I guess if you want coffee at 5 a.m. you have to use the drive-through. you cant just walk in the front door to get your coffee anymore. You just get a dirty look from the staff and a locked door. The staff saw me waiting and did not even open the door. 5 am I went To get myself a hot cup of coffee and start my day off. After 5 minutes at the door, I decided to tap on the door glass to get their attention thinking maybe they didnt see me. well, one of the employees looked up saw me, and kept doing whatever she was doing then another employee came from back. I knocked again and got the ugliest look from her then she said something to her co-worker then went back to work and never unlocked the door For me. so I headed to 711 to get coffee. Im so over this hate everyone has against the homeless. Some of them still are working and amazing people, they are just down on their luck

Long ridiculous line, and order specification completely ignored, yet noted on the tag attached to my drink. No excuse for the delay, or the disregard. Ignoring each customer as they pulled up to the speaker, is unacceptable and Ive never experienced this at any location.

I live in Victorville I usually come down here in weekends to visit family and I kid you not very time I come to this Starbucks I get a caramel frappe and they seem to always sell me water it taste disgusting! Not good! I keep thinking maybe it will be different the next time and NO what a disappointment! Not coming here again! I use Starbucks mobile order because I dont have time to wait in the store. But now two times IN A ROW this location has managed to screw up my mobile orders! All I want is a mocha and the first time the gave me an iced mocha then today a gosh darn frap which I cant stand! No where on my order does it say frap!!! I dont have time to hang out while they take their time to fix their mistake. I always do my orders well ahead of time at this location because I already know how slow they are!

Showed up on sat morning around 7:40am, drive through lane was backed up.... I tell the girl I want their smallest size short bread latee (I can never remember which one is which) she goes oh you want the grande... I’m like ummm sure if that’s the smallest! Thanks..... I get to paying and they charge me for their medium drink.... I don’t have time to argue about it so I pay for it ... I begin to drink it and I’m immediately disgusted cuz I start to chew on lumps of cinnamon .. and the coffee tasted like water down yesterday’s coffee ... was so mad because here I am spending a little extra $$ for coffee I end up being late for work cuz their drive through was backed up on early SATURDAY .... and I have no coffee in my system to get me by at work ... never again ..

My drink spilled all over the bag you can see the bottom luckily the drinks didnt fall out of the bag cuz I had to hold it from the bottom they got to the counter it was all full of iced coffee so missing like a little bit of my iced coffee from being bounced around in the car from the driver from Uber eats I do not know next time they should put it in two bags if they know its going to spill over

This place is alright. They were extremely busy. I placed a mobile order and waited about 15 20 minutes before they asked me a second time about if I ordered or not. I had asked about my drink before that as well. Which I was told it was being prepared. 10 minutes later is when they had asked me just to realize my drink had been sitting for a while as I waited.

Came thru the drive thru for a couple drinks. Ordering was easy and line was short. The young lady who took my money and gave us our drinks was very friendly. We had our chocolate lab with us and batista instantly perked up and commented how she loved dogs. They even had pictures and comments of pets on the drive thru window.

Restroom filthy.....when I ask for a manager (no manager) lead person made all kinds of excuses as to why they havent had time to clean the restroom. Then he stated that I could clean them myself. They only have two restrooms. When I inquired as to whether or not the employee restroom was clean; he said that he did not know. It is really interesting how it not necessary to be sanitary but its necessary to take your money and risk your health. Nasty young people serving/ preparing drink and food for the older generation.

Consistent quality, convenient locations close to wherever the coffee urge hits, and well trained friendly staff to prepare your drinks. Starbucks is not cheap and regulars will notice a significant starbucks category in their annual credit card summaries; but we just keep returning for the fix. They are THAT good. Cheers!

Worst staffed for the amount of orders. I placed an order at 1:15 spouse to pick up pre order at 1:27. Didnt make the order till 1:45. Then when i ask why there was only one instead of two, the person behind counter tells me they didnt make it because they didnt have the syrup. They never asked me what to add to it or how to change it. I was standing right there for 20 min!

In the effort to be rid of the vagrants, they have cut the power to all their outlets. Making it hard for those paying customers to actually use the facility. In the previous week, I was denied a refill because I did not get it within the 2 hours of my stay. After contacting Starbucks customer service, I was told my refill should have honored. I emailed the store manager but never got a response. Im taking my business to some other location.

Ive been coming to this location for many years. Since the pandemic has hit, the store has been very hit or miss on service and customer expectation. I usually always take a chance to go there on my lunch break if I think it is doable in a timely manner. Tonight I placed my order on the mobile app at 9: 57pm, the mobile app said it would be available by 10:10 p.m. . I pulled up to the establishment and waited until my time and then went up to the front door which was locked, I tried the other side door which was also locked... So instead I knocked on the door and three people inside looked at me and then looked away. I continued to stand there and knock and hold my mobile order up on my phone hoping someone will notice me over the Metallica music they have blaring in the lobby. A young man came to the door and told me I needed to use the front door so then I walked around back to the first door. Where again they all stared at me and did not open the door. After about 4 minutes of waiting the same young man comes back and tells me I now need to go to the other door. This sounds like a joke right, but its not. I am now waiting at the second side door where he approaches me and tells me that they are not accepting mobile orders at this time and that I need to go thru the Drive-Thru. Mind you my mobile order has been ready for 7 minutes... Youd think he could have just handed it to me. I asked for the mangers name and the you man replied one minute hes right here, locks the door and now Im waiting again. I wait for another 2 minutes for the manager named Titus to come to the door and tell me that they are not taking mobile orders even though I questioned him why theyre even accepting them in the first place. There is no signs on the door stating mobile orders need to be picked up through the drive-thru nor were they posted on their handwritten signs. He told me I still need to go wait in the Drive-Thru. I asked him if I could just simply get a refund he said I would also have to wait in the Drive-Thru line to get a refund. He said that I could also just call customer service and have them refund my money... I cannot believe the customer service I just experienced here. What a freaking joke! The time is now 10:36 and Ive been waiting in line for 15 minutes just to get my coffee and go back to work.

