Every time I come into this particular Starbucks, Im greeted with kind and smiling faces, Ive been going here since December and Im never disappointed, my orders are always just how I like them and honestly ready alot faster than I expect them to be. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. 10/10

Starbucks is a fantastic place to meet with people, just get something to eat and drink. Get a pick-me-up, or even just get ice. On this visit all I did was get a large Starbucks cup I have filled with ice. Theres no charge for this but the staff is always so friendly and helpful I leave them a bit in their tip box.

It took a while to get my order, even ordering ahead online. Maybe they were understaffed, I dont know for certain. They seemed to consistently mess up the drinks on cars ahead of me as drinks were passed back and forth through the window to the car and back.

As a former partner I dont often go to Starbucks, and even less often do I have such stellar experiences with baristas. Everytime I go here tho the baristas are sweet as pie, and last time I even got a sweet note on my cup that made my day. Thanks for hosting such a nice team you guys are doing great.

I wanted a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew but they were out of cold brew. That’s fine, not a big deal. I asked for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee. The problem is when they ring it up, it’s $1.50+ more for a weaker coffee. I asked for a price adjustment since it wasn’t my fault that the store was out of cold brew. Apparently that was unreasonable for me to ask. I walked out without purchasing anything.

Extremely rude servers. I was passing through town and did in store mobile order on the app because I was driving an RV. They had the front door locked and refused to acknowledge my presence. I had to walk through the drive through 2 times until they gave me my drink and shooed me away. Terrible service.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever gone to with regard to the employees. Some of the nicest and most caring people who are regular customers go to this place but the staff, at least the few Ive already had the pleasure of dealing with, are atrocious and dont have the slightest clue what customer service is all about. This last experience just blew my mind. Whoever it was that was working behind the counter kept telling in a snarky tone how wrong I was about my order being placed and paying for it and that I still needed to. After telling him 4 times that I know what I did and that he needed to figure it out on his end and showing him the transaction receipt, did he finally remember that, not only had he been the one to make the drink, HE WAS THE ONE THAT THREW IT OUT! I finally got the drink I paid for online and guess what? Thats right folks, you guessed it............ IT WASNT EVEN THE DRINK I WANTED!!!!!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE. Im just so at awe at how completely inept some of these people are proving to be. Rant over.

3 out 5, they messed up my order. When I order on my app for a treinta, the sticker is right, but the size of the cup is wrong. Sometimes order on the app 20 minutes ahead of time you still have to wait at least 15 minutes inside the store. So whats the point ordering ahead of time. 3 out 5 Im late at work. Jaja

They don’t even look up and I’m a pretty large person there is no way to miss me. It’ll be my last time at this location but they are probably ok with that! Recently, in a cold wind, I was greeted on a few occasions by en employee named Tasha, who was taking orders on a pad prior to arriving at the normal ordering screen. Over the years, I have ordered perhaps a 1000 coffees (verifiable)and hadnot ever encountered a more pleasant employee. This location, or corporate has to find a way to get Tasha to where she can best serve Starbucks image, and not in a dead end position. I have even ordered often via UberEats, but have been disappointed that this location is listed as “not taking orders” via delivery service.

If there was an option for 0 stars theyd get 0, the sign said they close at 10:30 PM, and it was 9:50 and they were closed. There was a long line for the driveway waited 30 mins in line to realize that its was actually closed, there was workers inside amd they didnt even have the decency to tell us they were closed the guy inside saw me and completely ignored me, really bad service.

Hi. my visit here was very unpleasant. From what Ive experienced, some of these employees are rude. Bad customer service. I sent my Children to go get food on a different night, and some of the food (chocolate) was stale. The other cashiers must have left now. Now the new cashiers are polite. Thank You Starbucks. Customer service at this location needs serious improvement. I come to this Starbucks fairly frequently in the mornings before work out of convenience. I mobile order every time. Unlike some locations, mobile orders are kept behind the counter so you have to wait for an employee to hand you your drink. Most employees do not acknowledge you waiting or ask your name/if you have a mobile order. If you are not there prior to your drink being finished and name being called-- good luck! Employees are not friendly and are rude when you ask if your drink is ready. In my most recent experience I saw my drink on the pedestal behind the counter, after the barista called out my friends drink I asked if she had mine ready, to which she looked at me and looked away. Employees are rude and disrespectful to customers. Extremely poor customer service.

