Love this location! I come here 99% of the time because it’s the closest one to where I live. They’ve recently renovated the inside so there’s no indoor seating anymore, only outdoor. But I always pick up so that’s not really an issue. The drive thru lines always move fairly quickly but I’ve gotten used to doing the Starbucks app order for in store pickup and have never had an issue.The baristas are good at making the drinks perfectly too! Very rarely do I get a drink that doesn’t taste good at this location. They’re always very friendly too!

This is my go to location…I would always get my drink different so I figured a way to get the drink how I like it ….I always get the pink drink and a dragon drinkfor some reason i feel like the employees just don’t like me anymore .For a good while I started getting the drink how I like it or how I would ask for it but again my drinks always taste different.Today I asked for the same thing and it taste like literally water.I tried calling but it sounds like the line it’s occupied.My pink drink used to make me feel happy, not anymore

We picked up some coffee and had the most amazing customer experience. We only did drive thru and yet the barista was very kind and made the whole experience enjoyable:D you cant buy these kinds of people skills! This will be my go to Starbucks☕ shout out to all the night staff.

Even though the store opens at 4:30 a.m., the lobby opens at 6:00 a.m. this means that if you place a mobile order before 6:00 a.m., you need to pick it up at the drive-thru window. But then you get chastised for doing something dangerous. Even though theres no other way to pick up your drink. They babbled something about calling them so they can bring the drink through the doors, but I dont think it should be my responsibility when the app clearly states theyre open at 4:30 a.m.The store needs to understand that if the app says it opens at a certain time. Then people without cars will try to access services at that time. They should be prepared to serve everyone when they open.

This place was a bit busy when I get here, the servers no one would greet customers or acknowledge there’s customers waiting, I was standing there for ten minutes and she not even have her eyes contact, surprisingly she greeted the next male customer, I’m then asked if she ever saw I was there first at all to take the order, her answer was no I’m not from here.. Lol it’s doesn’t matter where you were transferred from as a customer service she should acknowledge who came in the door and greet them. This person needs help in training badly. Manager please do not put her in frontline cos you will get wrote badly for your store location .

I get his drink everyday. Iced Carmel macchiatto with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and usually it’s the same. A perfect even balance of strong and sweet. Not too much of one of the other. It’s never this milky. The barista didn’t read my drink right and I believe he poured out some of my drink. The espresso specifically to make room for the ingredient he missed. Almost 8$ and I get milk. Joy. I work late so this was just a complete waste of money and time.

This Starbucks is in a convenient location off Edinger and Gothard with plenty of parking and a drive-thru option. The service here is always fast, but the drive-thru line does get long sometimes, and its pretty much what you can expect from any Starbucks location. Outside and inside seating choices are great for work, school, or a business meeting.

Oh my gosh the last two times I’ve been here the tall bald man worker is always so rude. The first experience I had was when a few friends and I went. Another worker spilt something which is completely normal in this line of work and whoever this man was maybe a manager? I’m not sure just yelled at this poor worker for every customer to hear… I felt so bad for the worker, even if something wrong happened you shouldn’t treat your workers like that it was so uncalled for and honestly made us left as soon as we got our drinks. It disrupted the whole experience and we were overall just shocked. The 2nd time he is just cold to the customers and unnecessarily rude. I would rather go to the other starbucks locations rather than this one.

I think this is probably general Starbucks policy, but we just walked in the store. it was 9:00 pm, but they refused to attend us saying that they were closed already. We were inside the store already, yet they didnt want to take our order, saying that if we wanted to get coffee we should go to the drive thru? Whats the logic in that if we were in the freaking store already? Whats the point of kicking people out of the store (we were only 2 people), tell them to get in their car and go to the drive thru?
