Ill start by saying I go to this location often. After last night I will not be returning. At 7:26 pm. There were three cars ahead of me and none behind me. When it was my turn to order it was a little past 7:30 pm. The lady states sorry we are not taking anymore orders. I told her I was in line on time and I told her no one was behind me. She still said sorry and refused to serve me. Worst customer services Ive had in awhile. Why they served the guy at the window who walked up as I was ordering Ill never understand. I guess Ill use my last remaining points and move on. Just one question for the District Manager. Why do we have Starbucks?

Usually go in mornings, morning crew is very respectful and customer friendly. Ended up going to drive through a couple minutes ago and right from the jump guy was rude. And then when we’re at window he forgot our hot chocolate and so we were just waiting and he was like “what else” in a rude way. I was as about to say something but not going to say waste my breath on a little kid that doesn’t enjoy his job. With an attitude like that, you mind as well find different job or work in warehouse so you don’t really talk to anyone. Maybe that’s why line was really moving slow, him with his attitude and getting orders wrong. We’ll just stick to mornings.

An enjoyable interlude with a tasty treat. This location abuts the Lake Murray recreational area. So we ride our bikes from our house over to the Starbucks for a nice cuppa joe, and then ride around the lake. This Starbucks is very festive inside with a friendly staff. Theyre pretty fast attending to your order, too.

My wife and I went about 5:30 pm and unfortunately we didnt got the name of the young man that help us. He is Awesome!!! And the speed of the service was unreal. We spend a little more time talking to this young guy, than the time we got our drinks. Guys. Keep it up and never loose that smile. All of you.. Awesome service... THANK YOU!!!

The service and coffee was 5 stars. But the logistics of getting to this Starbucks is 4. The parking lot has tiny spaces so expect your sedan car to get dinged. And overall it’s a small parking lot so the drive-through line usually overflows to the main road. there is only outdoor seating. The inside is really small and a standing room only.

I have been going to this store for about 7 years & I have only had positive experiences. The staff are efficient and friendly and the service is quick. Dont worry if you see a long line for the drive-thru... theyll have you through the line & on your way before you know it! ☕️

Jade, the person with the lazy eye and burned-bleached hair is an absolutely rude person to interact with. Went through the drive through and asked what pastries were available and she told me all pastries were available. When I get to the window, she tells me there’s no pastries that I wanted. She gave me attitude when I told her to remove the item from the order so I wouldn’t pay for the pastry they didn’t have. I was waiting for the drink I ordered and she put %2 milk and I forgot to request the drink with oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant. I went through the drive through again to order another pastry since they said they didn’t have any at the window and exchange my drink for oat milk. I went to the window and requested the drink and offered to pay the difference and the lady with the lazy eye got mad and started lecturing me on dairy and that I’m still going to get diarrhea if I add cold foam to my drink. The lady rolled her eye and interrupted when I apologized and continued to talk to another person on the mic. She changed her tone of voice to being rude and sarcastic with me and I was very confused and lost with what I did wrong. I got off the store to pick up my drink and hopefully resolve the misunderstanding between the situation with the oat milk. When I got down, they didn’t have my drink ready and when the lady with the burnt hair saw me, she interrupted my conversation with another coworker and started talking rudely to me and interrupted the person at the drive through who was ordering. Then she stated how I needed to excuse her attitude because she’s “all over the place” and I responded respectfully saying that everyone works hard and has bad days but it’s no reason to treat a person in such a rude way. As I was asking the coworker for the managers number, she interrupted her coworker and mentioned that she is the shift lead and approached closer to me and looked like she was intimidating me to scare me. I continued to remind her that I wasn’t at Starbucks to cause trouble but just wanted my food and drinks. I then said that I was talking to her with all my respect since the drive through and all I could ask for was the same but she just sarcastically kept repeating “thank you” over again until I realized she was trying to annoy me to leave the store. I have always came to this store and have had good experiences with mystery Starbucks drinks and cool interactions but with this particular person, I would feel very uncomfortable to return if she provides the service. I felt very disrespected and discriminated. I believe her tag name was Jade. I appreciate that her coworkers were able to provide me with her name honestly because she was not willing to give her name by her demeanor and I did not want to make tensions worse by interacting with her. The other workers were very friendly and polite and have great customer service.
