I got a mobile order here today and was so disappointed. My drinks tasted nothing like they were supposed to. I always order the same thing from other locations, and it tastes wonderful. I ordered my same order from this location, and the drink was not it.

Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with their drinks. This covers 4 locations and any drink that isn’t their cold brew. A hot vanilla latte, shaken Oatmilk espresso, an iced caramel macchiato… all have tasted bad. From tastes like sitting water, tonguing cardboard, and the most recent, diesel taste combined with burning rubber in one fell swoop is impressive with how bad their quality and consistency have gone down. This counts Blackstone & Herndon, Palm & Herndon, Blake & El Paso, and First & Nees.

Ever since this location opened it has been the best one I’ve been to. I even moved father and I still make the drive to this one because they’ve never messed up an order, are exceptionally kind, and very fast.

Employees are rude, I saw an employee give the middle finger to a guy on the sidewalk minding his own business. Two employees used vulger sign language. This is terrible, I have higher expectations for Fresno.

Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations in town! Happy vibes inside with great music, friendly staff, and a good amount of indoor seating. They always make my drinks perfectly as well, and never an issue getting a refill of iced coffee or cold brew.

The workers at this location are freaken weird, judgemental and gossipy especially that older woman in the morning always in your face about your life I dont need to talk to you only when ordering. And I understand you need music in your building but its music is WAY too LOUD. I couldn’t even do my homework without a headache. Lastly, They don’t even know how to make drinks properly either I’ve been going to this location for so long ssdly, it is time I have to have to find a better location! You lost a customer.

I ordered 3 drinks and paid over $16 dollars for them so when my second drink was given to me wrongly made, I asked for it to be remade correctly. I was met immediately with an abrupt attitude from the girl at the window as she claims that I cursed her out. Far from the truth! This is the second and last time that I have received an inappropriate attitude from her. Will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone. She really needs to work on customer service skills or find a new job!

I usually go to the drive thru. This is one of my favorite locations in town due to their efficient, friendly, and accurate service. Drink is always spot on and they know what they are doing. The baristas always pay a compliment or make some sort of conversation which is thoughtful and puts a smile on my face. One or two individuals even remembered me and noticed when I had not been by after a long time. Overall a great experience and I keep returning.

Honestly I really wanted this to work out but this location made me lose all hope in Starbucks to the point I will not be buying Starbucks at all any longer . Ive came to this specific location for about a year and a half & Ive never really had any major issues besides my simple drink being made wrong ALOT, but just recently its unbearable and irritating as heck. Do consider retraining your whole staff on how to make a cup of coffee before you lose any more potential customers .

I usually have a decent experience coming here but today I was very disappointed; I came in and waited in line quite a long time while the cashier (Erin) talked to a customer who was a friend. Then another employee came over and proceeded to talk with the customer as well instead of helping me on the other register. When I finally got to the register the cashier decide to have a bad attitude and when I told her what I wanted she made a comment about how much stuff I was putting in my drink. I was shocked and a little hurt, as a fellow cashier its not your job to comment about what Im ordering.

I was shocked how busy it was around 2pm but the team seemed like they handled it very well. Very timely manner and correct orders all on point. But the parking lot is too small to handle so many cars driving in and out. Otherwise the staff killed it.

Customer service was bad. Person taking our order seemed like she didnt want to be there. Took a while to get our drinks. My wifes iced drink came out warm with all the ice melted and she told them and they said all they could do was dump out some of the drink and add more ice. Didnt apologize.

They had a trunk or treat tonight at this location and it was awesome. They all dressed up and they had games and prizes and of course candy!! It was really a nice break for our family and we felt very welcomed! This is our new favorite Starbucks!!

Today they had more staff working the morning shift and they’ve had all week and yet somehow my mobile order still took forever. I watched them continue to fill drive in orders before they even feel the mobile orders which were still on the receipt hanging from the counter. What made it even worse was that everyone was moving around without urgency and to top it all off when a woman came in with the puppy two of the employees walked around the counter to ask her what kind of dog it was and how old it was while people were still waiting for their coffee. My mobile order Took over 10 minutes to fill. And it was just a green tea. By the way there was only one person having coffee inside the store. So they weren’t taking care of customers at the register. Unacceptable. I have a feeling I might have to find another coffee shop.

Usually I go to the Starbucks by my home but I was running late today. so after I was all done with everything this one was right on my way. Im glad I made the stop. The barista I dont know how you say it for a boy he was very helpful and very very charming. I really enjoyed myself. I will be going back there again.

There was only 1 way to get in the drive through which was very inconvenient to get in. They were out of lots of syrup and discontinued all sugar free syrups whit only vanilla left. I used to love starbuck but with all the changes they leave me with no other choice but to go to Dutch Bros to get more sugar free options.

I placed a mobile order for a peach citrus white tea leamonade, the estimated time was 4-9 mins. I ended up waiting 20mins! I use the app for convince because after working all day the last thing I want to do is sit in a drive thru line. After getting my drink I head home only to find out my drink had no lemonade. Bad service ladies, and a horrible impression on my first visit to this location.

When I tried to get a free coffee last Sunday since I am a first responder, the manager was very disrespectful and rude. She said, yeah, you will get a coffee since I am going to throw it away anyways at the end of the day. Starbucks is worse in terms of showing respect for their customers.

Starbucks at Nees & First is only months old & theyre very busy when I come by about 9:30AM especially the drive-thru. Baristas are quick, eager, & cheerful, a hallmark of these coffeeistas, belying the corporate image. Bet theyre glad they wont feel pressure to campaign for Mr Schulz next year.
