Give this place 2 stars the girl who was taking my order through the drive thru decided to have a nasty attitude with me while I was placing my order. Then she proceeded to give me a wrong drink and when I went inside to tell them that one of my drinks was wrong she went ahead and stared me down. But the girl who helped me out Izzy she was very kind and sweet about it.

Pretty good Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Latte. I just dont think toasted rice goes well with hot coffee as it got instantly mushy & not pleasant. We had a power outtage due to the storm, so there were many people buying coffee. The small parking lot was full & the drive-thru had a very long line also. The staff was polite and pleasant throughout the time we were inside the shop. They handled the crowd well. 👏🏽 Kudos to the staff if they were able to consistently able to maintain that courtesy throughout New Years Day. 🎆🎊☔️👏🏽 Thank you for being open! ☕️

Slow wait times / baristas, incorrect order.Apart from waiting in the line for 20+ minutes they gave me an incorrect order on a HOT TEA. How?? The barista smugly asked me repeat my order 3 times. I told you my order three times and you mess it up? I will avoid this poorly run Starbucks and stick with my usual and reliable location on West Lane.

Ok... 5 stars because I walked in and received quick, accurate and polite service. Be warned that this location has a very busy drive thru and its oriented such that the long line might follow out to the street, which can block traffic.

Great amount of lighting. Worked remotely hear for 1-2 hours and enjoyed the lush amount of natural light and smooth jazz music.Service was great despite the long drive through line, and coffee taste just like the Starbucks near my home, so its good!The restroom though, needed some cleaning at least when I was there.

The barista Kayla was rude to me, I mobile order my coffee before I get to the drive thru and she was told at the menu and when I got to the window my coffee wasn’t ready but nobody greeted me or instead they tried to have me pay for the next order they made all the coffees for the car behind me instead of mine and instead of apologizing Kayla was rude and snapped at me gave me an attitude and slammed the window shut after handing me only one coffee. She is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service if that’s how she treats customers.

Updated review: came back 6 months later hoping they had fixed their issues, I sat in lime 15min. Instead of 30 so thats an improvement. But yet out of everything I was going to order they were out of it. Just disappointed again.Hammer lane and pacific ave (the corner spot) has the worst drive through time!!!!! They are so SLOW! They got 15 people working there and its seriously 30 min every time I go through there. I keep thinking that they would change but unfortunately not. Time to switch coffee spots,Dutch Bros I guess il give u a shot.

Not all shifts are fast. Be prepared to sit 5 to 10min wait or longer during hot weather. Not all employees get along and will sabotage each other to instigate conflict and issues with customers. Needs better management. Currently management is not good at this location.

Today my visit was costly and a lack of customer service. Was behind a female in a blue car thought she was waiting for a correction of a drink she ordered. But nope! Her and the manager was just talking away like it was the thing to do. It’s was about 10 to 15 mins waiting for them to finishing their conversation( she wasn’t waiting for any drinks) I was gonna honk but didn’t wanted to be rude but I should have been. Decided to take a video and when I it was my turn to get my drinks. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager he said that she was the manager.. SOO I wouldn’t go there ever again. But if I do I would definitely waste their time. And make them re make my drinks a couple of times just to waste their time like they did mines. Treat customer like how you wanted to be treated. I remember your faces. Especially the little boy at the window.

Today I went through the drive thru at this location and the Custer service I received by the girl in the window was the worst experience I have ever received at starbucks. Her name is ANALISA. I was being so nice back so that maybe would change her attitude but he was still being so rude and I asked her name and she just smiled and said ANALISA. Everytime I come to Starbucks my day is always a little better because Im treated so nice and because my coffee is about to give me happiness but today I was just irritated at the way she was acting and knowing she is treating everyone like that is ridiculous. WHY WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALISA? Whatever another Starbucks is just down the street I guess i can go there instead. Ive had great experiences anytime before today though. Maybe shes new... I tried to order on the app and it showed that it ring was unavailable. When I arrived the line for the drive-thru was all the way out to the traffic lane. I walked inside to order there was no one there. I asked why I couldnt order on the app and was told four people called off. I counted six people working. You mean you need 10 people to have ordering on the app?Ive been going to, or at least trying to, this store for 4 years now. It never gets better. I dont know what it is about it. But management should probably get a handle on things. Theyre always sold out of items and instances like today are common.

The lot this one is in is near impossible to navigate in the mornings because if its size, my hot drinks are almost always cold in the incredibly long amount of time it takes to get from ordering to the pickup window, and the lobby always manages to be closed at some random hour. But at least the staff is friendly?

I went here before an appointment early morning in my wheel chair. In order anything you have to download their app. I had to eat in the cold fog. I didnt like it but it must be due to covid. Another aspect about all Starbucks is their doors are hard to get in and out when youre in a chair. Not disabled friendly.

The mobile app ordering is supposed to make it faster to get items, but I have had to wait for items during peak periods. So its kind of hit or miss if your mobile app order is ready. The kids for the most part are attentive and courteous.

This location was located on a horrible three way corner. Very cramped parking lot and even worse drive thru line. Was generous letting 3 people(cars) go ahead of us. When we finally pulled into the line, the lady to the right of us tried to hit us yelling and cursing that we had cut in line. She actually tried to use her car to bully us and intiminate us to let her go before us. That was not the experience that we were expecting when we went for a delicious coffee beverage but at least the baristas were very pleasant and courtious.

It’s a good Starbucks to goto, the staff is always friendly. It’s a Starbucks.this the menu is the same as all other Starbucks.The parking is tight and the drive through backs up easily, but they are usually pretty quick to get you through the drive through .Depending on how busy the drive through is I may just hop inside and order as there isn’t usually a long line like at most Starbucks.

This is the worst Starbucks in Stockton. Staff are nice however they are supposed to open at 5 am Monday through Friday. I stop by every morning at 5:05 since it located in my neighborhood, every morning they tell me they are having technical difficulties and wont open untill 530. Its been a minimum of 9 mornings I have had to leave without my coffee. This location is not operated professionally.

I see such good reviews however I never get my order correct! I can honestly say I have gone 3 times straight to this place in paticular and Im always left waiting!!!! After I placed my order online AHEAD OF TIME. One time I ordered 2 Carmel frapps and 2 cake pops, I was handed 1! One of the most spacious locations i visited. several tables, cushioned bench seating... a very open floor plan, with a more secluded nook behind their refrigerated display. friendly staff, as always. WARNING! I was at this Starbucks a little before 8 am and I order 2 drinks and 1 breakfast sandwich. The problem was with my Cinnamon Dolce. I order it Sugar Free and it was not. I am a Diabetic and the sugar in my drink has set my blood sugar though the roof. I want other Diabetics to be very careful at this store because of this bad mistake!

I stopped at this Starbucks while driving by at 5:30pm on a Saturday. The parking lot had a good amount of cars to indicate the business was open to serve. I pulled up to the ordering speaker only to hear no usual greeting. I waited for a few mins, then checked the Starbucks app on my phone to verify their hours and closing time was listed as 10pm. I proceeded to drive to the window thinking maybe they didnt know I had pulled up. I saw TWO employees inside, one who was right next to the window and saw him look over at me then looked away. I could faintly hear them talking through the closed window (yes I can see you through the tinted glass), but neither one would acknowledge my presence. I drove away without ever having a chance to order. This is the first time Ive ever encountered this kind of situation at any coffee shop let alone a Starbucks. Completely disappointed with a cold welcome to Stockton.
