I will always give Starbucks the same rating, its a well managed business with mostly good employees ( I will go out of my way to mention the ones that shouldnt be an employee, but )The coffee is consistently slightly above average, my wife likes it, its ok for me, they need a light roast.This Starbucks was good.

Tried to return Christmas gift my wife didnt like. Was told told only store credit. Nothing like that mentioned on any of my receipts. Worker said take it or leave it. Corporate policy. Should be a warning when you purchase.I had all the receipts. Original and gift. Unfortunate that corporate makes these rules, never tells consumers, then poor customer service agent has to take responsibility. Also no. Service animals allowed in store. When did that start?

If you’re going to be reputable business, at least update your operating hours with more than just a hand written closed sign. How ridiculous. This right here is a business that doesn’t care about its customers enough to even update the app so people don’t place online orders. Amateur hour.

As of December 2023, their new staff is some of the slowest baristas I have ever experienced in my entire life - and I go to Starbucks usually 3 days a week. The wait times are 30+ minutes, unbearable, and meanwhile there’s no parking outside so the entire driveway is blocked. Very disappointed in their service, so slow and not kind.

For the amount of money they charge for coffees for people walking they need to stock green stoppers!!!!they also could keep the tables and chairs wipe down and keep it cleaner, I have to go to the shop because it’s close to me but I might start going to the Torrance / Hawthorne location since it’s better managed and has GreenStoppers

The girl who works there is so rude. They made a mistake with my order and she just kept rolling her eyes when I asked her to remake it. She told me I was wrong and there is no difference. You work in customer service, maybe not the job for you when ur attitude is poor.

Bad customer. Very rude employees. I dont recommend this Starbucks, please go to other location.
