Great Starbucks to stop by when you are on a road trip! They have all the usuals and they are located near LOTS of food. Of course they have all the Starbucks staples and a drive through. Well lit when its dark. Lots of seating inside.

Dont even bother with this Starbucks. It is the most convenient one on the way to my kids high school, but Ive decided to start driving out of my way to a less convenient one on the days that I treat her.This one consistently bungles or loses the online order and makes us late. I suspect its because I do not tip until after weve gotten the order and maybe theyre like DoorDash drivers where they punish you if you dont tip in advance.The last time it happened, we didnt wait, my kid went without, I called up corporate, corporate refunded the order and gave the equivalent amount for a free cup. My kid enjoyed that on our way to a hike the next day.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, they have the worst customer service and the manager is the start of all the problems, if you are trying to have a good day I suggest you don’t come here. They are very rude and I really hope this location gets closed down. Not to mention the store is very dirty just like the employees

I would like to give ZERO stars. The “baristas” are mediocre at best. The customer service is POOR. They prioritize the drive thru over customers who walk in. They need to figure it out. This location is ALWAYS unclean. There is trash everywhere, most tables are regularly dirty, and the lobby floor is sticky. The store is a reflection of the staff. They seem unkempt and disheveled. Seems like they dont tidy up during the day. Will drive further to get a normal Starbucks experience. This place should be shut down.

I put in a mobile order at 10:55 am. I didn’t get my order until 11:30am. The drive thru was busy so I went in to get my drinks and two sandwiches. A man came over and gave me the drinks and when I said that half my order was missing (my sandwiches) he said they’re coming. I waited half an hour for two sandwiches. The once busy drive thru had emptied.Filled.emptied. And filled!! by the time I got my order. All for two sandwiches that take 2 minutes to heat up. I had to go BACK up to the counter to ask about my sandwiches then the guy blamed ME for the fact that it was marked as a drive thru pick up and that that’s why I hadn’t gotten my sandwiches when 1. I had be HANDED my drinks inside and 2. Was told to my face inside the cafe that my sandwiches were coming. My cold drinks ice had melted by the time I got the rest of my order and my hot drink and gone cold. I am Incredibly frustrated that people who got in the drive through 20 minutes after I had been waiting had gotten their orders in a matter of 5 minutes.**EDIT**I’m home eating my sandwich and just pulled the longest blonde hair out of the sandwich.

I came here right after I came from a long line in 175 Old Grove Rd STarbucks and they didnt have my matcha latte. I didnt care if I have to wait in another line just to get my matcha latte, cuz im 7mos pregnant and been craving for it and I cant let a bad customer service get in my way in Old Grove -_- So I was lining up in drive thru to get my matcha latte and showed them the receipt that Old Grove strabucks gave me and that refund wasnt fully paid because I paid $5.45 and they only refunded a $4.75 so the lady in the drive thru told me to wait cuz she needed to get her supervisor but then the supervisor wanted me to come in to have a better look so I then parked and headed inside and waited even tho there was a long line inside again I did not care as long as I get my full refund back. so i was waiting and one of the staff told me to go to his registry so he could get my order but I told him that Im waiting for his supervisor to check my receipt and then the guy did not hesitate to help me out and did the refund himself instead of letting his supervisor deal with it since his supervisor is busy with other customers. He handled my issue very well, fast paced and stress free. He refunded what was owe and helped me out so much! Im very happy and satisfied of how he handled my problem! His customer service is superb! :) Thank you so much! altho I didnt get to ask your name huhu but you did a fantastic job of helping me out :) Thats why Im giving a 5stars

I go to Starbucks at least 3 times a week and today I was super unsatisfied with this store. I never use this one and now I know why. I wish I would have pulled over and took a photo of my drink before I drank of it but my drink was not full. Neither was my daughter’s hot cocoa. I understand leaving room for whipped cream but this was A LOT of room; it was to the point that I noticed my drink was light as soon as the barista put into my hand… That’s how much I drink Starbucks 😅😂 I wish I had time to go back but I didn’t so I’m sticking to leaving a review. Please make sure you get what you paid for. I did not ☹️

Not sure about this Starbucks location, there are some baristas here who could be a lot nicer and they have really weird hours. If you plan on visiting this Starbucks you should definitely check and make sure they’re open first by calling or something because even if it says they’re open online they may actually be closed for some odd reason. They also close early sometimes so you just never know if this location will be open or not, it seems kind of undependable to me. It can be disappointing to drive all that way and see they’re closed. Their bathroom is regularly NOT clean, but you may get lucky and see it on a day when it’s been cleaned. It was very bad when I went.

Either the brand new intercom system at the brand new store barely works or the employees just have a hard time getting orders correct. I have been several times and every time I need to correct my order at least twice. By the time I get my order the coffee is good though. I would also mention that the service is abysmally slow at all times especially so near clossing. If your store closes at 8, do you start cleaning at 8 or do you have customers wait 20 min for coffee because only 1 employee is making coffee and the rest are cleaning? This store preffers the later. Adequate coffee, unacceptable service.

Have always enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. Lots of hard working and friendly baristas, even on super busy days. This is one of the few Starbucks I can walk into and order from, without having to wait forever. Theyre never too packed, but business is always booming. That said, though their redesign is a total upgrade, it totally took away tons of table space, which kinda sucks. But overall, still enjoy coming.

Since day one I was getting coffee from Starbucks around the US and the world but this is just not acceptable. Its the official Camp Pendelton Starbucks, but also a nice location for those driving north or south on the five. Store itself is small and dated, with a galley layout and some outdoor seating. Its a sad shopping center location.

