Not sure what problem with older silver hair man. I get your busy but i asked for a straw for a FRAP not something impossible and he pointed then grabbed the container realizing they were gone. Customer approaches to the register and he speaks! Can you believe that! Then proceed to put the straws. Not a word from the time I asked for a straw. Lol listen but know your busy and things can get hectic but no reason for not acknowledging... he had no problem chucking a laugh with the other 2 Batistas before I asked an imposing question. Also whats the deal with holding the drinks hostage?!. Had two drinks the younger man puts one to the side then the older gentleman calls like 5 different names at once. I already had one drink from my mobile order but the other one was being investigated by TSA apparently😂. Anyway I dont ask for excellent service but at least say a word me my dude not hard to be nice but for the price we pay for these wonderful drinks we should get a of course or sure leave yo moody face at home please and thank you

One reason why I stopped at this Starbucks was to use the restroom an might I say I didnt expect it to be so dirty and there was no toilet paper nor seat covers.I purchased an ultra caramel frappuccino as well which was bomb.

I came here recently and I had an awesomeeee experience. I was met by this guy with a shaved head and he honestly made my day! He was super friendly, offered to fill up my gallon of water with ice, first time I was offered that, and welcomed me to stay as long as I needed to because my AC broke. We already know that as consumers, but just extending the invitation was super nice, I cant explain it.These guys will treat you right!

I didnt catch the older guys name with grey hair while I was waiting for my order he knew it was mine for the reason I was the only one in there and instead of giving me my order and then help out the maintenance guy after helping a customer that had been waiting for a order he holds my order in his hand and helps maintenance guy and when he puts it in the pick up area he had the nerve to(Whistle) that its ready instead of just handing it to me smhCANT COMPLAIN WHEN SOME YOU GET RUDE CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU GUYS HAVE THAT ATTITUDE I used to feel bad for these customer workers but its workers like this guy that give you guys a bad rep (next time lets video review this spot) .....

Starbucks has been the fastest way to get coffee anywhere I go. The wife loves all the different seasonal drink options and I like the consistency of their product. They also have a variety of snacks and pastries to choose from. Not to mention the fruit plates and meal options.

We are visiting and so make the journey here everyday when we visit, which is a lot. The order yesterday was wrong. Today Xmas day, they messed up our drink order again. I do appreciate staff working today and even tipped very graciously and then we got back to the hotel and the drinks were wrong. One was a blond drip coffee which is says on the cup and it’s instead some sort of chi latte. Not a tea fan and just wanted coffee. The other was supposed to be a peppermint white chocolate mocha and I even said it didn’t taste right at the window but didn’t want to hold up a long line. However when I got home and poured it out it was pure chocolate. I should have just had it remade and not worried about the line which is on me. But the other tea and no drip coffee is absurd. It’s just as busy today as any other day we come and So someone just isn’t paying attention or maybe they are new. I definitely regret the tip in advance. And today again, 3 in a row… they messed it up again. No eggs whites in the bag. Won’t refund me without me coming into the store.

Great location at the corner with other businesses around. Great customer service Chucky took good care of us. My brother and I had a nice time of fellowship outside seating. Good place to hang out. This location is smaller than other SB. However it works for us.

I dont know how many times I go here to this location and the mess stuff up. For some reason, no matter what clear and concise language you use, they cant get a WHITE hot chocolate right. Make sure you check your drinks before you leave. As it is, they take a long time so it wouldnt hurt to take your time to check.

I like to come here cuz this place is so close to where I work. But today, they literally didn’t do my order. They charged my card and then I waited for almost 15 minutes. And then I saw this guy after me who ordered like 4 coffee already got his. And then the lady after him who ordered 2 coffee got hers. So I had to come and ask them where’s mine? And apparently they couldn’t find the label so they started working on mine AFTER I ask. That was really not nice. Not only that, the girl that took my order was pretty rude. I said I wanted a hot peppermint mocha. And then she kept asking “you want latte?” Well I wouldn’t know that cuz it didn’t say “latte” in the menu and I’ve ordered peppermint mocha for many times. I never had to tell them if it’s a latte. Anw, what an unpleasant time :/

Been here a couple of times and the managers are very kind ! Some of the staff can have a bit of an attitude. Other than that I can’t complain I come have a coffee do my homework and I don’t have to worry about finding or waiting for a table to sit at. Perfect for college students who need to get their homework done without too much noise around. And they have fresh fruit and yogurt yum !

