This review is overdue, so I apologize to Rubin the manager at this location. I have been a regular at this Starbucks for about a year and I must say that Rubin and David are awesome people! They have excellent customer service prowess, and they know me by name and voice. They have gotten to know my drinks and have made delicious recommendations that have garnered more business from me! One of the gals there Asher suggested adding Tangerine Ginger in my Green Tea with Lemonade and thats my drink now. Other Baristas that work there who make my buying experience so comfortable and inviting are Diana and Alisa. The workers here make me feel important and valued. This location is worth driving a little out of the way because you will feel like your money was well spent.

Horrible service!!! I used to visit this location when I am on this side of town well never again!! The person working driv-thru was so rude and incompetent at taking simple orders of items inwhich I have ordered the same way everytime I have visited and every location I frequent without any issues except on the date I visited this one. She refused to accept my order and swore up and down they do not make specific orders when I let her know that every location including that one has never given me a problem well she did so I drove on through and said I will never visit thier location or recommend it ever again!!👎🏼👎🏼In response to the given reply in how you can imporve service try giving an inservice on customer service training and skills to your hired employees in how to be respectful and curteous to fellow customers!! I however will not be one of them nor any of my people I know!!

I was in the bathroom and after 5 minutes I got a knock, and an employee asked, are you ok? I have a nervous bladder so it took a few moments to get comfortable again, but not 5 minutes later I got another knock and the employee said, its time to come out. The experience made me very uncomfortable, and I wont be coming back. I believe the employee was named Britny. There wasnt anyone waiting to use the bathroom, and the 2nd one was open when I left. I dont know if the employee thought I looked homeless when I went in, or why they wanted me out so fast when I was genuinely using the bathroom for its intended purpose. I had planned to get some coffee and do a little work while I was there, but I didnt want to buy an already expensive coffee given the situation. I just got a water and spent time writing this review that Id prefer have gone into the work Id intended to complete.

Bad experience I order a venti iced coffee with no ice and I got this, you would say you got what you order but no I paid for the size of the cup and I expected it to be full because I am not buying ice I am buying the size of the cup and for it to be full and I won’t be order from this location no more

Horrible and no common sense Baristas. I went into drive ordered 3 NON-difficult venti drinks. The drinks are okay. The experience, no. I will never again go to this Damm Starbucks. I mentioned that their baristas have no common sense. 3 “heavy” drinks = stable cup holder. Let me break it down for the baristas that don’t know or have any common sense. When an individual buys 3 drinks or more that are considered big or in this case, “heavy”; your brain should be thinking. “Hmmmm, the venti drinks are somewhat tall and heavy…. I should be using my brain and give them 2 cup holders stacked on top of each other to give them a more stable cup holder. Why? Oh because Starbucks cheap out on their quality of things such as cup holders and overall the cup holders kinda suck.”I think overall, Starbucks does a horrible job hiring and training their baristas. Do better Starbucks. I won’t be back anymore.

Have you tried MEL’S special DRINK exclusive in this Starbucks location. If not ur missing out . I live right next door at north park and come here a lot. Sometimes the food is stale, sometimes the drinks arent made quite as you like them, but its coffee, usually good, can be slow in the drive thru as they do all the call ins first, it seems.

Went through the drive thur and met Jenny. She had an amazing attitude and beautiful burgundy to purple/black hair. Her customer service was great and to the other person who also took my order. Barista was extremely rude, admitted to giving us the wrong drink and said she’d make a new one. Then went to talk to someone in the back and came back and said they would have to charge us for the remake because we put a straw in it??? How else would we figure out that they made the drink wrong without tasting it? After they admitted to putting the wrong ingredient in the drink by their own fault? There’s no logic, just greedy. Horrible customer service.

Been here a few times, but had an amazing experience this morning! Moriah helped me at the register, and she was super friendly and helpful. Drink was great and made pretty quickly. My sis works as an asm at Starbucks, so Ive come to realize the drive-through adds a lot of complexity to a store. But these guys did excellent this morning.Everyone seemed happy and gave the impression they enjoyed working together (the employees seemed to actually like each other).A person who seemed to be on drugs or something came in while I was there. Even though I was trying to stay engaged in my conversation with a friend, I noticed the employees handle the situation timely and professionally.

