I did a mobile order. When I arrived at the mobile pick up station. I was not greeted, I was not acknowledged by any employees who saw me from over the counter or in front of me. I patiently waited, watched their work flow, watched their work ethic, & they all were not too busy to be able to help. They all had their heads down & avoid any customer eye contact. When I walked in there was one other customer in line who just made their order before I arrived. The drive thru was not long either because I saw no cars extending out from the corner or a vehicle at the pickup window.

Youd think given Starbucks reputation that they would want to keep up the appearance in their facility. The location at Shaw and 41 in Fresno was dirty. The floor had trash all over on the and some of the tables were dirty as well. There were only a few people inside and this could have been taken care of in a matter of minutes. They need to take a little more pride in their location.

I go to this Starbucks often. The service is excellent. The restroom is clean. Sometimes all I need is to have my personal Starbucks cup filled with ice. They never charge for this service. It is a great place to meet others and talk or conduct business.

Ok why would you have a sign stating your open but be closed! Fail. Also be open on maps but your closed! Fail. So disappointed. Customer service has gone downhill. The girls don’t know how to work with the homeless in panhandlers. I think some new employees are getting trained, which is why their service isn’t as productive as it could be.needs a refresher in customer service

I have to say Ive never been so disappointed in an establishment. After purchasing drinks, my friend and i were sitting as I drew and my friend smoked a cigarette. Upon returning back inside my friend had noticed that the young barista dispensing the leftover pastries into the trash. Its at this point he walks up to her and says if she is just going to throw them away can he maybe have one or two cause he was hungry. To my surprise, the barista says to my friend we dont just give these away and proceeds to THROW THEM IN THE TRASHCAN!! I was appalled as was my friend and he sat down, embarrassed of what just happened. Let me back up, while asking the barista another young lady who appeared to be manager, sporting pink hair, walks up as if she was going to intervene to my friends assistance but rather, just watches and proceeds to walk away once my buddy came to sit down. I shutter to think that Starbucks would rather throw food away than to know they couldve let it go to a good cause. Maybe it was cause my buddy is Mexican, I dont know I cant say for sure but Im having a hard time trying to figure out another reason for such ridiculous treatment! I will never come back to this Starbucks or prob any Starbucks for that matter! I hope corporate reads this and does something about this!! Being as how this just happened no more than ten minutes ago Im still in awe at this terrible display of terrible service!!

Tried that egg and bacon wrap, its a fancy breakfast burrito but its pretty darn good. How do you get that tortilla thing so crispy but not dry? Excellent service, put up with both of us being indecisive and I forgot my glasses so I needed help reading.... not my proudest moment. But excellent.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss when it comes to customer service and the baristas. I order the same drink every time I go and it tastes different. Overall its convenient to where I need to be. One day I embarrassingly forgot to check for my wallet and I was next in line at the drive-thru. I got on the Starbucks app, it would work so I can upload money onto it. When It was my turn I told the person working at the window I was trying to upload but it wasnt working and I forgot my wallet. I told him to cancel my order and I apologized. He gave me the drink on the house. I appreciated that so much!!!!

Not only did the hot drinks come without a sleeve or double cupped, the lids had not been placed securely on said drinks. After requesting a new one after having half of it spill out due to the ill-fitted lid, I was told I would have to purchase a replacement drink instead. With the spill being a result of lack of quality in the product/service this is hilarious as iv seen people request new drinks just from not liking the taste of what they ordered prior.

I just got here to finish my homework because the other Starbucks I was at closed early. I really needed to use the bathroom and I explained to the guy that I needed to change my tampon as well. He said the bathrooms were closed for cleaning. They chose to clean the bathrooms over 2 hours before closing. Common sense says that it doesnt take 2 hours to clean bathrooms... Can someone from higher up please let me know why it should take that long to clean bathrooms.

The customer service at the coffee shop was extremely poor. Although the shop was still open and my husband had just purchased drinks, the employee refused to give me the passcode for the restroom. He claimed that it had already been cleaned and that they were going to close in 15 minutes. I argued that they were still open and that I needed to use the restroom, but he remained firm in his position. It was frustrating to be denied access to the restroom just because the employee was lazy and unwilling to accommodate my request.

This place, for whatever reason, seems to take a very long time to get an order in and through to customers. Also, I made it clear that I was on a street bike and that what I needed was a double tray inside a bag in order to carry my drink safely. It took me 15 minutes to get my drink and also when they delivered it to me they could not get me a 2 tray and try to hand it to me on a 4 tray which was extremely dangerous I then just ask for a bag because I was the only way that I could carry the drink And it ended up spilling all over my bike. Its disappointing that they would tell you that they have something and then they dont which would make my trip basically useless and I wasted that money.

