Service was horrible!! the people who work there are extremely rude & impolite. i waited 20 minutes for one drink. when i asked for an update on my drink, the workers responded rudely & defensively. will never be coming back to this location again.

My mobile order was ready at the promised time, as I walked into this Starbucks. They may have more high schoolers frequent this location compared to others I have been to before, so the store volume may be a bit louder, but I had my earbuds in, as I enjoyed my cold brew and book.I have to note that they close the indoor dining area at 8pm but their drive-thru remains open later. The staff are friendly, and my drink was delightful.

Usually have a great experience at this location, but today (Jan. 7) there was a barista who was complaining about having to heat up the food? I get it can be busy and frustrating, but the barista showed it to her customers. I did not want to sit there and listen to her. Quite unprofessional on her part.

Lady with the sick tatts and glasses (no name tag, sorry!) taking orders rocks. Easily the best customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Calm atmosphere to study. Genuinely kind baristas. 10/10 recommend!

Probably the worst experience at a Starbucks. I usually have great service here. When I asked the employee making my drinks about a half filled tall chocolate milk with whipped cream i was given a dirty look and then she walked off not finishing my order. I finally was able to get another employee to finish my order after 13 mins of waiting. I want the only one who had problems with the staff. There was 3 of us waiting one who did a mobile order.

These hard workers just made the most delicious coffee Ive ever had I must share it with you guys it is a venti iced coffee no classic add sweet cream three pumps of white mocha and yes it sounds sweet but it is sweet! Thank you guys again its delicious and so was the one from yesterday! Really enjoyed the tulip garden in the Drive-Thru heres a pic! Come visit this beautiful location and Chino hills off the 71 and chino avenue.

This is my On my way to work Starbucks. They are usually pretty quick and always have the best customer service. If the drive through is packed, it can cause a stop in traffic when you are trying to get out of the parking lot and back on the freeway. But at least you have your coffee in hand!

Staff is friendly, drive through service seems to move fairly well during peak times, however the drinks always SUCK, even during non peak times. This a drive through location so maybe speed of service is their only focus. Its the nearest drive through for me however every time I decide to give them a chance Im continually let down. Ill drive out of my way from now on.

I think it’s terrible that Starbucks is having their drive-thru employees ask you “one quick question” before you pay with a card. They are asking you for a tip! You are not getting personal service at a drive-thru. What is the tip for? Also, the fact that you have to run back in and ask for a straw and napkin is ridiculous. Why don’t they ask you “that” quick question? This has been a discussion with many conversations when Starbucks is mentioned lately. What’s crazy is…I always tip anyway because I think service employees deserve it, but asking for a tip and making a person feel terrible if they don’t????? All the Starbucks are doing this at the drive-thru, so it must be a company thing.🥹

Starbucks was good, as expected. The Nitro machine was down, so, unfortunately, I was unable to receive my usual coffee. I had ordered via mobile, and the server asked me if I wanted an iced code coffee instead. It was fine.

This store likes to use the cannot order ahead feature on their company app a lot. This is very frustrating as their drive thru is usually 8 cars deep.They run out of ingredients very frequently so you cannot order certain drinks. Many times they are out of soy, oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk at the same time. Or maybe its like a certain fast food chain and their never working shake machines? Who is to say? Thats bad management not ordering enough. This is an Asian area and there are a lot of lactose intolerant people here. Just saying.Slow drink making. Rude servers. If you do get a chance to order ahead, expect snappy responses when you tell then you are picking up your to go order.One server told me If its yours then take it and go. Another snapped when I said the order was incorrect, saying Thats your order. Thats what you ordered. No, I ordered soy not regular milk. He angerly tossed the drink into the sink, rinsed my cup out, and made a new drink. At least give me a fresh cup.Take your chances, or drive over to the Chino Spectrum location and hope the workers are not standing in groups of 3 or 4 chatting instead of making your order. They dont run out of non dairy options there though, so theres that.

Great customer service here ! I had did a mobile order earlier in the day from this place, came back to get a refill. Drinks here are very poor, baristas always give some lame excuse.They are open sometimes, close whenever they feel like it, no sign on the door.App shows they are open, show up and they are closed.Most poorly run Starbucks I have seen.

Very nice Starbucks. Good service and reliable WiFi. Food is decent but a little bit cookie cutter. It would be nice to eat something not packaged. I have seen a noticeable difference in taste of at least the cheddar egg breakfast sandwich again, still good but I think less tasty because of the mechanized processes.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. I asked for caramel drizzle on my iced espresso but didnt get one. I asked for a straw since it was venti size iced espresso with syrup on the bottom of the cup. They said they were short of straws and was saving it for frapp. orders.. This was my 4th time visiting this store but its always out of something.. hmm..

Literally the best Starbucks to ever exist, I usually order a venti Carmel Frappuccino with extra whipped cream at every Starbucks I go to and I almost never get the extra whip, BUT I ASK FOR THAT HERE AND I GOT WHIPPED CREAM ON THE BOTTOM AND TOO OF MY CUP. This is a Starbucks that we hit regularly when we are visiting my parents in SoCal (Chino Hills) from New York City--our usual Starbucks being 23rd and 1st and 13th and 1st (both awesome!). The service is always excellent, the coffee is superb, the location is central, easy to find, and it is a perfect place for my wife and I to slip out to while the kids are home hangin with the grandparents.
