Normally I just give Starbucks a pass on quality and service (not the best).... but this location consistently misses the mark.in a month, they have gotten my order wrong 4 times, including forgetting to make my order.Service is bad even for a Starbucks. (again, this is based on coming here many times in a month [because it was close/on the way to meetings]).just grab a coffee ANYWHERE else...

The good- enjoyed the iced coffee beverage. The bad, took longer than normal to make and the power didn’t work anywhere outside so couldn’t enjoy the drink and work outdoors. The good- had the lemony cake bread desert- can’t remember what they call it, and it was delicious.

I’m so offended by the service I received. I was in line and the young man who was taking orders, looked at me and ask the woman behind me “hi, may I take you order” I can’t believe it . And he also got my order wrong, wouldn’t make eye contact and was short with me . I love Starbucks but I’ll never go to that one ever again.

Just your run of the mill Starbucks in sunny Newport Beach. Has your usual favorites. Parking can be a little rough. Prices the same as any other Starbucks. Has mobile ordering as well. Some seating open inside. Seating outside as well. Did seem a bit unorganized and took a while to get my order though line was short.

Good morning so Im not a complainer and never have i placed a review but 2 days in a row I ordered an venti size coffee and when I receive it its half full .I do not appreciate my coffee being messed with, Id like to get what I pay for .Dont get me wrong I love Starbucks .

Convenient and cozy location to get a quick caffeine boost if you are walking in the mean streets of Corona Del Mar! What wasnt so convenient was if you are driving and need to find parking. Since the Starbucks is located right off PCH parking is scarce and a bit inconvenient. They do have parking in the back underneath the store.Its a cool spot to sit and relax with indoor and outdoor seating.They seemed a little understaffed but still were great at getting the drinks ready soon.

This Starbucks is always clean and orderly, and even when theres a rush, theyre great at keeping wait times low! We love the outdoor outlets for working outside, especially if we want to bring our dog! 5/5 stars!

Disappointed in the customer service on 3/30/21. Walked in, I was the only one in the store, all 3 employees just stared at me. I had to say good morning first and nobody said it back. The guy at the register just pointed to the register he was on because I didn’t walk close enough. Then when I showed him a gift card, he, yet again, just pointed to the scanner. I think he said 3 words to me the whole time. Call me crazy but I expect a little more from customer service.

I always stop here for a green tea on my walk from the Newport Transportation Center to Laguna Beach or Dana Point. The service is very good, and I get my drink fast. The restrooms are also clean. I only wish they had more outlets. I only saw two and I wanted to get a little charge on my phone to run my walking app. Come here and hang on the patio with your pooch.

My dental team and I came upon this restaurant while walking on the strip. We are from out of town and were intrigued by the menu posted outside. Great environment and delicious food! Our server Andres was very amazing and attentive. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Great place for a quick coffee or even to lounge around and do some work on your laptop, read a book and get 50 cent refills on my brewed coffee, iced coffee, or tea (gold members get free refills). The staff is amazing and friendly and the coffee is always made with love. You are treated like family here.

This is one of the most rude stuck up Starbucks. This is a very rich area. But the customers are loud and rude, as well as the employees. I left because two people in this area have to talk so loud that they control the room instead of purely talking to the person in front of them. Because 9f this it is a terrible place to think or work on projects if you are into thinking. I was surprised how rude this part of town is.

I come here often, although I hate this location because they never seem to get my order right. They also always give me bad looks and charge me extra on drinks too. My food today was not hot or even warm, it was cold. Worst service ever. Never ever want to come back.

The bbq chicken sandwiches are really good, as well as the chicken wraps. I ordered the white chocolate mocha and the java chip frappuccino (both recommended with 3-shots and protein powder) better than most of the other Starbucks. Fresh air too!

A coffee house for wankers. It was an actual coffee house before the wanky Newport Beach remodel that turned it into yet another fern-bar where you cant possibly sit down and bang out a novel, or an app, on yer laptop... No plugs, no recharging, and pathetically bad, overpriced coffee. Its even more annoying they closed down the Coffee Bean down the street -- which suffered no such pretense. I guess they had to close it to remodel into an effete and useless place in order to not shock banksters sensibilities with any deviation from the cheesy design tropes preferred by the elite. Fortunately, I have an espresso machine at home....Edit: raised a star b/c they are at least trying with their wireless chargers. Two whole tables inside with plugs and a few outside. Coffee is ok, prefer Peets. Re wireless charge -- its a slow charge and you cant really use device while its stuck charging. Most devices dont have it as feature...so.. How about... A 120vac plug? I know its kinda passé to offer Edison era connections in this ass-backwards modern age. Oh and raised another star because they dont kick me out when i come in on inline skates. BTW none of this is the hardworking staffs fault - my complaints are to the management and architect and the idiot that decided on wireless charging instead of plugs.