Well I asked for 2 venti caramel frappes. When bk to the car to wait nc of my line plus whats already been ordered. Well the lady gave .75$ tip and she was given her order quick. Seeing her exit, I assumed mines was ready but no. These ladies were not on a beat. Slow to refill lids. But we have plenty of drinks to mix and prepare. Honestly Ive only been here twice and 2 times is enough. They have no orientation of how to run this store, everyones everywhere doing anything. I ordered a drink and a sandwich at 10:12 AM. To which there was one person in there that had already ordered before me and left right after I finished ordering. My drink was ready in 2 minutes. The remainder of the time I spent waiting for my sandwich. To then 4 more customers came in and ordered. Then those customers for their sandwiches first before me. I stepped up to the pick up window at 10:23 AM thinking it was mine because I was the first to order out of the rest of the people there. The girl then told me neither one of the sandwiches were mine even though it was the same EXACT sandwich I had ordered 10 min ago. She then says she will check on it and goes to the back part of the area where I cant see her and bring my sandwich out from there AND it was already cold too. I left at 10:25 AM. Theres no reason for me to wait that long for one sandwich and to which I received it cold, meaning it was sitting somewhere else and not at the pick up window to where I was standing right in front of with full view.

I LOVE STARBUCKS ! ITS GREAT. The shop I visit most times, 2928 is so incredible. All of them are incredible. Ive visited them from California and Oregon. Staff is cheerful not so at their sister store on Philadelphia Ave. Clean place and bathroom always in check. If not you tell someone and they are on it. Management is great problem solver knows how to keep a customer. I like they dont use same towel to wipe down each table. Makes me feel better when I place my coffee and danish down. For the amount of stress this place works under Customer Service and Delivery of the product is always on point. If you have a bad experience dont leave upset give management the opportunity to correct it. Remembering that not all employees have the same work ethics, One bad incident shouldnt ruin it for all. They have the music so loud they can’t hear your order so you have to yell it. Inevitably they get the order wrong. Forget getting a greeting by one of the four people working in there chatting it up. You have to stand there until someone decides to pay you any attention. Very poor experience- don’t recommend this location.

This was my first time at this Starbucks and I liked it. Inside was clean, including the restroom. The barista & cashier were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that takes away from it was the outside parking lot in front of Starbucks was trashy. I will stop here again.

Probably my favorite Starbucks location because one of the workers there always knows my usual and it only took 2 gos for her to remember my order and name. Lol. My trips are always super efficient and fast because of that. I walk in and all I need to do is give her my tumbler and boom, next minute, shes done. She also always makes my drink just the way I like it so I never have to worry if its going to come out delicious or not. :)

I stop in to Starbucks on Central & Walnut, Chino, Ca to get help with transferring $$ to my account. I had several gift cards. I was challenge with this simple task via the phone and app. Am a BabyBoomer Vinnie greeted me with a kind smile and welcoming tone of voice. He assisted me with my balance transfer and gave me the 411 on using my card balance and future $$ transfers. I ordered my SB favorite drink a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino w/ Almond milk to my great surprise Vinnie Blessed me w/a FREE drink as a courtesy this made my day :) The other local store have long drive thru lines and no personal touch due to the virus. I frequent the Walnut store for its friendly customer service with a contact free yet they are welcoming, friendly and kind. Our world not only need LOVE but a little kindness goes along way these days w/the stress of life journey. This is one of my go-to Starbucks locations...yes, I know it doesnt have a drive thru but thats where the mobile app comes in! I place my order on the app then just waltz in and grab my caffeinated goodness. You can also use it to pay when you order in person. Its great to use the apps for discounts and freebies. My order has always been accurate and complete. On the rare occasion I dont order on my phone, the staff always greet me with a smile and are very friendly and fast.Its a smaller setting with a handful of smaller, two person tables and some outdoor seating. Its pretty busy so if youre looking to work, cross your fingers you get a seat near an outlet. During rush hour, the parking lot directly north gets a little crazy but theres usually plenty of parking on the west side.

Typical starbucks. Was kind of busy when i went. Cashier got busy making a coffee and didnt hand me my receipt. Not like i needed it anyways. Coffee was nice and hot. Restrooms were clean.