Jonathan deserves kudos! I pulled up to the window and he asked if I was okay. Apparently I didnt know I was bleeding on my elbow. He gave me napkins to blot it and then asked me if I wanted a bandage which he proceeded to get for me. He was just so bubbly and kind. Hes a wonderful asset to your establishment.

I was waiting in the drive thru and tried to order on the app to save time and the app said they were out of most everything especially all the holiday specials. When I got to the window to order she said yes did have what I wanted. I mentioned that the app said they were out of it and she just shrugged her shoulders. If I wasnt in the line and stuck and I was trying to order I wouldnt have ordered there and moved on to the next location looking for what I wanted. Literally 50% of the time Ive gone to this location (NO exaggeration!), they are out of one of the items I order. Ive given feedback to their manager, but nothing changed. The evening crew would tell me theyre out of certain items because they got really slammed earlier in the day and they all sold out. But when I come early in the morning, theyre out of the same items. Yet when I go to other locations, this is not a problem. Today I waited 20 minutes to get to the window only to be told by a young man named Manny that they were out of one of the 3 items I ordered. He scanned my payment and handed me a drink before telling me this. I was so fed up with this same issue at this location that I handed him my drink back and drove off. I still got charged $11 and drove away with nothing. Thats okay though, because thats the last time I will EVER visit this location.

Cozy, clean, and quiet location. It can be a tight squeeze to get in if youre coming off Shaw and easy to miss since NB HWY 41 is right up ahead, but thats probably why this Starbucks doesnt get as high traffic as the others. All my drinks were made correctly and quickly, and the baristas were polite and accommodating. Still had plenty of pumpkin spice on a hot double star day!

Literally 4 sips and it was gone... nothing but ice.Now I go to Vallarta, and for $2-3, I can get an enormous froufrou drink of my choice and it is delicious! Bye Starbucks! :-D

Extremely disappointed in the partner that handled my order today. After a horrible morning and some bad news at a doctors appointment, when I stopped for a little pick me up, I was denied the ability to use my partner discount when the phone app wouldnt open correctly for me. I offered my ID and store info, but was cheerfully informed that would not be good enough in this district.I guess make every moment right doesnt apply to other partners. Starbucks has closed many locations due to the shelter in place. This location has very long drive thru only lines. It would be more efficient if they sent employees out to take orders further down-the-line with a portable order terminal as other places like Dutch Brothers has done. Standard Starbucks setup. Three people working behind the counter, one other customer inside at the time. Occasional person going though the drive thru. Service was quick, food and drink were good. The one issue was this was around 8am and the tables, floor and seating were dirty. Trash and food crumbs all over the place. With it being a slow time it looked like the place hadnt been cleaned since the day before. There are also plenty of tears in the seating. The management needs to focus the staff on keeping the place clean and doing some repairs.

This is one of three Starbuckss within a two-block radius and its the best one. I always use the drive-thru and its always fast and efficient. The staff is very friendly especially early in the mornings. They always get my food right and my drink right. A lot of times the staff will joke and make conversation which is always Pleasant it shows that they are happy with what theyre doing best producing great product.

The I asked to change the size of my frap and she rolled her eyes and let out a long sigh. I used to go to this Starbucks almost daily but have not been there in awhile. I was very disappointed in the services this time. I ordered a Venti green tea, no sweetener, no water, extra ice and do not shake it....very simple drink. There were no other cups sitting on either bar when my personal cup was placed there. Although I understand that there are mobile orders that come in and the drive through has to be tended to but my cup got passed up consistently. After almost 20 minutes I asked for the barista on register to just let me have my cup back as I had to go to work. She picked up my cup and without any apology asked me Do you want me to dump the ice out? I told her no and got my cup. On top of it all I even had to actually ask for the for a refund.I wont be going to this Starbucks again.

My favorite local coffee shop. I stop by often for a triple Venti Cappuccino because this is one of the few locations that can make it perfectly. The staff is friendly, welcoming and eager to make the drinks the way you want them. Seating outside makes it a nice place to hang out, for a few minutes. With Covid, it would be nice if Starbucks considered placing some better seating outside though.

I was having a pretty rough morning, and stopped by here to get coffee and cake pops for my little people. We were helped by Ronnie at the drive through window and he was so incredibly sweet, funny and so great! He talked to the kids, gave us extra napkins and even gave them extra cake pops that had been left behind. He went out of his way to be super great having no idea I was having a hard morning. This is the second time our office grabs Nitros from the 318 E Shaw location and this is the SECOND time our cups are a little over half way. Never had this problem with our usual location on Blackstone. I called to let them know this has got to stop if their going to charge for a full grande but their phones are always busy.
