This was quite a wonderful discovery today as we were driving down the strip of downtown Palm Springs, California, looking for Starbucks. I walked into this brand new look for a Starbucks Reserve store - very eclectic, high ceilings, art deco, clean, Plexiglass counter covid sanitary screens in place - beautiful store. A busy day, controlled pace as the BARISTA handed me my beverage with a nice...Enjoy your afternoon! My beverage was delicious as Starbucks standards always is good to the tee.

It wasnt busy, yet it took them over 10m to take our order... The drinks were, as usual, delicious and the staff was friendly but they didnt have a sense of urgency when people were waiting in line to order. I dont mind waiting for my drinks, once ordered, but I hate waiting in lines... :)

There was no wait to place my order on a Saturday morning around 9ish. There was a spot to sit inside while I waited for our order and it was nice and clean and spacious. It took a bit longer than u expected just for 2 drinks. But otherwise a pleasant experience. There is also plenty of parking outside the Starbucks since its in a big shopping plaza. I only wish they wouldve had a drive thru.

It was a busy Thanksgiving morning and 8 employees were earnestly working behind the counter. Watching their focus and speed was impressive and customer service from cashier and barista was very friendly and helpful. Its an exceptionally clean and well-run location. New holiday mugs and cups are great and Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino is to die for. Happy Holidays!

I changed my previous review due to a fabulous experience I just had. Not only is the staff kind, upbeat, and efficient, they take cleanliness seriously. For some reason people are denying our country has failed to eliminate the virus- completely deny the existence of the virus itself. The staff member is making my drink and had to stop doing so in order to ask a woman to pull up her mask which she had only partially on. I thanked the girl after the fact because while im young, I have an autoimmune disorder and going out is terrifying. I thank this location for upholding CDC standards and serving their community with the utmost professionalism.

Some of the staff were rude. I asked for my drink and mentioned the size 3 times. I dropped my mask some, not removed it, so they could heat me better, and a lady with purple hair quickly snapped at me asking me to put it back up, with an attitude! One of the most rude Starbucks I have been to thus far, and I go daily! When I finally got my pastry and my drink, the pastry was warmed and I asked for it not to be. I asked for a HOT white mocha, and got a cold drink! Good thing Im just visiting the area, would not recommend it! Doesnt even have a drive thru, best if you to the next one down the road.

I just moved and this will by my closest Starbucks. My first time I stopped in I was super impressed and coffee was on point. I love the energy the Batistas give, and they greet everyone through the door. Only reason not for 5 stars is due to my last two visits. One coffee was missing sweetener, and my last coffee didnt get the cream. Honest, simply mistakes that were very easily resolved with haste. Lets see if theyre redeemable and get their 5 stars within my next few visits!

I absolutely love how this Starbucks isn’t as busy as others I have been to. But then again I always order my Starbucks thru my app which makes it extremely easy for me when I’m in a rush which is most of the time. Staff is nice and always greets u with a smile and it’s genuine which is always a plus. Definitely recommend this place to this looking to get in and out quickly

Wow. Just such a poor experience today at this Starbucks, wrapping up what turns out may be the last time I visit this location. After a week of trying to place mobile orders only to have them make the drinks incorrectly at least twice in 3 days, long waits, and over-worked staff, today the bar was set even lower. The location was out of all breakfast sandwiches and all refresher drinks (plus other stuff I wasnt ordering) and this was, again, not the first time this week. We had to order other offerings--the food was ready when we arrived. We asked for a bag and were to told to pay 10 cents, ok, but had to go to the back of the line to do so. Thats ok since it took TWENTY MINUTES for my one drink to be made. Cold food to go with my coffee. When I went to add creamer to my coffee--guess what?--empty. I actually took 15 seconds of the employees time when paying my dime to tell him of these problems and he offered excuses and the promise they will try to do better. Gosh, I hope so because I know this Starbucks fan expects more--thats why I give Starbucks my business.

Always good. Expensive but good. Only complaint I have is this: I like to have two raw sugars added to my grande iced latte. I always have to ask the barrister to please swirl the hot espresso around in the cup so the sugar will melt, BEFORE adding the cold milk and ice. Incredibly! Everytime I get one the sugar is NOT melted and I end up chewing raw sugar while trying to enjoy my beverage. I dont understand what is so hard about swirling the hot espresso around in the cup before adding the milk and ice. Its pretty basic and simple. Just do it. For the price, I shouldnt have to ask. Very frustrating! This happens at every Starbucks, not just this one!

Did you know Starbucks originated in Seattle, WA ? Always makes me feel warm inside cause it does get cold in our desert too, not just the Pacific Northwest. I was in my way back to Ontario airport, so I stopped by for a caffeinated beverage. It was about 9 on a Tuesday morning and already crowded. Service was slow and there was a line almost to the door. Starbucks knows they have a huge revenue generating machine. Theyve gotten to the point of being arrogant and thinking that if people dont like their slow, cruddy service, then they have no other respite. But I say take care of your existing customers so that theyll always be your raving fans. This isnt the first Starbucks where Ive felt like I was invisible or put up with a long line. The least these employees could have done was send someone out with a notepad to take orders in advance. That way, it gives customers the impression that things are moving rather than making you feel youre just a walking wallet who is a bunch of numbers (profits) to them.
