Great coffee and love the pumpkin cream cold brew. The staff are always really friendly in this branch and during our stay we went in several times. Seem to be a great team and the store is exactly what you expect from a Starbucks. Coffee orders are done quickly!

I just want to be completely honest here, I think the morning and evening staff are amazing, they are so sweet and polite, I work at the hospital next door. But I just wanna be heard at this point, I work a lot of overtime and a lot of hours, what always bothers me is the fact that if I do come at night ; the overnight crew is just terrible and rude. It’s always sends me off in a terrible mood for work .I’ve experienced all three of them at the window, and they are very short with me, mean and at times laugh at me, it makes me not want to go to this Starbucks anymore but it’s the closest to my work. If whoever management can speak to them that would be great. Cause I love coffee but i might as well go to another one shop instead.Point is : if you don’t like your job why work it so much?

Excellent service and attitude by ALL Starbucks team members at this location. Amanda is especially awesome, and makes for great morning banter. Paul too. I love that theyre welcoming of dogs at this location too. Best of all, theyve got my order memorized.The manager, Paul, is amazing, and you can tell he understands what makes each teammate tick, if thats the phrase. Funny too.The vibe definitely changes from morning to mid-day to evening shift, and thats fine. I prefer the mornings as I feel thats when the vibe is best, even if it means I have to wait a bit longer for my coffee!Thanks for making the last 3 years in North Park amazing.Ryan and Loki

This Starbucks replaced Cocos bakery that was at this location previously and because of its proximity to the park it has become the new hangout for the local homeless population. Despite that they have no shortage of business as most of it comes at the drive through side.The store is kept clean at least for now and the staff seem to do a good job inside and out.Plenty of outside seating and fairly spacious inside as well.The fare is of course standard Starbucks and the coffee has their usual over roasted profile. When I ordered a Breve Macchiato they didnt know what that was but quickly caught up and the barista even asked me how much half and half I wanted.Altogether an average experience.

Ewww the fact that I didn’t even enter all the way in before a rude employee came up to us and told us the dogs weren’t allowed. I have brought my dogs in every time this exact store and never has this happened. He’s definitely new because he brought the actual policy book to us. This is to say the least the most ridiculous thing starbucks has done.

Really nice baristas!! Always pleasant and excellent service despite being always busy. Bariatas ar very skilled and efficient but still take the time to be pleasant and personable to me.On suggestion, this is not a dance club, heavy base pounding at high volumes is not conducive to any part of the customer experience.

My drink got messed up several times tonight and I still dont think it was made correctly! The barista seemed annoyed like girl you did not make the drink right and the cold foam was wrong but instead of starting over she spooned out the foam like how lazy. And it was supposed to be decaf but it said blonde and decaf come on.

One of few 24-hour drive thru coffee. Although late nite orders might not get filled perfectly, the overnight staff is always kind enough. Caramel or other can help if Starbuck are not your Thang.

I walked in tonight and the music is blaring. I asked for the music to be turned down and they didnt turn it down. I needed to relax and not be in a night club. Yes it was that loud.I made my order and went to ask for some water with no ice after and she just walked away and couldnt hear me call for her.Then when I got my drink it wasnt what I asked for. When I told them this they were rude and asked did you ask for that?. When I finally got my drink I had to immediately ask for water as Id been standing there for a while and they never looked at me once.I ordered the water with no ice and they gave me water with ice. They didnt listen.The customer service was horrible they were rude. When I went back to ask for the music to be turned down they acted like it was an inconvenience, as if they should be able to blast it loud.Id never had a horrible experience in Starbucks like this in the 24 years of coming to this company. I really hope you train these group of people to be service oriented.

Should might as well put self ordering kiosks because no cashier wants to take your order unless you want to be “rude” and waive them down or get their attention so they can tell you “ please wait”, I can imagine it being frustrating if you don’t have the app. Come on guys, Starbucks is paying you good money and you have that attitude like if you don’t need this job, be kind, be polite, ACKNOWLEDGE CUATOMERS AT THE REGISTER, just say “be right with you”

This has to be the WORST Starbucks on the block. The person working the drive thru window on 9/1/2023 @8am needs to work on her customer service. I order ahead through the app and paid for my items. Go to the drive through and inform them I’m picking up my drinks. By the time I get to the window I was given my food items and told “all set.” I then told her I’m missing my drinks, and she rudely ask if I ordered at the correct location. I confirm with her and show her my receipt on my phone. Then the girl at the window tells me the drinks are not ready yet, and if I can move and wait. I told her I cannot and she begins to argue with me about moving. After I waited and received my drinks, she could not even say “sorry.” One sorry would have gone a long way. Doesn’t make sense how everyone who was behind me at the drive through got there drinks made first before mine. This rude employee and my experience was the worst I have ever received. I am no longer going to give my business to Starbucks and will inform others to avoid THIS LOCATION.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The 24 hour drive-thru is a lifesaver for my work schedule. I’ve been going here all year and all of the staff is so friendly and kind, which I find exceptional considering I see how busy they get and how much pressure they must have to deal with. I really appreciate their kindness. The drinks are always on point too.

