No acknowledgements, no greetings, instead they even give you a look sometimes when you come in & order. They do NOT call your name for mobile orders so you have to go check the name on every cup they make. Out of the not so friendly employees, Jennifer is really bad that she seem to hate her job. She will make a mistake and just take the coffee back, doesn’t say sorry, no nothing. Bottom line, it’s just not the attitude you expect from starbucks (or any coffee place), and if you’re trying to start your day right, I don’t recommend you get coffee from here.

I have ordered a Frappuccino and when barista was about to put the lid on it he realized he didn’t have the frap lids so he threw away almost half of the drink away just to put a flat lid. The drink looked so bad I asked if I can get it remade and he said yes but I would have to pay extra. They were super rude about it I ended up just getting a refund

I asked for 1 coffee with milk. 7 people who ordered fancy drinks after me were given their drinks before me. WORST service by Raquel. When I asked that I ordered coffee she said in a totally rude way that it is coming out. The attitude was something to behold. I have been coming here for 5 years but never experienced this. With people like her manning the store I am Never coming back here again. 20 min for coffee with milk - what a joke.

This starbucks location always has issues. It is always out of something, whether that be chocolate, mocha, or pastries. I can’t even order a main drink without there being some issue. It is always low stocked, compared to the location on Washington street (Please go to that location instead of this one, it is only 1/4 mile away). Today drew the line, when I ordered a bacon and sausage wrap on the mobile app. They replaced it with a disgusting white cheddar and turkey bacon sandwich. It wasn’t even out of stock on the mobile app. They took the bacon sausage wrap sticker, put it on the bag, and called it quits(Name redacted for privacy reasons). I mean, how lousy can you be? You could at least give a refund for that wrap, replace it with an actually good breakfast item, or give points to me. Ok, maybe they ran out do to the nearby schools, right? Wrong! On Christmas break, when all schools were out for 2 weeks, they were still out of mocha! They barely stock! This Starbucks is an actual waste of time. Go to the Washington one, they never fail me.

They’re so friendly here!!! Always greeting me and theyre so accommodating. Lidia was especially friendly when I came in today and it really made my day. I pre ordered my food but came late! She offered to grab me another one. This was so kind and I really felt cared for. Thank you!!

Dirty, unprofessional, cannot do math. I ordered a trenta online and they gave me two talls instead (they were “out of trenta lids”). Do the math in ounces and it doesn’t add up. Also, the staff seem to always be sitting around. There’s never any clean tables. Even the furniture looks GROSS- fabric is stained etc. Zero hustle mentality here. Also the bathroom is disgusting. And there was no TP or soap. This worries me. Just avoid this location and go to the Hashery across the street.

I was not asked about the size of the drink and was charged the largest/most expensive option. One hour before the closing time baristas turned on extremely loud and inappropriate rap music which I could clearly hear wearing noise canceling headphones, one person started mopping an hour before the closing time and the mop was so stinky I couldn’t finish my drink. After the floor cleaning process was completed the whole premise had a very bad smell of an old mop. It was clear they didn’t want any customers in and were trying to leave me out of the building. The view is good but the behavior is not appropriate.

Friendly staff, great San Jose neighborhood. Inside space is cramped and not particularly inviting. Outside space is also jammed on the corner of Naglee and Park. Functional but doesnt not invite one to linger (noisy and not cosy).

Came for Veteran’s Day coffee, asked if they are offering the complimentary coffee… I know they do. Staff quickly said no without checking. It’s quite irritating because it says it on my app.It’s not about the free coffee, it’s about how incompetent the staff is. Without checking, quickly answered no. I love this Starbucks so much, the staff is super friendly and it’s super close to my school. I often hang at Starbucks after school. It’s super crowded tho, cause there are two schools near it, and everyone want to go. Usually when it’s packed u have to wait 1-2 hours for ur drink. But, besides that it’s a good place to go.

