First time at a Starbucks I met my daughter here it was interesting. The young lady at waited on me was really nice and shared a smile and welcome. I have heard so much about your brownies, but were out. I didnt get her name she was very helpful and we got your cinimon cake instead. I dont drink coffee my daughters do. Just moved from TX. My go-to is the iced caramel latte. Great place for meetings and writing. Especially after the recent renovations! ☕️Caramel Brûlée latte is the best! They also have limited sale on tumblers and coffee cups.

This was my first time stopping at this location. The staff were super friendly. The inside was well maintained and clean. There was a good amount of seating inside and also a patio outside. I got a hot white chocolate mocha and it tasted delicious. They had two bathrooms open to customers, but I did not visit them. Overall I enjoyed this visit and would come back. It was nice stop to get out of the rain while my car was getting done.

The pistachio latte taste like crumbles of someone’s leftover plate and milky water. So terrible. I threw it away after three sips. The first sip is OK, let me try it again. The second sip is oh I can’t do this. I don’t understand. Let me try again. The third sip is the reality. Oh my gosh this is just simply horrible.

This is a large Starbucks making it easy to be socially distant when placing an order and waiting for your drink. Plenty of space outside and since this has parking only for the Starbucks, it makes it easier to get in and out with your car. No drive thru, but thats okay. Staff were very friendly and the drinks were made quickly.

The best thing besides the menu about this Starbucks is the square footage. This is my second morning at this location with it’s crazy intersection of Olive ave. & Verdugo ave. with Sparks st. Crossing the center. Nice location for business meetings.

First time here the long haired guy at the register was being too talkative to the skateboarder like it was his friend, I asked the blonde gal behind the counter if they get something started for us, she said we cant do that. I have been in a hell of a lot of Starbucks and the Baristas always ask if they can get a drink started BEFORE the cashier is available. Management, Its called team work, these guys need a serious lesson in that. Needless to say we left snd didnt order anything!!

The visit was poor customer service the girl at the register really seemed distracted looking around and didnt pay attention to what I was saying. My chocolate chip cookie was not heated my coffee was weak and didnt taste strong at all . It was watered down . If we had a question she seemed bothered to answer not a good visit at all.

One of my two go-to Starbucks in Burbank. Great service and friendly baristas. Very large patio is great for a summer hang. Large inside seating. Unfortunately, like most Starbucks it is dominated by to 7 that buy one coffee and stay from open to close. It’s gotten better over the last few months. Pro tip: it’s close to John Boroughs high school. Watch out for he 3:00 kids rush.

I frequent this restaurant nearly every day, and I have witnessed no less than well trained professional staff with stellar performance. They all have great attitudes, and they handle any rush like rockstars.Being that there is a local school nearby, there are a few rushes during the day that I get to see them weather, and each crew that I’ve witnessed behind the counter has done brilliantly. The restaurant is always clean, the food is good, and the drinks are on point.The only thing I would change about this restaurant are the bathrooms (at least the men’s anyway). Other than that, Starbucks should be very proud of this location, the managers, and the employees

Favorite Starbucks in a five miles radius. The parking can get full and you might have to park on the adjacent street or wait for a space to open up (never more than two minutes). The espresso is strong and the machines are kept clean. The creamer is always available and if its empty theyll grab you a full one. Ample seating, efficient queue, knowledgeable staff who will get to know you as a regular. Considerate clientele, too. No weird rules. Two unisex bathrooms that dont require a code.

Great building with lots of space for customers, employees work at a fast paced and try their best to get the customers needs as soon as possible, therefore they have great customer service. They just need to work on the maintenance of the store a little bit, everything is organized, just the floor is a little dirty which is not that big of a deal but it will look more presentable if its cleaner. Overall 4 starts.