This location is not only located up the street from me, but it has a drive thru for those that dont feel like getting down from the car. The staff that work there are very diverse and friendly. Whenever I get a drink from there, I always get great customer service. I love utilizing their restrooms, they always keep it clean in there. If you need a place to do work/homework, its a good location considering the inside being bigger than some others in the area. I highly recommend going to this Starbucks if you live in the area :)

I love Starbucks, but this location is tricky because of parking maybe, Im not a traffic controller. But the drive thru spills into the street.But if you just go around and you can avoid that. It gets very busy here for sure. I go inside always I rarely drive thru drive thrus anywhere. But inside is always clean, the bar is always full with picks up. But the cashiers are always nice and polite. My drinks always come out in a timely manner, just maybe avoid during peak times. Thanks Employees of Starbucks.

This is the 3rd time they mess our order up. Asked for a white mocha with soy. They only put warm soy milk on it. So gross ! And my wife order a peppermint latte. Gave her all espresso shot. They consistently underfill drinks. Ordering a venti is filled to about a grande size. Ordering a grande is filled to about a tall. Ive had this happen several times and submitted complaints and had no effective response from the store or Starbucks itself. Usually getting drinks to go or through the drive thru so returning to have a new drink made is really inconvenient

I have been going here for sometime... it’s one of my neighborhood Starbucks... Generally decent and nice people working here... Today, however, one of the baristas, I missed her nameplate, (Hispanic woman short long hair with an eternal pouty face—alternative names suggested haha), took my order. I asked for “Bacon GUYERE egg bite.” She confirmed, “you want a bacon Gouda” I shook my head, “no I want a bacon GUYERE.” She corrected “just say a bacon bite” in a snarky fashion.... LOL okaaaay... Then she handed me a lukewarm bacon egg served as seen on phone, without any tray... AGAIN, LUKEWARM... Thanks bacon-bite chick.... probably NOT going to come back at this location... tsk tsk (SMH)

I did a mobile order At 8 AM, and pick up was for 8:14 AM. I didn’t get my coffee until 8:31 AM, and the order was wrong. I normally have great service here, but waiting almost over a half an hour for my coffee in for it to be wrong was very frustrating. I always mobile order so I won’t be late for work and this made me over 20 minutes late :(. I know it can get busy and it happens once I’m a while but this is the 2nd time it’s happened. I worked in coffee for 4 years so I understand it happenss but it would’ve been nice to have had an apology or a free drink card or something but instead they just handed it to me and said goodbye.

So normally I go to this Starbucks and it’s usually a wait, but that’s not a problem. I’ve never really had an issue with this location until today… I ordered a Strawberry Açaí and cool i pick it up and drive off, so once I try to take a sip I notice paper in my drink, I’m thinking cool whatever it MIGHT be a straw wrapper or something, once I take off the lid and remove the wrapper it turns on to be a SALT package. I was stunned, like HOW?!It really put me off and I just threw the drink away. I was already too far in my drive to go back, so instead I’m deciding to do this little review. There is one girl that works at this location with colored hair on the ends that is always friendly, the rest like to bring their bad attitudes to work. Starbucks wants to hire edgy people, but they act entitled and too good to do their job...correctly.

It should state on the app or the website if you’re putting in a mobile order and the dine in isn’t open. I was late to work because I expected to run in and grab my drink and go. Instead I was pointed to the drive thru with the door being locked even though there was a customer Inside at the desk. I didn’t want to waste my money so I had to wait in the drive thru like with the rest of the people ordering. This is not acceptable when people need to get to work on time. Normally love the staff and experience here today I was super disappointed.

I stopped by one evening for a coffee and they got my order completely wrong. I went in the very next morning and the woman at the window rudely told me that she didnt know what I wanted her to do about it because she wasnt there the night before. I did not drink the coffee... I brought it in to show her that the order was wrong. The only thing I wanted was the correct order that I had paid for the night before. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. I definitely will not be going to this Starbucks again. As I was driving off I heard her say geeze!!!! I was not upset about the wrong order at all. Things like that happen. But I was definitely disappointed in the response that I got. 😞

I live nearby and go here often. This place gets my drink wrong 2 out of every 5 times I go, and I order the exact same drink the exact same way every time. I always ask for only 1 pump of sweetener, and 2 out of 5 times I take a sip and it’s disgustingly sweet. I’m brewing my own coffee and will use my overly sweet drink as sweetener at home. 3 stars since they get it right 3 out of 5 times.