Server needs to be trained on how to handle drink in a clean way. Server brushes his hair every few seconds with the same hands that he used to mix drinks. I ordered before a line formed up and the people behind me got their drinks ahead of me while I could see my drink sitting on the counter, almost close to his apron without a cap on. Also the people from the line were already picking up their order. They could use a hair net or at least tie their hair. Its not that hard.

Today the morning shift was so slow meaning thier (slow) Dont move quick enough ive seen how other locations are and this one is lazy and not to mention thier staff, including the manager very rude .They made a mistake on my order and for that, that cost me 30-40 mins of my TIME!!! I came to this location at 3:30 they were busy which I understand but the service was horrible. There were only 3 people working, 2 boys and a lady and they had no communication at all. I ordered 6 drinks and 4 were made wrong. The refreshers and ice tea was not even shaken. I ordered 2 fraps with extra caramel drizzle and they did not come with it. When I asked them to correct it the lady got mad at me when the boys admitted they made it wrong.Not a good location. I would not recommend.

I Have gone to this sturbucks location for years. MEGA who works here is extremely rude. I ordered my coffee online, arrived about 20m after. I asked her for my coffee she told me not is ready but she hide my coffee behind the counter. I had to ask her for how long it was sitting there and she gives me an attitude and lies to me.

Listening to music on his airpods doing nothing walking around while the kid at the register tried to manage all the customers in the store. I dont appreciate people who just come to their workplace to get a paycheck for doing nothing absolutely nothing. The drinks are too inconsistent at this location regardless if the store is busy or not. They’ll frequently forget to add ingredients like syrup, whipped cream, or milk. The drinks here do not taste good.

This Starbucks is located in a good spot where people can have easy access to get some snacks or drinks after visiting the Rosicrucean Museum or before/after coming from the YMCA gym 😭👍(Also 1-5 mins away from 3 schools)Like any other Starbucks, it does have a bit of space for outdoor seating, or you could also have your food inside.

Visiting some friends in the Bay Area and was in San Jose. We had been running around all day and we needed a shot of caffeine so we stopped by at this Starbucks. It seems that the store is pretty popular and the Baristas over there were very helpful and cheerful. This helped a lot of customers in a really short time. The coffee was really good according to my friends but I had hot chocolate and that was really good too.

This is the worst Starbucks in S.J.I will never return and will not recommend. The staff at this neighborhood Starbucks is so very friendly. Ive come here on a few occasions to meet up with friends or just sit and work on my laptop and each time Ive been impressed with the friendliness of the staff.They just remodeled this location so there are 8 individual leather chairs, a community table that seats 8-10, and various 2 person tables.The place can get a bit crowded when the school across the street is done for the day. Kids will pack the place on their way home, or come to study/hangout with friends.

I like this shop when I visit grandkids BUT today I was very disappointed! The young lady that started helping me got interrupted by a young man who decides to start instructing her on something with a binder on the counter. I ordered iced tea special and a cookie. I paid and tipped then waiting for my cookie the young lady looked me with query....I pointed and quietly said my cookie? She started to go get it and the guy said no then turned to me and pointed down to pick up area and said just go down there well get it to you. Without even pausing he continued to talk shop to her. How embarrassing for her, my little grandson was waiting in stroller and I waited for the cookie. Geeeez bad service but more importantly if this was management style very poor. I wasnt the only one, he never took her away from the counter to talk with her. No professionalism. There were 5 staff there that were all talking about her performance. She was so lost just looking at the customers. I really felt for her but did not interrupt the behavior to embarrass her more...not my intention. Ive been using the Starbucks for over 10 years. In the past year or so it seems to have become more difficult for me to get my simple drip coffee in a timely manner. I feel like they have thinned out there crew and dont have as many hands on deck as they used to. There have been many times where Ive had to debate whether I would have time to get my food or drink.

Went to Neggle and Park which is closer to me and the office maneger refused to make my drink and sent me to the original location where I originally made my order.
