We travel out of your way to this location, usually evening/weekends. Drinks are excellent here, compared to others I’ve gone to, and they’re super quick with excellent customer service. Also this location is super clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stopped at the Starbucks on Margarita and Rancho Cal to read a book I had just gotten from the library. After ordering my drink I sat down at a chair by the front door, put my drink on the table and my purse on the floor. After reading a few chapters and finishing my drink I left to go home. Upon arriving home I realized that I didnt have my purse and started panicking. I called Starbucks and spoke with Wally who remembered me and had already put my purse safely in the back. This beautiful person saved me a lot of heartache by not having to replace everything. Thank you Wally for being aware of what is happening in your store.

I absolutely love Starbucks but I hate certain locations that don’t follow your drink order I don’t understand why they even allow you to change anything if they’re not gonna even do it very disappointing this is not the first time this happens every time I guess I just need to find another Starbucks. I always ask for extra strawberries and light water this time they added no strawberries and extra water 😒

Thos Starbucks need a crown. The beverages was made just as I asked and Im a timely manner. We went through a rush and wasnt in line long at all. Even if so, it wouldve been worth the wait.

Employees on this morning shift were extraordinarily rude. I simply ordered a hot coffee, and the boy Stuart acted like he couldnt do it. Then he proceeded to do multiple other things, helping other customers after me and serving them coffee.I then went up to ask for my coffee after waiting for 15 mins with Stuart saying nothing and wandering aimlessly. He ignored me. This happened on the previous occasion as well.He then proclaimed I dont see your ticket.I ordered a simple hot coffee and this guy forgot and blamed not seeing a ticket.... Yet he was the the sole person responsible for the front counter. There were like 2 customers in 15 mins and he did nothing, then acted surprised I was waiting for a coffee. Either purposeful or he needs to be retrained badly.Other employees were explicitly rude about it and offered only their hate instead of being sorry. This place is just toxic.

Great service here. Most opt for the drive-through so inside is never a wait. I like to make a mobile order and then just walk in, grab, and go. I recommend you park over by the taco shop, not in the Starbucks lot, or you might get trapped by cars waiting in line.

Usually have good luck here with my orders. And definitely prefer this location for its drive through. The inside is nice and this is the newest location on Rancho California. The people have always been friendly when Ive visited. The parking lot is useless though when the drive through line gets long.

I understand it can be busy and hard to accommodate everyone, however that being said. I was there for about 30 mins waiting for a drink which wouldn’t have been an issue except for several drinks being called out ended up having to be remade or altered bc they weren’t done correctly, including mine. as well as they heavily prioritize drive through and ignore the customers in store. the girl with the big eyelashes was rude to several customers when they were just trying to ask questions and be polite. the staff was super sweet which made my experience a bit better

We frequent this Starbucks location due to its proximity to work and school. I am especially fond of the staff at this particular Starbucks, as they are always SO friendly and take interest in details/remember their regular customers. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

The baristas really go above and beyond here. First off, Zach was friendly and personable when I ordered in cafe. Then when I didn’t quite love my drink, Gabby remade it to a different drink (and to be honest I didn’t care for it either. As someone who worked at Starbucks for 2 years and drinks it everyday, I know when bean quality is not quite there), but I didn’t want to ask her to remake it again so I just sat down with it. When she saw I hadn’t touched my drink while sitting in the lobby, she came and asked if she could possibly get me a third drink to try - maybe something without coffee since that wasn’t working out prior.It was delicious and honestly even if they hadn’t fixed it, I definitely felt valued as a customer 🥲🤍

I put in a mobile order for in store pick up as I had a 2 hour drive home and needed some coffee to get to a prior engagement that I had. I drove to the store and outside there was a sign of stating at the cafe was closed contrary to what the mobile website had stated. I called about 10 times in a row before someone picked up I believe her names were Rochelle. She said that she could not help me with the refund that I would have to go to another store unless I had time to wait through the drive-through. At the time when I originally called there were at least 5 to 7 cars in the line. By the time she had picked up there were 3 cars that I could see still in the line. I am very disappointed with the lack of help. This is abnormal to the service that I typically receive from Starbucks elsewhere.

This was my go to Starbucks store in the Temecula area, I always enjoyed service and the quality of the drinks made. However, yesterday after finishing 2/3 of my drink I realized a piece of trash floating around the cup. The picture was taken after I dumped the rest of it out. This may have been a careless mistake but Im definitely turned off and grossed out by this. I will not be returning to this location.

This is a my favorite Starbucks in Temecula but their drive thru is insane. Today we were stuck in the drive thru (and once youre in the drive thru you cant get out) for 25 minutes! Ill never go thru that again. We mentioned that at the window & no apology or acknowledgement what-so-ever

Kathy the manager was mean and rude to employee. It was busy and she must not have had the patience with her subordinate. The manger was putting down the young Starbucks employee. It was very inappropriate in front of all the customers, so I left. I will not support a place that treats employees with such disrespect.

Great employees, but the slowest DT line Ive ever experienced at a Starbucks. The reason Im only giving 2 stars is because every time I ask for a splash of cream in my Americano they hand me a drink that looks like a latte. Ive literally said a teaspoon of cream but they keep giving 5 times that amount. Advice: Bring reading material if youre using the drive thru and ask for your cream on the side.

Was very busy. Order was right and all, just went to use the restroom (only one of the two open) and there was urine on the back of the toilet and on the floor, and the toilet seat only had one bolt holding it on. Wouldnt be nice if an elder went in and fell on the floor from the improperly mounted toilet seat.
