serves food and that goes for small dogs and large ones

Manager is the problem. I literally was in line to make a purchase so I can use the restroom and work without being told to make a purchase. Even though i send $200.00 plus a month at Starbucks all over LA. I had a sandwhich in my hand and askes if they had a restroom. She said yes, but you have to make a purchase. Slipping rude af! Dont you see me? She just stands around and barks orders at her staff. The staff is great girls are sweet. Very efficient. I feel bad for then. If this place fails its because of her. I couldnt even enjoy my sandwhich, because it made me upset. So I went to Tacos Gavilan across the street.

There are a lot of transients in the area...I saw one enter, use the restroom then proceed to eat multiple sugar packets while standing next to the drink condiments. Probably not where you want to go for a date, but fine for a quick drink or food item.
