Worst customers service ever, I made online order as usual for my refresher drink with no ice and I paid extra for that but when I went to pick it up, I found out its almost half empty and when I asked the lady behind the counter she said it’s a new Starbucks policy cup won’t be full if the order was with no ice?????!!!!! What a joke and shame to make such stupid thing you charging people extra for no ice order and now and in despite of that you giving them half empty cups??!! It’s time to boycott Starbucks and switch into different brands very disappointed ☹️

Perfect place to study or “work from home”. The drinks and food was good. A lot of seating and outlets to recharge. The staff members were sweet and kind and spelled the name correctly! 5 stars for great customer service.

I think I have now been to every Starbucks. This one doesnt have a drive through but there is plenty of sitting room inside and out. The staff was friendly as always. The drinks were delicious.

Terrible coffee, terrible place to work, manager who works here harasses employees over and over again with no attitude correction or change when brought to attention, dehumanizing the employees and gross energy. if you are looking to apply here, best option is to not. management here is the worst and you will be miserable. whole lot of drama and chaos goin on at this starbucks!

Nice place, nic people, but got my order wrong. Ordered cream cheese with the bagel. They forgot. I pointed out that customer service goes a long way, they could have comped the $1 for the omission. But they choose to charge me. Really isnt customer satisfaction worth a dollar?

This, like all Starbucks, has a calming aesthetic, as well as a feeling of productivity. Employees are nice, and quick to take and complete orders. Its a great place to go to get your work done, especially after a hard day in class, or at work.

This Starbucks is one of the most friendliest that Ive ever been to. The employees make an effort to know their customers first names. Summertime... has 14 outdoor tables and 40 chairs with trees and umbrellas to keep me in the shade. I enjoyed a lemon cake and cold iced coffee. Nice environment, good service, traditional Starbucks drinks.

It is a lot easier to come here at night. There are less people and your drink gets made within 10 minutes or so. This morning they were training a new person and the service was slower than usual. Usually, they are very fast with all the drinks. I was not in a hurry. The girl training the new employee did thank me for my patience. Which was fine. Next time, It would be very helpful to have an extra person helping with drinks. I plan on contiuning to enjoy coming to this starbucks.

Nice when you walk in. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms not so clean.Now for the coffee. I just order a regular med. roast coffee with whole milk in it making it a taffy color. Usually theres about 2 ahead of me so I should have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it and no less coffee is not even warm.I ask to warm it up for me znd they have nothing to warm it up with.

Its Starbucks. Its consistently good. You usually know what you want before you walk in. This location is fairly big for a Starbucks and has patio seating outside. Good place to meet up with someone, grab a drink, and hang out for a bit.

Had to hang out here while I-80 was closed. Lots of chairs and space available for everyone, the baristas were super nice and I chatted with one of them for a bit. Great place to hang out or rest up before driving through the mountains.

20/10 1st time customer/review:-- Meets client expectations of a chain Starbucks experience.-- COVID note: No indoor dining. Plentiful, metal tables/chairs are well spaced apart on outside onto large, pleasing, concrete area already there pre-covid (i.e. NOT makeshift, out in street like so many other establishments have had to resort to in 2020).-- Restroom for customers only (keypad entry). [Note: only one single-use mens room converted to unisex, as the only womens use room converted to unisex employee-only restroom. A three person wait the busy Saturday I experienced.]

The manager needs to plan for Tahoe-related demand changes. They were out of their most popular item at 10:30am on a Sunday (the sausage muffin), apparently due to the Tahoe snowboarding and skiing rush. If youre dropping by for one if those, find another location.
