The little old lady I take care of like Starbucks. The staff here are amazing and I love them because they are so kind to her. But really the coffee is not that great. And the atmosphere is terrible, the music is too loud for conversation and theres only like four tables. Im trying to persuade her to go to Black Horse coffee.

You can order your drinks in-person, Starbucks mobile app, or via drive thru. There is both outdoor and indoor seating (can drink your coffee here as of May 21, 2021) happening here.Free WiFi with no limit placed sitting either indoors or outdoors (just like pre-Covid). Tables with 2 chairs each are socially distanced. Plenty of room to stand or sit while waiting to order or pick up your drink(s).Accessible friendly (dedicated wheel chair table is by the front doors). LGBTQ+ friendly (rainbow sign is prominently displayed as you walk in).Staff is efficient and quick with taking your order and making your drink.

Came here because I needed some good pick..me.upp, so I got the Iced Caramel Macchiato with the QUAD. Oh yes I did. After I drank it I felt like I can work all day. Well that didnt happen but the coffe was great. great job guys on creating this drink!

This store is the most slowest store to go to. You will be waiting forever to get your order. RidiculousI came again today which was 12/10/23 and they just ignored me and the two that ignore me was talking to each other and I had to get one of them attention because she walked by me and didnt help so I told her I was there to pick up an order so she started gathering it together and I can tell that she had a problem with me and I dont even know what I did to her. Some people over there need to get fired.

I usually visit the Starbucks at the marketplace near Trader Joes, but today I happened to be on this side of San Ramon. It was my biggest regret this Monday; the wait time exceeded 30 minutes, and I had to send my drink back twice. Even on the third attempt, my drink was still wrong, and I just accepted the loss.

I love the service, but if I were to have one complaint, the drivethrough is way too slow. The starbucks menu isnt always a hit, so if you visit, dont expect the most flashy menu in the world, that being said, this is a really well furnished resturant with good service.

Ordered a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew at the drive-thru. Received what tasted like an iced coffee with chocolate syrup and heavy cream on top. It was all liquid and no foam. Very different drink at other Starbucks. Avoid this location for foam or cold brew!

My pickup order was ready at 6:29pm, doors were locked so I had to go through the drive thru,by the time I got our drinks it was 7:23pm. When I asked the girl at the window if they were still warm because it had been close to an hour she assured me they were, which of course they were not.Awful service, line was way too long for 5 or 6 people working and drinks were obviously not being made fresh so why was it taking so long.

I visited this location four times within the past few weeks. Each time the drink was terrible. I thought the first time was a one off. No, they consistently make terrible, (Americano) coffee drinks. Half the time the service was equal to the quality of the drinks albeit with a large dose of bad attitude. My visits have been relatively early in the morning (before 7am). Two of the four times the lobby looked like it was closing time…trash, lots of drink stains and food scraps (crumbs) all over the floor and tables. This location needs an intervention.

The service was poor. I was there at lunch time and wanted one of the salads they used to sell. When I asked about anything in the back I was told Its just whats in the case. Then the server told me he would bring our drinks outside to the table and never did. After 15 minutes I went back in and the drinks were on the counter. The store was not busy. The drinks were disappointing also. Ive had the mango dragonfruit drink at another Starbucks and really enjoyed it.

The team is very friendly.You can order the same drink everyday and it never tastes the same. They are always running out of carriers. Recently they have closed their doors because of COVID. I think this has happened at least four times within the last couple of months but Im pretty sure its more than that by now. However every time they close their Lobby they dont put up a Lobby closed sign so you park and try to go in and then have to get back in your car go all the way around the parking lot and get back in line for something you already paid for because it doesnt tell you on the app if the Lobby is closed.

I don’t know why they have a good rating but what I experienced just now was I just withdraw money from the bank I gave the rep. $20 and she said I gave her $10. And they didn’t give me a receipt and It’s not about the money but the honesty. And they’d spill my camaro and I took a photo. My first time here and I’m not gonna come back in this store again. NEVAH! Hope karma comes back to you!I don’t mind giving a tip it’s the honest itself! Money or material doesn’t matter but how you treat people Starbucks Crew!

