This is by far the worst Starbuck Ive ever been to as far as customer service goes. If theres 2 people waiting for drinks when you come in, turn around and save yourself 20 minutes.

Coffee & pastry while waiting for wife to complete PT, twice a week for now.Mid morning, no waiting for service, friendly & prompt service every time! Sitting outside before summer heat beats me down. Nice!

My first experience wasnt good to be honest. There was this employee who was so racist, definitely made me feel like I didnt something wrong.But this time, the employee in this photo (I dont want to post her face on the Internet, for privacy), she is so NICE! Friendly, approachable and welcoming. Since this Starbucks location is very close from where Im working at, I will be back for sure!

So my wife had a 35 hour labor across the street at kaiser. It was a long and crazy ordeal but we made it with our son.It was disappointing to get the wrong drink and bring her the wrong one thinking it was correct. The people in the shop were nice and I have nothing against them, in fact its almost certain it was my fault and I said the wrong thing and cant remember. But Im pretty sure I didnt....Anyways, when Im in the area I will stick to the one on Douglas and hazel drive through

I bought a venti Veranda drip. Great taste. I love the sugar free sweetener, half and half with the powdered vanilla...delicious morning...I used only 50 stars.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Do not go there! I waited more than 15 minutes and my drink was not even made. They were all confuse about my name when it’s so simple. Customer service there was really rude! I asked politely when will my drink be ready and they reply what Is your name and the two ladies said, “ OH, YOU HAVE ONE MORE PERSON AHEAD OF YOU..” I ask if I can just get a refund bc I had waited over 15 minutes and now I only have 5 minutes to get back to work. Got there at 7:05 am and had to get refunded by 7:25 am and left the place. The lady there ask me if I could wait she will do my drink for me right at the moment but then she couldn’t even find my name at this point and then she wanted my name again and my order:(((((( it was bad…

This is a coffee shop. They serve food too, it is nothing more than a cafe. Not the best vibe. Theyre missing the person that can spin their attitude positive and accept diversity.

Very friendly and considerate staff! I went here this morning and was frustrated with the app because I couldnt order the drink I wanted. I went in and the staff was very friendly and I mentioned that when I place my order in person it always turns out way better than on the app. They asked me exactly how I wanted my drink and me, not being a Starbucks regular, looked at them like a deer in headlights. I asked how it is usually made and they said there was a couple ways. I asked them to do it how they thought it would turn out best and it was delicious! I should have gotten their names to praise them but, I forgot. Thank you for being patient with my lack of Starbucks knowledge and thank you for treating me so well!

Wanted to go to a place just to relax and enjoy the mid morning with my husband. But it was freezing cold in there even with drinking my mint mocha and wearing my thick ski jacket it was still uncomfortably cold. Maybe they keep it cold so youll buy more coffee I dont know but I wouldnt go there again.

This is my favorite location as Starbucks goes. I tend to use other ones for the drive through and my path to work. The staff has always been top notch. The location is fantastic. Theres always parking but it does get full. Theres outside seating that Ive only used once but its a great environment. Really friendly people.

Love Starbucks and their coffee. I go to this location almost every morning on my way to work. But, Amanda is horrible! Her attitude is the worst! Makes it to where I never want to go there again. Dont be in customer service if your not going to provide GOOD customer service. If you mess up on a drink and have to re-make it, not the customers fault.

Came in midday and watched four employees continue to talk and joke around for two minutes before acknowledging myself and the group in front of me (three people). After the joke was done one employee decided start working, not a single customer was greeted or thanked for coming in.... Fantastic customer service.

Slowest location ever. I offen spend 20+ minutes in the drive through line...they need to do something about the procedures or staffing!!!Other than that almost every person Ive encountered has been incredibly nice and usually my drink is great (I go every morning so trial and error sometimes its not as good but thats rare).

I went to this Starbucks location this morning ordered a couple of drinks, egg bites and a sandwich. The barista asked me if I wanted the sandwich warm I said yes please. Well she went grabbed the sandwich TOSSED it to the counter behind her the sandwich fell on the floor (even though the sandwich was wrapped) she picked it up like nothing happened. I was looking at her like wth just happened. She was like anything else. I was speechless at that moment. I just paid. She didnt switch the sandwich, she didnt apologize. Very sloppy customer service.

I work nearby and have limited transportation so I spent my off hours before and after my shift here most days and they are always nice and accommodating. They never give me a hard time about taking up a seat for such a long time. 👍

Pretty typical Starbucks. The bagel places WiFi signal next door over powers the signal inside this Starbucks. Easy in and out off of Douglas. Usually find parking close to the front of the store.

So my boss this morning offered to buy Starbucks. Originally I declined, but then I relented. The order I placed was a TRENTE ICED COFFEE WITH 3 PUMPS OF SUGAR FREE VANILLA AND LOTS OF CREAM AND NO SWEETENER. As Im a type I diabetic. However this isnt what I recieved. The not trente beverage was labeled as a Gr Icd Coffee. No other notes and clearly not my order. And since it had nothing on it saying whether or not it had sweetener I didnt even get to drink it. Im disappointed, first you wasted my bosses money. Second, I didnt get my beverage. Scenarios like this are the reason I dont frequent your establishment. Im talking to the crew at Douglas & Rocky Ridge on December 13 of 2019.
