I just want to say that I really appreciate this starbucks. I think whoever managing must be doing a good job, because the lattes here always taste good. They have a sweetness (w/o syrups) that shows the machines are cleaned correctly and the staffed is trained to make them correctly, because I have been to other locations where the lattes just don’t taste good either repeatedly, or are inconsistent on the taste.Thank ya’ll for that!!

Always get a flat white and must say am never dissapointed. Baristas are very friendly. Once left my bottle and came back a week later and they gave it back to me :). The only issue is waiting time, specially in the mornings - before 9:00 am. It gets so hectic that Ive spent over 25 mins waiting for my coffee.

I’m a barista visiting from New Orleans and I gotta admit, out of all the Starbucks that we went to in the Sherman oaks area… nicest staff and my coffee comes out perfect and I’m very picky with that. Great barista energy.

The stuff of preparing the drinks was not about looking at the customer and being aware when the finished my drink to find it reasonable to bring it to me so I tried to ask the girl who was taking the trash with polite excuse me at first, hello, excuse me, hello, then I had to raise my voice since it seems like she was inside her head as well so that she hears me and I politely said can you please hand me that white drink over there (vanilla bean which I ordered) since I am in a hurry and the woman who prepared it left to go to the back. She did it, but then as I was leaving, the reason I am leaving this bad review, she started arguing to my back next time dont yell, you shouldnt raise your voice and she argued with an attitude, but I was in a rush and just added so that you cant hear me? .... That is unheard of and really not necessary Just wanted to stress out that it was not busy, 2 customers all together.

Today I went to Starbucks with a reusable mug that had coffee I brought from home with milk that had gone bad. I asked Dee to rinse it out and she was SO sweet and went and washed it properly in the back to make sure it was clean so I could fully enjoy my Starbucks coffee. I was so impressed with her I wanted to make sure she was acknowledged. The store wasnt too busy and there were enough other people to help so she wasnt ignoring other customers. She made a good judgement and in doing so, literally made my day. Thank you Dee!!!!!

Daniel is the BEST batista ever !!!! He is SO nice, hard working, great attitude and LISTENS !!! He gets my order right every time and is a great asset to the Starbucks brand. Consistancy does not always take place in many Starbucks stores. I drive and will drive out of my way to have wonderful Daniel create my coffee order.

Clean location, newly remodeled shopping center and super friendly staff.Bad thing is our drinks took about 10 minutes to be ready, which is very unusual and a big bummer. Other than that, a nice location for a quick caffeine fix.

The employees at this Starbucks know me by name they all greet me when I walk in. They are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen in a Starbucks. Dee is an amazing manager. Cassie, Yokiro, Jon Luke and Elliot are the best of the best. Theres one more but I forgot her name. She had tattoos and ponytails black hair. Very sweet people. My drinks are always done correct at this location. Plenty of parking as well. A+

Everything was good but one of the guys there gave out a borderline racist vibe. He literally had a full blown conversation in the middle of me asking him a question. Not to mention my hot bev was cold and filled halfway, my sisters was nothing but whip cream. Sucks that one person can bring an entire team down. HR please take care of that.

The manager, Francis, is unbelievably cold and rough. I bought a protein box for my friend, but she wanted a different box. So she took it back in the same day with the receipt, and Francis just refused to return or exchange.

The store is messy. Not many outlets. The store manager would rather chat with his friend than to assist customers. I asked for the code for the restroom, and he was too busy chatting, and told me to wait. How long does it take to give the code? Completely useless.

This location needs a visit from the DM yesterday. The last 5 times Ive ordered here the drinks have been made wrong. Simple drinks with no modifications. Baristas are always nice when I ask to remake. But when your drink is brought to you and its disgusting, you just throw 6 dollars down the drain. Now when they ask if I want anything from this location I give them the money and tell them to give it to a homeless person instead.

Workers here are really nice! Typical Starbucks and nothing out of the ordinary. I like the location since it’s walking distance and nice that it’s next to some other stores. I will say though if you’re looking for a place to study/work and you don’t have your headphones - this location is probably not the best to come to as it’s generally always loud in there whether it’s the music playing or people.

Great location. The staff is always the best and courteous and the customers are friendly as well. Generally can find seating even when crowded.. But.. the sound system is so loud it can even overpower your own music through earbuds and it often leads people raising their converstion loudly, which adds to the din.

This is my go to but I had a very poor experience today with Stephanie. I asked about getting a free coffee because it was my birthday and she had no idea what I was talking about. She went and asked a staffer and came back and told me no because it didnt show on the app. Fair enough, Im happy to pay. But she was just in general rude, didnt smile, was on her cell phone while ringing me up, didnt offer me a receipt and she also got my order wrong. Stick her frumpy self in the stock room and get your normal great helpful crew on the register!

This was a really great Starbucks location that I had yet to visit. Best of all, they have Cold Brew Nitro, my favorite drink. Staff was super friendly, as usual, and there were a nice selection of different types of places to sit and socialize or work. This one is right in the center with Gelsons, and parking is very easy at this location. A great place to meet.

Dont know why this Starbucks says they open at 5:30am when in fact theres been multiple times they have not been ready nor had their doors unlocked at 5:30..today the guy Come to the door to the already waiting 3 customers and says that his team didnt show up so theyre not gonna be opening at free posted time..and in fact they wont be opening for another hour or so.. unacceptable & ridiculous especially when somebody goes out of their way thinking theyre going to stop at this particular location on their way to work.. It be fine as long as they change their opening hours on the website then it wouldnt be a big deal cuz and then that be what people would expect..

Staff is really friendly especially barista Jac, she was super nice and seem to actually enjoy taking people’s order. Place is remodeled so it better than some of the other Starbucks, but lacks connection so if it busy you might not be able to charge your phone/laptop.

This place is nice and new and VERY busy. What keeps it from being 5 stars is sluggish internet and sketchy people who come in, dont order anything, and hang out. Im sure the workers are so busy they cant monitor the customers very well, so I dont blame them, but still. Be prepared to sit next to some folks who look like theyve just come off a bender if you linger.

Despite it being not busy they forgot my order even though I requested it several times when it failed to come. After several inquiries by me, they finally threw my order at me. I had ordered a toasted cinnamon-raisin bagel, it was only after I left that I realized it was a non toasted bagel. The bagel itself, was a bit stale, flavorless. Cant wait for me waiting such an exorbitant amount of time. Just despicable.

There a very few tables, the wifi is not as stronge as it is in other places and there are tables without connecting plugs on the tables or the walls. So weird becaise the place looks fairly modern and renovated. Womens bathroom was out of service so we had to use the mens restroom. It was clean. Coffee was good.

Oh Starbucks where to begin. Ever since you implemented the app purchases you screwed over your in person orders to the point it takes nearly 20 minutes to get 2 coffees, one which was received after watching 13 app orders filled and then waiting for another 9 app orders just to receive the second coffee.20 minutes for coffee is rediculous. In person orders should be prioritized over online orders or at least fill the order at the same time instead of making one coffee in the order and then make 9 online orders before making the second coffee.