This is the location nearest my house and I will start driving further to avoid it, as there always seems to be an issue. Last visit I ordered online, an iced tea with no sugar, I walk in and try it and it’s sweetened. No big deal, I just go and ask them to remake it with no sugar. I could tell the barista was annoyed with me, but whatever. I’m paying $4 for iced tea, so I want it made correctly, but I’m smiling while I’m standing there. She brings me the tea and then tells me that next time I need to get the order right by selecting no sugar in the app, because the sticker didn’t say it. I told her I had done that, and she rolled her eyes and said “whatever, then have a nice day.” So, at this point I’m annoyed. I pull out my phone, look at my previous order, and sure enough it says No Cane Sugar right below. I wanted to turn around and show her but she was helping the drive thru. I’m a full time waitress too, and I understand that it may have been a system error and not their fault, but I would never confront a paying customer like that and try and make them feel bad about the mistake. Very unprofessional. Won’t return, there’s too many other Starbucks nearby that don’t give me grief with my cold brew.

Although this is the closest Starbucks to my house, Ive sworn to myself that Ill never go to this location again. They are often out of stock of the only thing i order (Royal English Breakfast tea), the wait is usually unrealistically long, and the baristas are rude. To the boy barista that made a point to sarcastically tell me to have a nice day (in the most obvious sacrastic tone ever) after his customer service failing conversation we had when i ordered, i hope you know that kind of attitude towards customers will only bring you trouble. Perhaps you should work in a different industry. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone else. Theres so many other nice locations, go there, not here.

I never thought you can get so disrespected by a barista at Starbucks, when Starbucks should be a place where you get a peace of mind. Today I received terrible service from the barista at the drive-thru line, a simple drink as an iced coffee with vanilla and creamer took a turn on part of my day, during the lunch hour. Im not so mad that the coffee was messed up, what Im upset about is how the situation was handled. First the barista gave my drink to a car ahead of me not paying attention, then my drink was made incorrectly and then when they finally got my drink right they didnt even mix it up ( as a former barista/supervisor of Starbucks I never served an ice coffee that had syrup and cream unmixed, pure laziness). The mistakes that were made there was no apology from the barista that was taking the orders instead we got a whole eye roll, her saying that she wasnt the one that made it and a drink thrown at us, not okay. The manager or supervisor there did give us our money back but did not really address the issue, instead he wanted to talk about the 40 hours he had done this week, how the baristas are having a bad day, and how he does not have a social life (just excuses rather than taking accountability for his employees actions). In the future I highly suggest if any mistakes are made you apologize to the customer first and make sure that you have the correct order for their drink. Its really simple guys.

First time coming to Starbucks in 2 years and boy has it changed! No greetings/ got cut off while ordering and had to repeat my order 3 times and they still made my drink wrong. Asked to make the correct drink and barrista rolled her eyes and remade the drink passed it to me with attitude and with a bunch of water at the bottom of the drink. Spoke to Manager and got his whole life story about being a student and the pressures of Starbucks on him and his employees with slight apologies but mostly excuses.

The young lady that took my order was very rude. I asked about a tea favor and the sizes because I wasn’t sure if the sizes were different from other drinks that you sale . I could tell already by me asking questions she was already bothered by the tone of her voice. She told me there was 3 sizes and I just order a middle because I wasn’t sure what my friend had wanted since he wasn’t with me and so as I got to the window, I paid and she didn’t have a smile or anything. She gave me my drinks, I figured the middle was a to small for the tea so I asked if I can pay the differences and get a large. She gave ugly face to show that she was annoyed. I’m sorry on my part for changing my mind last minute but at least put someone in the window that would actually sounds like they like there job and that would rather make a customer happy. Instead of making someone not want to come back to your store.

Im a regular here. They refused my free birthday drink today (grande white chocolate mocha). First off the cashier was rude already. When i got to the window he listened to my question then immediately ignored me when i said birthday and took peoples order for a good 2 minutes then walked away from the window. Then he came back and asked me “can i help you?” I asked him about the free birthday drink again and he said he just needs to scan my barcode for me. He did but came back and said he needed to look at my app again. (My birthday is valid and you cant change it in the app.) He said i still have to pay. 🤬way to start my early morning birthday.......i was disappointed and refused the order and left. I should have ordered a huge ugly drink and make them just throw it away.

STARBUCKS is the new McDonalds 🐮💩 ☕️ Honestly the self-serve espresso-selector coffee at CircleK is light-years ahead of this overpriced bean water. It does have a small leg up on the toxic airline fare of McD’s however, which earns it the extra star. Also this location has some out of place and anachronistic bright red wood and glass British phone booth for some reason and in the Fresno scheme of things, that qualifies as a potential major tourist attraction and should probably be declared a Fresno hysterical landmark 🫡 🫥before someone guts the copper wire out of the handset, flips it over to look for a catalytic converter or just moves into it to claim squatters rights.
