2 of 5 girls behind the counter this morning are grouchy which is LAME. I felt that I was scolded for bringing up that there are live cockroaches indoors and also asking for a cup of Ice water. One particular young lady was nice and polite. I wish they had name tags as I did not see any of the employees wearing them. I did ask for one name and she said her name was Kylee - she was the nice one! Morgan (or so her apron said) exuded tension and does not appear to have good customer service skills. Not sure about the other young lady.

Starbucks is very place to go for coffee. And theyve been offering a lot of specials lately. And a lot of fufu drinks and I happen to like the variety there such as the macadamia nut coffee.

I love Starbucks as is evident from my many post. This particular location is convenient as its right off a freeway, next to our doctors and theres plenty of socially distanced seating.People are awesome too!

A girl whom is I guess in charge was so Rude and arrogant when telling me that the cheese sandwich are usually infront and if there wasnt any that meant they were all out I guess what I am trying to say the tone and way she said it was so confusing and rude HORRIBLE WILL never come back

I was excited to finally get the chestnut latte again this year. I ordered at the drive thru and as I was leaving, I noticed it didn’t taste right. I had to come back and tell the girl that it didn’t taste like chestnut & it was watery (meaning not enough flavor). Instead of being kind, the girl looked at my drink and told me my drink was watery because I let it sit out. My drink is now even more watery because I left the drive thru, pulled over to the goodwill across the way and then had to make my way back to Starbucks (which I didn’t want to do) to get it remade. Not good customer service on their part, trying to blame me. Im just a customer that wants their $9 drink to taste good. I won’t be returning.

Rafael made my sweet cream nitro cold brew today “extra sweet cream” and it was perfect. Honestly one of the best Starbucks drinks I’ve had in a while. I do a LOT of Mobile ordering and this one was done so well I got back out of my car and went and asked who made it. If you’re in this area I would highly recommend stopping by this location! They do a really good job.

Went in and was immediately greeted by the manager who asked for my order. I wasnt sure what to get to drink and asked her for a recommendation and she nailed it with a wonderful drink, i also got something to eat and it was very quick service with a smile. Manager and her team were awesome.I would recommend this location.My only negative would be that they need more visible signs. Over all a great positve location and staff.

Turn off mobile order if you are unable to accommodate it in store!!! Mobile order is completely useless if you have to wait in the drive through line! 3 times in the last month this store has done that. I understand the store may be understaffed. If that’s the issue turn off mobile order and I’ll visit another local store instead

Simply went in to grab my fixings. Usual Carmel Frappuccino. They were few staff but with patience they were appreciated of being willing to wait without any rush on my order and to take their time with other things before my order. I enjoyed my order too.

The staff was friendly, bur halfway through my breakfast and coffee my son and I were literally kicked out so they could close the lobby, at 9:30 am, because some of the employees were leaving. It’s a very odd thing to do during peak hours at a Starbucks. I watched a half-dozen people turned away and drove off while writing this. Not impressed.

Kevin in the drive thru rocks. After going to the Starbucks on Auburn and having a horrible experience Kevin kindly replaced our drink with a very delicious alternative. It was a few minutes after closing but he still gave us perfectly impressive customer service. This is the kind of employee that Starbucks can be proud of. He also reassured me that only a dumb barista would suggest a beverage with lemonade and cream. Dont go to the Starbucks on Auburn and Garfield. Please go to the Starbucks where Kevin works the drive-thru. And make sure you tip.

Disappointing experience using the app. It was really early (5:45 am), but the app said they were open for in-store pickup. However, they were drive through only at this point so ordering through the app to save time was pointless. 15 minute wait in drive through for an order i wanted to walk in and pick up was pretty frustrating. Not a big deal that the inside was still locked, just wish it had been communicated as such in the app like it is at other stores.

This location is the best. The drive thru traffic is large,but the inside is on so quiet. This is one of the few locations with an adequate amount of seating. The crew is on top of it and pretty darn fast with the orders. My favorite overall.

Hello, I just wanted to say I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the terrible service I got at one of your stores the girl had attitude & was very rude to me when she told me you guys didn’t have syrups available. We left and the coffee was made terrible. I called back I spoke to one of the girls her name was jazz. She was very rude and disrespectful and didnt nothing abt it, I asked if she could hand me over to a manager and she said that her manager was on break and didn’t know when she would be back I asked if she could get my phone number & have the manager call me back. She kept on answering back & told me that when the manager comes back she can help and I called back 7 times to try to talk to the manager and all of those times she completely ignored my calls and when I finally got a hold I asked again for the manager and she completely hung up. I just can’t believe how unprofessional she was like I have never had such terrible service. It’s truly embrassing this company has people like her working

We went through the drive through and they made a mistake on one of our drinks. We corrected the order but when we got the drink back, it was wrong again. We left because we were holding up the line. But we definitely feel like we paid too much for what we got.

Quick, even when busy; staff is very friendly and helpful. The store itself is not laid out well, which leads to a bottleneck at the pick up area, but nothing that cant be overcome with a bit of cooperation by all involved. 😊

Ordered a hot coffee through the drive thru, it was cold. Went in and asked for a another cup and not only received a hot cup of coffee but also a free cookie and a $4 card for the next time Im there. Good job on customer sevice!

Awful experience today. Ordered two frapps, one peppermint one cookie crumble. Both of them did not have peppermint or cookie and were just mocha. Both of them were barely blended and were basically just ice chunks and foam. Completely undrinkable and waste of money

While waiting for the drink that ewas ordered they called the drink and i watched A man walk in the door, grab the drink anhud walk out thinking not much of it. But when i realized i had been sitting there waiting for my drink for about 25 min. I compmained about it and was told i should have paid more attention i was blown off and given a 4$ card for starbucks which they called a replacement drink i dont know a single starbucks that charges only 4$ for a large caramel frap. Ok. So poor customer service, the staff was unwilling to take responsibility for thejr mistake and tried to blame me for not recieving a drink i paid for and i am absolutely never going to this location again ever. Whatever happened to customer service where the customer is always right and you get what you psy for?

Super slow drive thru. By the time I got to the window my frapp was already half melted and they gave me a tiny straw for a large drink, which I didnt realize until I started to pull away and at that point I couldnt reverse to get a new one since the car behind me had already tried moving up.

I asked for a Starbucks doubleshot on ice with vanilla instead of classic sweetener. The Barista only put vanilla extract and no sweetener. It was a grande drink and was about 2 oz short also. The person who took my order was very friendly though
