Despite the little longer waiting time for our drinks to be delivered, the drinks were fantastic! I ordered the Iced Gingerbread Oat milk Chai and I LOVED it! I can taste the spices and its not overpowering the other flavors! I will get that drink in our area; its a limited time drink!

I’ve been to 43 states and 8 countries, this is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly! I felt like a regular after 2 visits, they already remembered the drink I always order and ask about updates from previous conversations. Just a lovely bunch of people.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the area. There is another location with a drive thru not too far but I still prefer this one.On top of the staff being incredibly friendly, they are also fast and make truly awesome drinks.

I was extremely thirsty after dropping off my child to college and helping her unpack so we stopped by Starbucks. The girls were so kind and fast too. I was hesitant since they didn’t have a drive through. Very friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to go back.

This Starbucks Location was not all that good.The vibe was very stuck up. The prices for everything was super high.This location did not have plug outlets for people ( like myself) who are in the I.T. industry.I am not going to spend at least 7 bucks for a drink. ( Minimum.) I cant even charge my computer my Tablet etc and do work .I would tell anyone who likes Starbucks ( Like myself.) Go to another location.Or to The Coffee &Bean location.

Service was rude. I mobiled ordered my drink. While i walked in, i saw them give it to someone else. I asked for my order he said it wasnt ready yet. 😒um. Ok. The girl making the drink was taking her time as she sees more people coming in. I waited 15 minute for my mobile drink. And i asked her how much longer. She snapped at me that either i wait or ask for a refund. I tried to explain that my drink was already done but they gave it to someone else and all she said is. Your going to have to wait. Wow. I almost never write reviews for restaurants, particularly not for chains like Starbucks, but I just had to after my A++ customer service experience at this location. After ordering a menu item on the Starbucks app that wasn’t in-stock, the amazing baristas subbed in another tasty food choice and included a $4 gift card towards a future order. I’ve never seen a Starbucks location go quite as above and beyond to please its customers. For this reason, I highly recommend this location!

Me and my little daughter go here almost every morning on her way to school. Like any other Starbucks, they have good coffee and great fast service... This is a super busy location. I understand that drinks will take longer. My only complaint is that they do not prioritize. I order my drink before I leave my house. When I arrive at the location to wait, I see people who just ordered at the counter get their drinks 5 minutes before me.

I placed an order today and it made it to another store. I felt embarrassed and frustrated since I didn’t have a lot of time before work. Well, the girl was so patient with me, the guys working there also. I was so thankful how they treated me, I left a tip and with a big smile. Always have been good service every time I went. I recommend ordering online/through the app as it saves you a lot of time. One time they got my order wrong, and instead when I offered the drink back to exchange it they allowed me to keep it instead and made me the new one correctly. Rude staff, sarcastic, and embarrassed by them.. I visited this place only a hand full of times and each time my experience gets worse and worse. I had made a mobile order and recieved it 5 or so minutes later which wasnt a big deal I had time since I was on a walk with my two dogs. Then I asked for 2 puppacinos for my large breed dogs. He said we have to charge you for it which I said oh okay no problem knowing that any other starbucks I have been to has always loved on my dogs and of course never charged. U made a comment saying thats weird that you guys charge for it because I go frequently to other starbucks and never had that happen but I dont mind. Then someone who worked there was like well you pay for there food, the health, and everything else and we need to pay for our products to make our heavy cream. Which I was shocked to hear him say. Ii have never felt so embarrassed by a establishment in front of other costumers.. I was more than willing to pay I was just curious if this was a new thing that they do.. definitely wont come here again.. l

I did not place a mobile order. I ordered inside. Then I waited for thirty minutes for my drink as mobile order after mobile order was fulfilled. One of my drinks they mistook for a mobile order, so it sat there melting for twenty minutes. It was a Frappuccino, but it was completely melted, even the whip cream was a pool. I understand they are busy with an unusual number of mobile orders. But as a person who ran in to get drinks, waiting thirty minutes while people who werent there had their orders fulfilled first was a bit much.

Friendliest barista’s! Last week I had the most horrible experience here. There is a guy there by the name of Wes, a lead or supervisor I assume, who was rudely counting out an employees register and loudly claimed 5 dollars was missing and repeatedly asked her what she had done with those missing 5 dollars. Everyone around could hear. I was seconds away from loosing my cool. I wanted to scream at him. After years of experience in management I know that the procedure for discussion employee issues is behind closed doors away from the customers. You can thank Wes for no longer receiving my business. I hope this employee gets reevaluated in the near future because this was down right disrespectful. And from the looks of it...he has had other complaints here as well.

I wanted to write this review for Al. Al is the sweetest, kindest, most enthusiastic staff. He always goes out of his way to address all the customers by name, ask them about their day, and shine some brightness into everyone’s lives. This Starbucks was pretty busy considering its a Sunday afternoon. But the drinks I ordered came out after a short wait. I recommend using the Nitro Lid for iced coffee just make sure you ask for it when you order in order to reduce waste a bit. Its a very clean and quiet place. But if its crowded you might want to find another place to chill. The baristas were very nice and greeted me upon visit. Great overall experience!

Parking is super tight at busy times due to it sharing space with a quite a few food spots, boba, and random cell store. Lower rating due to poor attitude from afternoon Baristas. Ordered a basic vanilla latte and got a plain latte. Asked for it to be fixed and was met with push back on not wanting to fix it and arguing with me that they did put vanilla in it and I was wrong. I told them they could taste it if they didnt believe me. They reluctantly remade it as if its breaking their bottom line.No apology and some snickering. Just heading to philz from now on, less attitude, slightly better parking and they have a drive thru too.

Theres a lady here that is so bubly and enthusiastic to help you its almost Mythical. While waiting for my drink I watched her greet and help about 10 people with the same energy, for each person!! I was a barista for 3 years and have never seen anyone come close to having an all day positive energy.Sure Ive heard legends of such greatness, but who has time to belive in myths. With viruses and working at home all the time. One can only turn to movies like Lord of the Rings, The Matrix, or Beerfest for inspiration. But not anymore!! Im here to tell you to go to this Starbucks to see with your own eyes!! Shes a red head and probably from the east coast.If she comes from legend, then her co workers are probably the equivalent to Morpheous and Orlando Bloom! But be warned this store is not for the faint hearted. This store makes great drinks and you may leave with a smile.

The Shift Leader by the name of Wes, was highly rude and disrespectful!!! When my friends and I first got there, we tried putting tables together because there is NO ROOM in that place and all the other tables were taken. So then he told us to move them back because other customers need a place to sit. Granted he was right, but the way he address the situation was unreasonable!! Even after we did what he said with no problems, he came around again and said that we were blocking the aisle way! Then he moved one of my friends bags and without asking. By right I could sue him, due to the fact that he touched my property without permission. This guy, WES, has no freaking respect for his customers, and is letting his Shift Leader position go to his head. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THE FREAKING PLACE, and this is BY FAR the worst treatment Ive experienced from any Starbucks ever.PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO WES:Maybe you should think twice about how you treat your freaking customers. No one likes to be talked at in the manor that you talked to my friends and I. I just want you to know that your the reason that your store has lost customers. Your customer serious was unreasonable.