Loud, often messy, and terribly managed. I only order Pike and frequently get something else (that tastes like tar). Last weekend I returned coffee twice because it was wrong. Why do the get it wrong? Because the coffee storage containers they draw from under the counter ARE NOT MARKED. If I wanted mystery coffee I could go to a local greasy spoon and take my chances. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich that they gave to someone else. Unfortunately, I waited until I got home to taste the coffee. It wasnt Pike. It did go down the drain... along with the $2.65 that I paid for it.The location was recently shutdown and renovated, so I thought Id give it a try again (its close to work). Today they could not take cash because they had no change. Apparently, Starbucks thinks it can put lipstick on a pig. This location is still horribly managed.

Great spot! There are plenty of in and outdoor seats and a greatly little bar to enjoy your beverages. It is a go to spot for both the local middle and high schools so keep that in mind if you are thinking of stopping here during the early to mid afternoons, it gets really busy. The parking at this location is the only draw back, it is hard to park in their lot so your best bet is street parking.

The place has that warm fuzzy atmosphere like Cheers where everybody knows your name. Lots of laughs and smiles and familiar faces just having a pleasurable moment. And if youre a visitor or newcomer, you are warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The barista are a rare and special crew of human beings who genuinely know how to treat others.

This Starbucks on the corner of Sparks and Olive in Burbank is hands-down my favorite Starbucks. Big, new Starbucks location with Google WiFi, Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, fast and friendly staff, and easy location. Parking lot is small, but parking on Sparks Street is usually easy, and once you go about 2000 feet,the street parking has no time limits. Great location to work from. When school is in session, the nearby high school empties here from about 2:30-4PM.

All starbucks are somewhat similar, good coffee place to sit in and/or out, etc, but what make this Starbucks exceptionally good is the service.From the cashier to the barrister they were all polity, helpfully and didnt hesitate to jump in and help when my daughter and I made a mess by accident.One note, they dont seem to have a restroom which is pity.

Loved this Sbx! Tons of space, but there is only one station to doctor coffee. Great outdoor seating, Wi-Fi is strong, and lots of outlets. Gave it three stars and heres why: only one coffee doctoring station; music was so loud, people were yelling at one another to have a conversation, which doesnt make for a relaxing atmosphere; the bathroom was not very clean, they left 1 item off my mobile order, and they close at 9p.

Great Burbank location to come and relax in, I got to work on my intern homework for hours without disturbance.In fact the only thing I witnessed that disturbed me was some grumpy slug of a man complaining about the bathroom on multiple occasions to the baristas. And both handled it excellently to the best of their ability. Some people are never going to be satisfied.Jeff and Cat are to be kept around for being professionals when they shouldnt have to.

I would like to Thank Sofi for her incredible customer service. I had a Celebration of life for our mother and planned this from out of state. Sofi 💐 was so sympathetic to my emotional state after losing my mother. She was kind enough to advice me on the amount of Coffee necessary, she also was able to give me the distance from her Starbucks location to my venue. Not often do you find beautiful gracious people that go over and beyond. Sofi was so precious she greeted me with a Sympathy Card and a beautiful Pot with Gerber daisies it brought tears to my eyes the day I landed and paid for my order.I hope Sofi gets the recognition she deserves for representing this company so perfectly. Starbucks has a lot of great drinks that you would only find if you go exploring the menu on the app. One of these is the Cordusio. Its a dark chocolate mocha with less sugary flavor. Love the flavor. The 4 stars is for making me hunt down this drink in an app instead of just having a menu at the store with your products on it. Throw up some digital menus in the store and put all the drinks on them. That way you can also let people know when youve run out of something.

My favorite Starbux in the BRB. Well equipped with space to plug in and work, all the kids on all the shifts are pleasant and friendly... Parking is sometimes an issue in the lot but street parking is legal ( and often better shaded. ) They have a pitcher so you dont have to keep asking for your free water. 3pm-430 can get crowded with high schoolers on weekdays.

Of course the coffee and pricey bakery stuff is the same as all Starbucks, but has the Clover system so you can get your own roast coffee brewed to order...Has its own rear parking lot and a good amount of outside tables.
