Standard Starbucks outlet. Good location at the junction of El Monte Ave & El Camino Real. Small but adequate seating area. Open 7am to 6pm daily. This December (2023) you pay half rate for drinks on all Thursday afternoons. Common parking in shopping complex is generally available.

This is the so-called Venti Size. The service in this shop is terrible. I ordered the Venti size Java chip Frappuccino, and the other cup is very small. She only gave me half a cup for no reason and no refund. Many shops have very good services, only this one has the worst service. Resolutely will not come again.

In this busy shopping complex, Starbucks only has 2 people working at most of the time. You have to wait 20 minutes at least for your coffee. Stupid management.

Not my fave Starbucks to visit. They first made my drink hot when I asked for it iced, then they remade it with regular milk instead of soymilk so now I have stomach cramps. If you are lactose intolerant, make sure they get your order right because you can’t trust them here.

The staff were welcoming. I asked for an English muffin breakfast and I asked for no sausage and the guy who was handling the warming up the sandwich gladly did it; you know some places they might give you the eye rolling but not this place. I like it when people are polite.

We and everyone else this morning had a terrible experience. Everyone waited 10x their expected wait, online orders were waiting for 20+ minutes from what I could tell. And we waited 40 minutes for iced coffees!!!! Everyone was stressed.

This Starbucks is very dimly lit and always stuffy - I wish it was more ventilated! The tables are always full with everyone on their laptops, but there are outdoor seating perfect for sunny days. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and its on Castro St!

They take care of your order in a very timely manner, but its not the greatest tasting Starbucks Ive ever been to. The one up in Safeway on Shoreline is much better and have a very friendly staff. They cant accept rewards points like this location, though. You can only receive them from there, so I use this Starbucks only when I want to use rewards points and mostly stick with the one in Safeway to rack them up.

Everytime I have been to this location, the baristas are friendly, the orders were made properly and right on time if not early from my mobile orders. The ONLY reason for four stars instead of 5 is the lack of a drive through, but its not really the fault of the store per se. I highly recommend this location if youre in the neighborhood!

I was lucky enough to stumble across this Starbucks while exploring the local area. The staff were really friend and the service was fast. They have wi-fi if you want to finish up some emails while drinking your coffee which is an added bonus. But what is really great is the outdoor seating especially on a nice day you can sit outside and relax and watch the day go by.

The first time I was here the bathrooms were disgusting. The second time I came here they let me wait 20 minutes before I went up to the register and they told me what I mobile ordered was not available. The first time I tried to ask, the man making the drinks mumbled something to me and walked away. Fortunately they gave me something else and a drink at no charge, but it caused me to be late to my next appointment. Service could be better.

Had an Asian barista make our order (Tim is his name I think?). I’ve never stood so long waiting for my drinks. He took his sweet time wandering around, not a care in the world. We only ordered 2 Frappuccinos and it took him 20 minutes to take them.

You cant go wrong with a Starbucks coffee whether it is an elaborate blended concoction or a simple iced coffee that you can sweeten, lighten and spice with cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg to your personal taste. My favorite is a Java Mocha Chip blended drink. I especially appreciate that if they have used grounds available when you ask, they will give them to you for free to use for mulching plants. Plan to do it when you have a car. The bag can be large and heavy depending on the timing.

Busy the coffee shop 5 times a week! I counted 4 employees behind the counter. 4 paying customer waiting in line, three gental men in line, they where in their later years over 70 . Me 60 still in good health. The other three gental men had a hard time standing and walking. There was no knowledgement of any of use for over 1minute. Person working machine was busy making drinks. Other employees tasking on none customer orders. Finally someone maned the register, customer asked for a drip coffee. Employee went over to get the drip coffee, yep it was empty. He went to wait again for his coffee, others ordered other drinks. Yep it was my turn finally after waiting 4mins to get my drink! Large drip, I was ready for her reply! Just a few minutes, we are going to make some. I went and stood next to the gentleman who order drip coffee too. Im sure his Waite time was equal or longer than mine. This is not about Me, but about the older gentleman who was in pain standing waiting for his coffee too! I ask, that we be aware of the elderly this season.Total time to receive my Drip coffee was over 6 mins.

Starting new job in the area so I figured Id show up early and get some Starbucks to start the day right. Walked into the one off El Monte and El Camino.The kid that tried to help me sounded like he was already bitter about something.ordered a coffee, he didnt ask if I wanted cream or sugar, and when I had to ask and then try to figure a way to let him know exactly how I want my coffee so hes not just giving me whatever he wants to, he gave me an attitude. Not interested in that kind of negativity especially in the morning so I just told him to keep his attitude and I walked out. Maybe its time to switch to Peets.

During my stay at holiday inn express mt view, i visited this place once, the one who served me was nice n friendly but when i sat on high table side, came another female staff tried to put metal high chairs beside me, but she did it roughly and very noisy... Pls do it slowly next time, its kinda rude if u seemed like smashing those chairs next to ur customers....

It is a starbucks. It took away a few seats in the waiting area so leave those seats for the seniors and hadicap. They need a rest and your important work will wait. Outside there are lots office and vagrants recovering from hangovers here and hanging out while their partner panhandles for cash or breaks into a few cars for some heroin money. Dont give money to the bums. Donate to mountain view community services (they help everyone with anything. That day!) This is actually a family neighborhood and someday we would like to walk to the store without having to pull out the pepper spray.