This is a really good Starbucks location in my opinion. Unlike some other nearby stores, they always get the order right and theyre quick, friendly and efficient. The store is clean and usually fairly uncrowded inside, though the drive through does get backed up (I imagine the location has a lot to do with both those points). As far as the beverages, food, etc., you know what youre getting: its just Starbucks.

The drive through is much slower than other nearby locations and most of the employees avoid eye contact. Ive had a few experiences with them getting simple orders wrong, like iced tea or iced coffee.

It took 20 mins to move 4 cars up to put my order in at the drive thru. In all it took 40+ mins to get my drink. There were 3 employees but only one was making the drinks. Thankfully, the car ahead of me paid for my drink. Otherwise, I would have asked to have it comped!

Only thing keeping them from a five in my book is the fact that their drive thru lines can be a little slow, especially in the morning. We are from out of town and stopped here to get coffee and use the restroom on our way back home. My nephew went in and there was no TP so my brotherinlaw asked the employee for more TP, and the employee provided the TP. When my nephew went in to use the restroom the manager went over and chewed out the employee. The bathroom was completely disgusting and had trash and nasty stuff all over it. If I could give it zero stars I would. Every time Ive been to this Starbucks they take more than 15 minutes for a coffee it doesnt matter if its one person or ten people in line. The customer service is hideous, its like theyre trying to be terrible. My coffee is ALWAYS made wrong. Did an online order at 3:19 went in received one of my drinks waited about 10 min asked the cashier about my missing drink all he said was the ticket must have not printed and thats all he did ... told the barrista he asked to look at my receipt he then asked another bartista to make the drink, he made it but wasnt how I ordered it then re-made it and not a single apology for the mistake or for having me wait 30 min when I had originally made a online order so I wouldnt have to wait a long time!

One of the baristas, Ryan, was very rude. For starters, he barely looked like he wanted to be there. It was evident on his face. Also, after I ordered my frappucino, he asked if i knew about their happy hour, to which i asked, Oh, what is that?, and his response was a simple, Clearly not. I know that personally it is my fault for not being updated on the events going on, but it wouldnt have hurt for him to take 20 seconds to explain what happy hour was. This place was awesome. I had once rated this place as five stars but they have disappointed me since! Do not go in here Friday at all for they are far to busy to take care of your meal in detail. This SB is the only DRIVETHRU near my house. It was anxiously awaited ever since I heard it was opening. I visit there often and everyone there is exceedingly nice, polite and helpful. Quick and accurate service, and the staff is friendly and attentive. My family of 3 visited for breakfast, and we ordered and were served in under 10. I like their bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich and usually pair it with an upside down caramel macchiato. They have a decent selection of non coffee drinks as well as snacks, small meals and baked goods. On days I feel like a quick and healthier lunch, they have a protien box thats only $5, and has eggs, cheese, fruit, a whole grain high protien bread, and honey nut spread.There is a strong transient presence in the area, that occasionally makes it uncomfortable to leave your car, but this can be the case anywhere, and is beyond Starbucks control.

I live around the area and i know this Starbucks is new so im guessing the staff might be new aswell. This past 5 days ibeen going in to grab a Frappuccino or something.. i understand theyre busy or tired. But when there is hardly any people inside or in the drive thru. How do they get orders wrong and im not talking 1 or 2 or 3 days im talking about 5 in a row and yes there was hardly anyone inside..not to mention they have a pretty full staff..and its a staff that gets mad at you when they get your order wrong of the simplest drinks..and ithink what makes them mad is they know they f*#$ed up.. maybe a bit more training for this staff and theyll get the other 3 stars

Something to do with Starbucks latest initiatives of having bare-bones type locations that focus more on the drive-thru experience and less on the inside.Oh dont get me wrong, there is an inside area, but as other reviewers have pointed out, its small. Few tables. I didnt actually go inside as I used the Drive-Thru today, but just eyeballing from the outside, I can easily tell this isnt going to be my immediate go-to for work from home days. Unless, of course, the WiFi is super fast and there is a place to charge my laptop.Anyway, came here to order a Tall Americano and a chocolate croissant. Like I mentioned earlier, I went through Drive-Thru. Was still able to pay with the Starbucks mobile app and got customer loyalty points in the process, which I guess convert to some reward like a free drink or pastry at some near point in the future.Not going to lie, the Americano was weak. It was almost as if they used half a shot of one espresso and then topped it off with water, instead of using a full shot of espresso. I dunno, Ive always known Starbucks to be fairly consistent with their drinks, but every place gets an off day, today seemed to be one of those days.Bonus points because the barista that took my order had a British accent. Because you know, accents are supposedly cool and all that.

We all know waking up in the morning and going to work isnt always the most fun, so we stop for our coffees or whatever, this starbucks has by far the most friendliest barista Ive ever had the pleasure being served by, his name tag says habibi so Im sure its safe to say thats his name, but if you feel like its about to be a long day you should definitely give this starbucks a go you will not regret it, I have 2 starbucks on my way to work but I always choose this one for that reason. Stopped by after Disneyland for a Mocha Frappuchino and they made me wait for 25 minutes to find out my drink had been sitting their, when they had told they had not made it until i arrived since it was a mobile order, my drink was soggy, the cup was loaded with water like it was sitting their for a while, would never order from this place again .
