I was order on Uber eats twice at this Starbucks, I was add extra strawberries for my drink but every time I see that only have few pieces poor little strawberries, I pay for the extra strawberries and they are only give me a little bit strawberries even less one, so ridiculous

One of the dirtiest restrooms I’ve seen. No toilet paper, no soap and urine all over the floor. The fact that the department of health allows this Starbucks to still make drinks and handle food is amazing……Hope this review helps in some way but I doubt it…..

This Starbucks location is actually very strategic. In a plaza, spacious parking spots, and by the Valley Ave. However, tissue or napkins are on the entire floor everywhere making the shop looks very messy (at least that day). Maybe its because of lacking staffs that day. I only saw 2 employees working and they were very busy but very nice and fast.

The Hot Americano or a Pike is what I usually get. Great location, easy in and out of the parking lot. No drive-thru at this location but they do have a sitting area outside, there are some people playing board games, socializing, and or just enjoying the time smoking a cigarette.

Cute location next to various business such as Game Stop and Dollar Tree, etc.It is easy to find and parking is plentiful.The employees were very warm and approachable. When I asked a question about their menu options, they were very helpful.It seems like a laid back environment and no one is turned away.When busy, the service may take a bit longer but its nothing to stress about.

THERE IS NO CURB-SIDE PICKUP. Know This.As mentioned in other comments, they are very short staffed. If you order curbside, youll have to go in yourself to pick up your order from the counter. We got an iced green kiwi refresher and an iced caramel macchiato, both were made very well. Food orders were correct.They should STOP offering curbside pick up, and take away the reserved curbside signs, since obviously they dont have the staff to offer this service. It is unfortunate, because during this pandemic, curbside pick up is really important.The parking lot is very cramped and crowded. Very difficult to pull in and out of the curbside reserved parking spots. Parking spots are far too narrow.P.S. We got COVID here....ah, the memories!

I LOVE this Starbucks location. Very friendly baristas and the drinks are very delicious, compared to other Starbucks locations that serve you watered down or over iced drinks.I’ll be stopping by this location whenever I’m on this side of town. The female barista with glasses (I forgot her name!) is amazing. Above and beyond service from her. She asked me how my day was and listened to what I said. 😊

This location has some real problems making drinks and having them ready for customers in a timely manner. Second time at this location and neither visit was able to produce a beverage in an appropriate timeframe. Even worse, the app pickup time on our second visit was totally misleading. Not sure if this is due to deception or incompetence.

Wait times are unusually high compared to other locations and robotic greetings and general attitude is of a busy fast food establishment. This location has a high rate of turn over of personnel and could be one of the reasons for their demeanor. If the staff is not comfortable or familiar with fellow employees, it will reflect in their customer service and work performance.

My first time at the Starbucks location. The batista were nice and seemed to be working hard to get the orders out. However my experience left something to be wanted. I order two black teas during a slow time while there was only one other person waiting for a drink. A large group came in after us, and instead of making the drinks based on when they came in, they made the more complicated drinks and out of order. One of my drinks sat waiting to be called out while the other only had to be poured into the cup. Drinks tasted good, but I feel that 18mins is quite a bit a wait. Maybe it was an off day for them ?

Great coffee shop. It is spacious and well organized. Staff are friendly and professional. Restrooms are clean and odor free. Free WiFi and plenty of electric sockets for your electronic devices such as laptops, cell chargers. Parking is huge. Overall, I highly recommend this SB coffee shop.

Very nice baristas here at this starbucks! The young lady who made my delicious vanilla skinny latte, thought it was an iced drink, she apologized and gave me the drink for free and then made me my skinny latte! Great costumer service! Only thing I didnt enjoy was the outdoor seating, very minimal, but besides that enjoyed my visit!

Have Starbucks ever consider a final hour sale for their foods(like lower the price to half) instead of just throwing away perfectly good foods? I understand that it may be their policy or something, but the foods are still in good condition and they just throw it into the trash can towards the end of day (whatever the closing hour for each and every store).And as for the store in this location, it is fine. Not bad, not super great. Just regular Starbucks with a somewhat clean floor, and theres usually a lot of people here during the weekend.

Around San Gabriel area, I think this one is the best. it has available seats after 7 pm. It closes later than other starbucks around the area. The space is big enough.Updated: 4/18/2017I feel there are less seats after the store remodeled. I never got seating inside since that, and the outside seating closed one hour before the store closed, which is unreasonable to me.

Terrible unsafe parking lot with construction and no construction staff alerting drivers of heavy equipment. Plus pan handler lurking outside harassing customers. Ignoring the constant stream of smokers outside, this is without a doubt the BEST Starbucks in the 626! The baristas here are almost all AMAZING. Always a smile and happy to help you whether its just a quick bite or a drink or even both! Drink prep is on point, regardless of order. And if anything is off, theyll fix it or get you another one, no problem! (It is corporate policy, but they do it very willingly without any disdain at all.) The lines here can sometimes be a bit trying, but they do their best with the staffing on hand. Afternoons on weekdays can be bad with local students overwhelming the place, but an easy way to reduce your wait is to not order Frapuccinos during peak hours as they are the most popular drinks. Restrooms are generally well-kept too, as with most Starbucks. ALL IN ALL, this place deserves a strong recommendation. :D

Lost $100 bucks here…We wanted to create a $100 gift card by transferring money from other gift cards. The cashier (tall young lady) transferred our money OUT from old gift cards BUT didn’t transfer any funds to the new one… we found it out after giving it to our fiend as a bday gift.The store told us there is no way they can fix it or make up to it. A starbucks is a starbucks usually, but this one is pretty good in terms of seating.The place is pretty open with one large family style table and about 4 small individual tables, with quite a bit of outdoor seating.I drove around looking for a Starbucks to study at (I have a gold card and wanted my unlimited amount of iced coffee damn it!) and this one was open and had some available seating, which, if you have ever tried to study at a starbucks near finals, you know is no easy feat.My iced coffee was ready in no time, just the way I like it.Staff is friendly as well, store is also very clean.

This Starbucks location is ALWAYS packed. Its almost impossible to find a table there, and the noise level is so high that you cant possibly have any studying done unless you are wearing noise-cancelling earphones. Most of the time the Baristas are nice but overworked. One time they ran out of blank gift cards so I had to purchase them from a different location... kind of ridiculous! I hate walking past all these smokers by the entrance and theres no way around it.

Maria has a horrible attidute towards new customers, I usually go too the Starbucks on main st, and this one on valley has a large volume of regular customers and apprainty they get priority, Maria took two peoples order before mine and all I asked was how is the gingerbread coffee, she skipped me and went on, I dont understand why she just didnt help me and tell me what the gingerbread coffee was like. Will not return here, I will tell all my family and friends and I will be complaining about Maria further.

Oh boy! this starbucks gets super crowded, and in SGV, there are only 2 starbucks. Imagine if they opened a coffee bean and tea leaf. There would be the upmost of chaos. I think if there are more coffee shops, it will be more flooded than the boba shops. I think more and more Chinese people or SGV residents need change. Change is good when you have coffee places like starbucks. The only issue for me is parking in such a big plaza is hard to find since this place and other businesses around are super busy.... the restroom needs to be a bit more tidy.. it feels like a chinese restaurant toilet.. ewww
