It is not a busy store but they take longer than expected to make your coffee. There’s no indoor seating just a limited outside seating. Plenty of parking and other stores nearby. Coffee is ok.

Right when I entered with my two young kids, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The cashier was incredibly kind and not bugged by me juggling two littles. When I was picking up my order one of the ladies working noticed I had a lot to manage and offered to put all of my things in a Starbucks bag. The way she helped me was effortless and incredibly generous. I wish I could remember her name but I was so grateful she helped me so my drink or sandwich didn’t tumble to the ground while walking back to my car. I highly recommend this location over many others I’ve attended around the city!

I don’t know whether I am ordering ices or coffee. I can’t imagine how they are selling items just putting some liquid on 16 oz ice. Just got few sips and it’s done.

I just moved across the street here and Shar and her team have already gone out of their way to make me feel like a valued regular. And more, they make my day every day. They have my dog Chevy’s pup cup out and my water before I’ve even reached the bar and take the time to ask about my day even during the craziest of morning rushes. I’m so grateful for this new part of my day that makes me smile every time- you all are amazing and are creating the best coffee experience I’ve ever had!

There are better Starbucks in the area, especially as a study spot - there are no outlets, seating is outdoor only, but at least parking is free. However, the internet speed is about 10 Mbps here, which isnt great for trying to watch a lecture while doing other things. The drinks are what you expect from a Starbucks and standard fare - it is not especially better or especially worse than any other Starbucks.

I order via the app before work and my drink is always well made and ready when I get there. Its not a huge store and the line can get long in the morning but Ive never seen every table full. My only complaint is that the parking lot is so busy (due to ralphs and other stores) so it takes me longer to park than to walk in and grab my coffee.

I love Starbucks. This one is in San Diego. I went there with my darling niece. This one is huge and roomy. Lots of space to stretch out, chat and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee and birthday cake pops. The baristas are excellent and very sweet. They got our orders absolutely right on. Quickly too. There are lots of Starbucks, to be sure. But this is one of the best.

Im a Starbucks employee. Of course Im going to give high marks!! This Starbucks, like all the Starbucks in town, are under a few restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can go in the store and make your order. However, there is no seating inside or outside. Restrooms are closed to the general public too. Even though there arent the usual comforts Starbucks offer, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Like everyone, Ill be very happy when things go back to normal when the pandemic is under control. In the meantime, keep enjoying the Starbucks products while were all waiting for normalcy to return and dont forget to wear your mask and keep healthy!

The staff is super slow and talk to each other while holding your drinks hostage, only to pass it off when theyre done talking. There were 5 employees, it was extremely slow, and they still took forever. The thing I love about Starbucks is theyre friendly and fast. This location just didnt do it for me.

Very fast friendly service. What keeps me from coming back is there is a Iranian man who sits on the corner seat of patio making inappropriate remarks to women if you dont answe him he gets angry. cannot meet clients here because of this. Otherwise its great spot on my way to the office to stop.

This Starbucks is the absolute best! The employees care and are very friendly. The whole staff goes above and beyond day in and day out.Stop by and place an order or just get on the mobile app and order in advance. Super close to Trader Joes too!!

Different people seek different things at Starbucks. Here they may not have outlets for laptop for you to stay for 3hrs, but the drinks are amazing. The staff are very nice, remember returning guests, and help guest to customize their drink often without extra cost.I came here very often and I knew some special items on the “secret menu”, especially for tea. They are very patient to help me to tailor my drink, bear with me for some “annoying” requirements.

Veterans and their spouses are supposed to get free tall coffees today. My husband orders a tall and shows his ID the girl at the counter goes, “no it’s okay” and CHARGES US!! for the coffees! Really. So disrespectful. Can’t tell if that was on purpose or she’s an idiot.

Open until 11pm most nights, this Starbucks is open long after most others have closed. However, there are a bunch of hard wooden chairs, one comfortable long padded bench, and no armchairs, plus outdoor seating, but most of the indoor seating is occupied almost constantly so finding a place to sit inside is nearly impossible. This Starbucks can be incredibly cold, especially by the window, but the Wi-Fi is excellent and most of the staff is very good.

This Starbucks is horrible there was 37 people in this tiny area waiting for there drink. The cashier got almost every order wrong or never submitted it. I bought one drink and was there for almost and hour or two, for ONE drink .The employees were really rude I didnt see one smile, they all looked half asleep.

A women of asian descent and spike hair...which i think is the manger, was kind enough to remake my drink after it was diluted. She was kind, super busy, but took the time to make it better. Thats why I love starbucks, please promote this lady.

Very rude they were “closing early “and there were still people inside I was going in to use the restroom then order. She told me they were closed I asked if I could still use the restroom she said no for “safety reasons “ there were still people inside sitting down not moving near the restroom. I thought they had training on this guess not.

Worst Starbucks Customer Service Ever. Marcia has an incredibly bad attitude for no reason at all. I literally walked up, asked for one of my two drink orders, she told me the total for one then walked away. I had to wait for her to come back to finish my order. She rolled her eyes at me, asked for my payment then walked away mumbling under her breath.