My favorite location! The baristas are always friendly and welcoming. I have used the drive thru, in person, and the app to order and each time the drinks were made quickly and correctly. It always annoys me when Starbucks dont honor the Starbuck refill policy for coffees... and when the employees tell me its because of COVID... and then make another excuse... and finally just tell me the location just doesnt participate in the free refills for the card members... thats rather annoying. its convenient being on base but as with most things on base its just lacking something.... like the McDonalds that was keeping peoples change... for me its the refills. Starbucks owner will likely make millions of dollars on this location but a refill for coffee is too much to ask.

Today on September 6th 2020. I visited this Starbucks location through the drive-tru. Upon me giving the employ at the window my card,she gave me my food and failed to retuned my debit card from the machine. With her leaving my card in the machine, I was charged for an order from the card that was behind me. I went inside and spoke to Morgan that she stated she was the store manager. After going back and forth with Morgan about this matter, she stated that my money will be returned to me in 24 hours. I shouldn’t be having to pay for the stores mishap. Starbucks just lost a lifelong loyal customer. I will not be returning to this establishment again.

I ordered three drinks. a water with a scoop of strawberries (50 cent drink) and two other drinks that shouldn’t be more than $14 combined. they charged my water as a “venti custom tea latte”. i paid $19 for three drinks when one of them is 50 cents. unacceptable. whoever was working the drive thru at this place on 2/24/22 around 5:15 needs some kind of reality check. overcharging your customers is not okay and will not be tolerated.

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this starbucks. There have been two occasions recently where I place my mobile order and my order is not ready by the time I get there. Last week I placed an order in person and waited 23 minutes for my drink. The barista then made my drink in a hurry and didnt get it right. Two weeks ago they said they didnt see my slip print off for my mobile order. The staff is friendly and does apologize for their hiccups but they have been consistent at not coming through for me.

I dont usually go to Starbucks but I was told to go to a Starbucks to try a beverage called a medicine ball and this is the one I went to. Turns out it does exist and the staff at this Starbucks were very polite and accommodating, as it was quite apparent from how I placed my order that I never go to Starbucks and I appreciates that. Also the medicine ball drink is killer, I will be returning for another in the future. They also let me know that this drink is actually called a green citrus honey mint tea which is a mouthful, but is worth saying as it is very good. 10/10,

Staff is not friendly and there is this one girl who has such a fake laugh. She is so loud and is friendly to only certain patrons. I go there every once in a while and this one girls voice is so annoying. Also, staff does not follow ones request. I ask for more sweeten on my drink and they do less for some reason. The only good thing about this place is that they have plenty of space to study.

I am going to start by mentioning the Starbucks motto To inspire and nurture the human spirit -- one person, one cup, one neighborhood at a time.I ordered an iced coffee with honey and was told that I could not have honey unless my coffee was hot. This rejection does not coincide with nurturing the human spirit. To nurture is to be cared for and the cashier did not care to grant my request. I will never go to this location again. Why? Because every other Starbucks location has served my iced coffee with honey except for this particular coffee house. Not OK and might I add that I gracefully blew off the issue, went home and added the darn honey to the cold coffee MYSELF.

The first thing you realize at this Starbucks is the friendliness. Its like the Starbucks version of Cheers...everybody knows your name. The Manager, Christy, has obviously found every cool barista in OSide and has them on staff in this store. Ashley, the Supervisor, has the most absolutely captivating green eyes which change colors in an effort to keep up with her equally stunning smile. Ken, Polly, Laura and Ariana, Jess, Morgan Micky are the most proficient, friendly and mellow baristas. I maybe waited 10 min for three drinks during an incredibly busy time. Bottom line is that this is a great location with an awesome staff. Corporate Office in Seattle, take note....every one of your locations should strive to be like this coffee house. Amazing Teamwork, Incredible Customer Service and a very cool vibe makes this a pleasure to visit. Thank You All for a positive experience...Appreciate You 😉

This Starbucks lost my business trying to get a handle on the homeless people who constantly loiter and manage to enter the locked restrooms to bathe. All of the electrical charging outlets were disabled and the WIFI is shut off during closing times.

Giving 2 stars to be nice and give Starbuck coffee a little bc they are typically always good. However, this location failed to serve me this morning. Upon walking in and being the only one at the counter and at least 6 employees behind d the counter I was told they would be with me in a moment. So I continued to stand and wait for some time. To my right an older man walked in and they went right to him and began providing him service. The employee looked me dead in the face and smiled as if to say sorry for ya. I continued standing there knowing now that they all honed on on the fact that they began helping others and dismissing me as a customer. I swallowed my ego and walked out never to return to this location again.

Very disappointed. Staff is very slow but also not accommodating. I have made a reservation for their travel kit coffee for a early meeting I had to go to. They did not allow me to pay over the phone (ok) but once there they made me wait in-line for 25 minutes without allowing me to pay directly at the cashier. I have never seen anything like that before in all the other stores. That is why people are calling in advance to reserve the coffee. Once I have explained that I was running late and beg them to take my credit card, staff and management did not even apologize and continued their business without even sharing concern and despite people in line actually were actually willing to accommodate my payment and let me go ahead. Very bad business practices. Not recommended!

Most employees are kind prompt and polite. Unfortunately there is a a couple snooty ones that really give off a sour note. Im a 4 to 5 a week customer but when I get the crab ass, I usually stay away for a couple weeks. There are some regular customers that are thoroughly obnoxious, and they arent the homeless ones.They open at 4 am and close after 9pm on weekdays. Later on weekends..

Homeless shelter.
