Placed an order for coffee at the counter. Was told that it would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still not ready. The girl went on brake and her colleagues didn’t even brew it. Second time happening to me at this location.Never had issues in other stores. Got my simplest Pike drink 30 mins after placing the order.Never coming here again!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks in area. I went in drive through at 5am tipped them and as leaving sipped coffee realized was not my order. I pulled into parking to go into store but was locked as the sign said opens 4:30. As I tapped on window three employees literally ignored me. I threw my coffee in anger and left. I WILL NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS AGAIN. File that as to why your company is failing.

The service was god awful. Not just any employee, but the shift supervisor stood there, and did not acknowledge us for seven minutes. Finally when she did every task but acknowledge us, she finally came to take our order and at that point we left. Can they hire real shift supervisors? Can they actually get people that are can do their job. it’s a joke that she’s in charge.

They closed shut down the main front door to avoid walking traffic and send them to drive thru.What a pathetic team with lack of service that prefer to accommodate themselves rather than actually do what they get paid for, work.I’m pretty sure when they apply to the barista job it was not a “drive thru barista only” position.Lame lame lame ….:

Would give zero stars if possible.Waited over 15 minutes for a coffee… ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund (was told there were still five coffees ahead of mine).There was only one employee at the register and one making all of the drinks.Manager and another employee were in the back… when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, she did not seem to care or even try to rectify the issue (made excuses and did not even apologize for the bad experience).They refunded the cost of the coffee but would not refund the tip that I gave (nothing like tipping for horrible service and no coffee). Spoke to Starbucks corporate and they informed me that the manager should have refunded the tip…

I got the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappechino with no whip and x2 shots of espresso and it was really tasty and gave me a pep. The staff are friendly,its clean,and their quick . Bathrooms have code taped to the lock so no hassle using the bathroom

Absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to I was not greeted, and was ignored while they waited on other customers, there is no tables for you to eat your food . theres no plugins to charge your laptop so basically come and give me your money and we dont care if you stay.. anybody willing to do that enjoy..

My first time here since the remodeling and it looks amazing!My favorite part of this location is RYAN I have not experienced such great customer service at any Starbucks EVER like Ryan!! What a lovely guy, he is so kind and truly has a heart of gold! He is a beautiful human you can tell he cares about people, regardless of if people reciprocate the gratitude, he continues to be himself! Which makes me love his energy even more, I have been here working for a couple hours at this location and he truly has not stopped loving on each person that enters this Starbucks. YOU ARE A HEART OF GOLD RYAN KEEP BEING YOUR AMAZING SELF THANK YOU!

Was super impressed w/ the vibe in this Starbucks … and i’ve been to many 4 my grande flat white & sometimes Frappuccino 🤣 !!! Ryan, Ida & Miguel were extremely FAST, efficient and Professional and Ryan stand out specifically w/ such an amazing spirit and kindness greeting all customers with charm, smiles & friendliness! Plenty of good seating inside even though this is a smaller location. But the real winner for this place was the staff. I was in at a peak rush time and there were only two employees. And even with a line and some impatient customers, the two kept smiling and working hard. My drink was perfect and came out super quickly even with the backlog.And to top it off, once the rush died down, one of the ladies brought around free pumpkin bread treat thingies and gave them out to the remaining customers seated inside, and even gave my friend who had a baby two “just because”.Service with a smile and customer service done right. Well done, ladies! I’ll be back just because of you.

Coffee was decent. Tables were all filthy, and the only 2 electric outlets were barely functioning. I had to use tape to hold my phone charger in the socket.Staff almost too young to know what manners are. Shame that management has allowed this store to fall apart.

I saw a young guy treating a customer horribly. I will never go back to this store. It has changed completely lately. Drinks are slow and made incorrectly. i am in 25 and been going since i was 15! Tables are so dirty and bathrooms.

Awful customer service and employees are handling food without wearing gloves. Same employee changed a trash bag and jumped to the oven to heat food and went ahead to pack food inside a paper bag, no washing hands in between. Absolutely gross.

This Starbucks has a consistent strong crew from 7 am to about 11 am. Then, one never knows. Like 90% of the stores, inconsistent in regards to hours, to product and last few hours one can expect rude/unprofessionalism, too. One drives miles to get to destination at open hours and find it closed or not telling you the truth or else watching them turn away daily customers on their breaks, etc. Over and over this store has been closing the Lobby early, (including no Wifi) due to employees calling in unable to work and/or other employees not willing to fill in. But, other stores turn off the internet in order to turn away customers politely. In general, the morning early early openings were for a long time severely impacted from the poor closures previous evenings. I give my darndest and wish Long Haul didnt include 12-15 hours of pure exhaustion, sleep that is so darndest persistent. Starbucks brewed caffeine or decaf always welcome. Instead, for months, I have increasingly noticed: Meeting up with people, bringing tiny ones for a treat or clients getting their routine Starbucks coffee--increasingly really a downhill experience at many north county locations. No exaggeration re: 85% of the stores are operationally exceptionally volatile.

Sometimes the order is right sometimes its not. One day specifically i ordered three drinks and a double smoked bacon sandwich at the counter. I added one shot into mine and changed to half and half on another. My drink they added 5 extra shots instead of one, they remade the drink and let me have the one with 5 shots and then they also gave me an impossible sandwich instead of my double smoked bacon. I told them i wanted the bacon sandwich so the manager yells out for a gouda and bacon, i go with it just because it was the next sandwich coming out ready anyways i take it get to my car grab the sandwich and it has no bacon. I go back into the store i get yet another bacon gouda because wouldnt you know it, it was already coming out they give me two drink cards for a free drink next time both valued at about $4 i get to work... late since i had to keep getting things remade only to find out the drink that was supposed to made into half and half instead of 2% milk was in fact just milk instead of half and half and the drink couldnt be drunk because the person that wanted it was lactose intolerant. I put 3 stars because at least they tried to fix their mistake even though it wasnt ever really fixed

This location is always busy. But is actually a nice place to sit and work on laptop. There is good amount of seating inside and outside for a smaller Starbucks and plenty of power outlets. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are kept clean.

Nothing irritates me more than when the barrista thinks they know more than the customer. $8.50 down the drain. If the customer asks for spooned foam, dont insist pouring the foam from the side is the same thing.

The only time I get good service here is when I order through the app to pick up before 8am. Once you’re in house it is a nightmare. The place is super busy and the staff clearly doesn’t do well under pressure. One time I came and there was one register open, myself and 2 others in line and the woman at the register was ordering 15 drinks and they didn’t even bother to open another register. On my last visit here I ordered a snickerdoodle hot cocoa and they gave me a latte instead. I had them remake it, only to get the wrong drink a second time. I was already late for work at that point and couldn’t have the drink remade a second time, but I promise that will be my last in house visit to this place.

I am very discouraged and disappointed re this Starbucks as they are sheep. They would not allow me to stay inside if I didnt wear a mask. It is important to note that unless you are wearing a N95 mask masks do not work. So Starbucks is enforcing a stupid mandate set about by a stupid governor. Which by the way it is not a mandate look it up!