Nice and new interior and has a drive through. The lot is always a bit messy with the parking and drive through people in the morning but we all need our coffee! Been here a few times and many of those times there seems to also have some kind of construction near by. They messed up my Mobile order once and added sugar when there should be none (cold brew), willing to try again but it hurt me pretty bad!

My favorite Starbucks location in all of San Diego county! These baristas and shifts such as Serena & Islam work their tails off & help to manage a very popular drive thru location. The other customers are also very civil here. There is no sense of pettiness here between the baristas and customers & I never feel like an inconvenience. The store is always clean. There is an abundance of parking spaces in the lot. Many of the friendly baristas know my name & my order & what I really appreciate is no matter busy this store gets someone always finds the time to greet me & to say goodbye. I love this store because the policies & energy of the day to day environment doesn’t change based on the crews moods. This is a great quality to have as a team. Thank you Oregon & El Cajon!

Its really just ok/barely ok. The location is fairly convenient but thats all that it really has going for it. There is always a major wait, the employees are generally lackadaisical and chat far too long with certain customers and with each other even when there is quite obviously a line of cars that goes all the way around the building through the parking lot and out into the street, and to be terribly honest the coffee and food is not quality and is overpriced.Do better.

My friend asked me to pick him up a ultra MACHO Man drink so when I pulled up to the window I asked the girl what do you recommend? She said we have a pink drink, not sure what kind but I said..I think thats more of a girlie drink. I ended up getting him a pina colada frapichinno! He drank the whole thing. Even during a pandemic, the crew at this location is amazing. Dont be put off by the insanely long line of vehicles at the drive-thru (especially on weekday mornings). On Wednesday, April 6th, I ordered 2 orders of the bacon/Gruyere egg bites thru the drive-through. Unfortunately, by the time my friend and I pulled the egg bites out of the packaging, we were too far to go back since we noticed that they got our order wrong. We didnt get the bacon/Gruyere egg bites, we got spinach/red bell peppers(?) We were very disappointed.

This 24 hour drive thru store routinely closes early like 9 to 11pm but leaves mobile app running, so u place order, takes pmt, get there and either they are inside and wont come to door, or store is dark and u have no idea what happened. Nice friendly staff and good customer service but the store has become a hangout for the homeless and transients. I have seen customer get up quickly to leave the store when confronted by the druggies or someone that has serious hygiene issues. They stay minutes in the restroom and destroy it for others to use. Sometimes police are called it is disturbing.

Excellent store. I wish I hadnt moved away right before this place opened! Its always pretty impressive when a drive-thru develops into a neighborhood store with lots of regulars. They take great pride in their speed of service, and its obvious. Got to love Starbucks even though a latte may seem overpriced the service is great and the Wi-Fi a total bonus for the on-the-go kind of people and even those who arent get a break from low or no data phone service. Almost always clean and obviously they are complying with safety covid standards,😁. Only complaint I have ever had about any Starbucks is their location and accessibility for the drivers who like to hang out in the street trying to get into their parking lots (much like In and out Burger) Other than that two thumbs up!~JR~

When we got our drinks, we asked for a small iced caramel macchiato but got a medium hot caramel macchiato, we also asked for a double chocolate chip frappe and when we got it, it didn’t come with chocolate drizzle. We went around again to fix our orders. When we went around, the lady (don’t remember her name but it starts with a T) was like “but you ordered a hot drink” and we reassured her and told her we didn’t. We then asked if she can put chocolate drizzle on our drink and she said she can’t because of covid and we understood so we just asked for it on the side. She then gave us our iced drink and she totally forgot about the chocolate drizzle on the side and we asked for it kindly and she said “oh you still want it” with an attitude. Love the clean modernist industrial layout of this Starbucks. Also one of the nearest other locations is on Adams Avenue where the parking situation is a lot worse (very small lot, and difficult street parking). At the other location you have a lot of locals camped out all day on the free wifi. This store seems more of a grab-and-go especially the drive through business. At peak times they seem a little overwhelmed but the drinks weve gotten here were consistently better than other locations. They have a larger food and merchandise selection as well.

The frapacinno came out first, which was suprising since that should take longer than pouring hot coffee in a cup. I love this Starbucks because it is close to my house and it is more cheap there and also I dont have to go to the camino del Rio one
