First off I want to say Gaby the store manager is an amazing person and amazing leader.Her team provides an amazing level of customer service, and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone that comes in satisfied with your order.This is the reason I always keep coming back to the store because of the level of commitment and service.Glad to see Starbucks has amazing leaders

As SBs stores go, this is a definite outlier. Store hours are confusing. I’ve showed up many mornings to find it hasn’t opened. When it is open some staff try hard, others would rather be somewhere else. I yearn for quick service, only so I don’t have to spend more time here than I need to. A truly depressing start to the day.

They don’t open at 6am. We knocked at 6:27 and they didn’t even look at us. They definitely heard us because when we first knocked they looked half way up then realized and continued about whatever they were doing. Very rude. Really bad customer service. Go to the one on Purdue. They’re great!

Honestly.. like most Starbucks its pretty dirty and theres trash all over the ground. Great place for people watching and drinking coffee and doing work. It has a nice patio area that closes at 630pm. Parking is free...

I recently visited the Starbucks on Santa Monica Boulevard and had a decent experience. The coffee was good, but the service could have been better.While the coffee was tasty and satisfying, the cashier didnt seem very friendly. I didnt feel particularly welcomed or valued as a customer, which was disappointing.The service wasnt necessarily slow, but it wasnt particularly fast either. There was a bit of a line, but it didnt take too long to get my order. I appreciated that the staff seemed to be working efficiently, but the lack of friendliness was a bit off-putting.Despite the mediocre service, the coffee was definitely the highlight of my visit. It was delicious and well-made, and I would recommend this Starbucks based on that alone.Overall, while the service wasnt great, I would still recommend this Starbucks for its high-quality coffee. Just dont expect the friendliest service in the world.

This place has the WORST employees, WORST customer service. A different horrible experience each time, so rude and arrogant. Please if you hate your job or life stay home and don’t try to ruin others people’s day. 1 they laugh at you when they have to remake your drink and are sarcastic about it, 2 they have an attitude when they have to take your order.I will filing a serious complaint about this location.

My worst Starbucks experience ever! They constantly messed up my orders. They dont know that iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso has 4 shots. The barista prepared it twice with only 1 shot. I regretted leaving 2 dollars tip. DO NOT TIP! If I could leave zero stars I would. If you want to tip, hand the tip to the homeless people waiting outside the shop.

Everytime I go to a Starbucks I always get bad service...I get a hot coffee they fill to the rim so when I take da lid I hot coffee goes all over hand end up burning my hand..have empty some out to make room cream because they dont want leave room or ask to leave room for cream. .this why I to Starbucks 1x a year does matter what Starbucks I go to I always get bad service...

Two pretty bad experiences. They gave me a coffee cake that was too hard to eat and 6 pumps of sugar syrup instead of matcha in a Venti. It was way too sweet. No straw provided. Not sure what’s wrong with them, but I hope it gets corrected soon.

Would be a regular Starbucks if it werent for the great staff. Id like especially recognize Stephanie - she has a great personality and presence. You can tell she loves her job and is a pleasure to interact with. I came in one morning to explain that I was interested in working on something on my laptop for an extended period of time, but I had concerns regarding the parking. There immediate little lot is designated for 20 minute customers and the supplemental lot only provides an hour free with $3 for every subsequent 15 minutes thereafter. I think its a bit excessive and deterring and I was really hoping to take advantage of the location because of its proximity to an early morning appointment (and I didnt want to deal with traffic later) Anyway, when I asked if there was another location I could park in, she gladly granted me reprieve and allowed me to park for a few hours until it was time for me to go. Very nice of her to do and I immediately felt very comfortable in the space. 5 Star partner.

Everything is good except parking. Its a very small parking lot available for customers compared to other locations. Its an issue during rush hours. Street parking available, and you have to pay extra for the drinks and food you are going to buy.

It was quick and easy, doesnt look you can go in and sit down but you was able to order thru the App and pick it up by parking briefly at assigned lick up spots to go in and get my order. You may be able to get Wi-Fi if you close enough. I suggest using the proper entrance to the lot to avoid issues getting thru.

This is my local go-to shop.Service is always fast, friendly and accurate. I few times I have had cold sandwiches, but I guess thats to be expected from frozen items.There is a bit of a homeless problem, but that is par for the area.

Starting off I visit this location frequently. The service is great at this Starbucks! The parking and homeless traffic is this locations vice. Dont plan on finding parking during the week. The homeless that take camp inside this location makes the experience terrible. Why is that, some of them yell inside the Starbucks and the workers dont kick them out.This starbucks has outdoor (no power outlets) and indoor seating (a few power outlets). No comfy lounge chairs at this location. You also will have a hard time finding a place to lock up your bike. There is a single unisex bathroom which is kept very clean.

Small cute corner Starbucks. Only like 4 -6parking spots, dont expect to find parking. Located in area for walkers. But they have a cute small private outdoor patio area and 4-6 small tables inside. Nice staff.

Not one of my favorite Starbucks locations, but the staff is generally very efficient. Today a guest came in to use the electricity, very clearly a disadvantaged person who quickly became irate arguing with another guest about the power supply and then directing the agrression to other guests. The situation was addressed very quietly and politely in hopes of controlling the situation however this simply provoked the abuser to escalate, the staff politely asked her to leave and continued to server the remaining guests. As the banter continued another staff member attempted to ask the guest to leave when she bagan verbally assisting her with direct insults and profanity, the staff members remained calm and pleasant to the lady and were able to get her out of the store with a warm goodbye and wishes for a better afternoon. Well done.

This place only has 1 bathroom so be prepared to hold it if you choose to hang out as that coffee runs through you LOL.Not the best Starbucks location when it comes to outlet availability either.So only come here if you really want coffee and pastries but not if youre hoping to make this your outside work office for the day.

Couple of friends and we walk in and I got to the cash register and the baristas (2) just stare at me and I was like uhmm id like to get something. & the girl goes to the guy you can help her and he looked at me and like walked super slowly to me and like took forever to bring up his station and was like what do you want VERY rude customer service !! Maybe Starbucks owners should invest in employers that actually enjoy their job and want to be there.

Typically when one orders an americano, the expectation is that you’d receive espresso poured over water. This location seems to be under the impression that an americano is drip coffee over ice.