I like Starbucks its all right but its getting kind of old to me I dont know about you. I mean the coffee is great at all the Starbucks. This was the largest Starbucks Ive ever been to or ever seen. This Starbucks is almost in Dublin. On the border of San Ramon and Dublin its huge, giant great seating for eating outside when I say that I mean they have like these really extremely comfortable chairs with padding and all that which I really appreciate because I hate those metal chairs they put outside sometimes it just hurt my back too much these are nice really nice. If you like Starbucks youll like this place thats for sure. Its in the middle of a really cool shopping center with lots of difference stores lots of variety. Lost my order in drive thru. I offered to pull aside and wait so other cars could get served. They dont have a wait lot so I was going out of my way. Then they promptly forgot me. Ten minutes later (after already waiting in drive thru) I had to go in and request me coffee.

This place suck first of all they have not attended us and also provided with wrong drink and then when we try to see the manager she refuse to open the door. but I think they might have given us refund or new drink and the manager was super rude and arrogant!! . I dont think so Starbucks is giving right customer service .we have paid them to get the drink in return we get this type of service. Unfortunately this particular Starbucks has some difficulty getting it right. My last four visits when ordering the same thing, my order has been wrong. Labels applied to the drink cups reflect what I ordered but the contents do not. I wish I could say it was an isolated incident but every time I have gone there which has been weekly for the last 3 months, there has always been a problem with my order. Even when I mentioned it to the manager she basically Shrugged her shoulders and didnt even offer to replace my order with the right one. Quite disappointing, fortunately theres another Starbucks on almost every corner. If you find yourself by chance at this one, probably better head to the next.

Thought Id love it as it is incredibly uncrowded inside, compared to the opposite at most of the other local locations. I figured it out: they keep the intranet either off or pathetically slow. Yes, I alerted the staff but no, they didnt care. I got a shoulder shrug. I suspect (but hope Im wrong) it is an intentional business choice to keep all the intranet addicts away. This is my second visit and the problem remains, so it isnt a one-day hiccup.As a bonus, they dont have decaffeinated coffee. Sigh!The staff is friendly and the location is clean and well maintained - that kept them from a one-star rating.

The last seven times I have driven thru this Starbucks 6 of my drinks have been wrong. I speak clearly and slowly so they get it right. I went today...again my drink wasnt right...I told the girl that 6 of my last seven drinks were wrong and she laughed. This was at 4:29. I tried to get her name and she closed the window on me.If I ask for a mocha I get white mocha...when I say with whip I get no whip.????? How difficult can this be??? This Starbucks obviously have employees that could care less about the customers. I buy 2 Starbucks a day...all I want is for my drink to be right. Its a little bit of an unconvinced for me but Ill go further to a Peets where the employees are super into customer service. I wish I could give a 0.

The line always moves very quickly, waiting for your drinks is the longer wait. This starbucks has a drive thru as well. The line at the drive thru is usually pretty long. There are four bathrooms which all share a kind of troth like sink outside the bathrooms. No mirrors in the bathroom only outside by the common sink. That being said the drinks are usually decent and the food is what you would expect. They run out of cream cheese all the time, which makes getting a bagel not too desirable.

Prefer Peets for its warmth, but this is the largest interior with a drive through weve been to even the oversized Reserve store and new Danville store. This layout is so much MORE room inside and two separate patio areas plus a clean air vehicle parking spot! Large crew on duty, been only open a short while, lots better than the outside only Pleasantin Drive through in 99Ranch parking lot 2x modular linked.Restrooms clean and in order, staff ready to respond to questions double the soft chairs than the old school velvet says and focuses long gone. Not enough trash cans and none outside viewed believe to be inside only. Blink plug ins on the Mickey D side not S-Bux side.