Just order a spresso frap, and tested like water and sugar, ask the barista to please ad coffe and she said that her machine wasnt doing good, so she said that she will remake it but I had to wait in line at the drive thru, besides the dumb excuses that she gave me, wasnt going to wait for 30 more min. Just to get a remake, I had already waited 20 min in the first place. Hopefully they get their machine fixed. Is sad giving customers nasty drinks for such a high pruceprice already.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a fox cake pop, pumpkin cream cheese muffin, a pink drink, and a double chocolate chip Frappuccino. When I pulled up to the window I got all of my items except for my double chocolate chip Frappuccino, as we were waiting for it the girl asked me if I was waiting on something else and I told her I was waiting on my frapp still she said for me to pull over to the parking lot because they lost the ticket to my drink and said it’ll be a five minutes wait or them make it and bring out to my car. I waited almost 10 because she said she was going to bring it to my car, but she didn’t come at all. I called the store and raylene picked up the phone and I explained to her what happened she said “I’m sorry hun, we dont take drinks out to the car.” This was the worst customer experience and I wouldn’t recommend this is location to anyone, especially because they’re more worried about their “time” and not customer service!

A busy Starbucks that still manages to get your order out quickly and correctly. I visited around 2:30 pm and the the tables were mostly full with four or five people ordering o waiting for orders. The barista was friendly and helpful. Except for the amount of customers always present which I imagine are from the large Cal Trans office next door this is a good Starbucks just not a sit back and relax one.

This location at Manchester is always busy. It doesnt stop them from providing great customer service and good coffee. The employees are hard working and friendly. Sometimes they make mistakes on orders but are quick to remake your order and let you take the mistake order as well. Last time we went my boyfriend ended up with 2 of his drinks. I think he regretted it afterwards though. ☺ I had a peppermint mocha hot and it was made perfectly this time. Other times it was lacking but as i said they are quick to correct any errors they make so dont be afraid to ask.

I have ALWAYS had really fast and friendly service here. The perks is its right near us :). The only downside is the newly renovated drive thru. It sticks out too far back. If there were more than 3 cars pulled up at the drive thru, it would impede with the 1 way traffic of the parking lot.

I have stopped in here a few times on my way to work. Each time I am either the only customer inside or there is one other person and they still take 10 minutes to get my drink. I orders a soy latte so milk and espresso, thats it, nothing complicated. It seems that they serve 10 cars in the drive through before making the drink for the one person inside. Bad service and my drink was only warm. They also will take your food order and do not tell you that they are out of what you ordered until you ask where your food is because you have been waiting. That has happened both times I have ordered a breakfast sandwich there.

Very disappointing experience. Barista did not know the drink I was ordering even though it has been on their featured menu for months. Waited about 10 minutes at the bar because my coffee needed a bit more cream, they do not leave cream out at the coffee bar because of the transients in the area. I really only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card for Starbucks, I wouldnt pay out-of-pocket the prices that they charge for coffee. This is one of the worst Starbucks around. Took forever to get a warm sandwich because the employee on register forgot my food and after 15 minutes had to go up and ask for my sandwich. Then one of the baristas got into a yelling match with a transient that was waiting for water, when in fact they shoild have just gave him the water so he would leave instead of yelling at him resulting in him getting beligerant. Then when I was leaving I asked for a refill on my drink and was told that it would take 15 minutes...mind you I had already stood in line once for a refill to be told they were out and making more. Mind you there were only 2 other people waiting for their drinks and my drink is easy- ice to the top of my cup with straight green tea poured over it

This Starbucks is close by my house so I have gone there plenty of times. But I rather go to a further Starbucks just because they usually mess up my orders unless Im getting a brewed coffee. If I get a latte or frapp or tea it either the wrong one or they forgot something. Its been over a year since I have been going and other people I have talked to admit that thats just how this Starbucks is. Really sucks because its right next to the free way so it would be nice to get your drink and get on the road but thats something I avoid because I get irritated at this point when the drinks are always wrong. Maybe if its slow you will have a better chance of having the order right. & Sometimes I dont mind being surprised and trying something new but sometimes I really dont like what they give me and Im just scratching my head trying to understand how the sticker on the side of the cup says one thing, but the drink itself is completely different. The coffee and espresso is good so I hope one day to change this to a five star review.

I really like Starbucks you go there and go through the pickup line is what we usually do is a great place to go one of these times Im going to go inside Im giving it 5 stars because their stuff is great dont make you whatever you want in your Frappuccinos or whatever you buy theyll make it with sprinkles of anything spices and little treats like sprinkles of chocolate or nuts or whatever and they have some good pieces of things to eat there too it is rather expensive I think thats mainly because of the name but their stuff is really good I would recommend it to anyone! Now this place knows how to make a strawberry frappe, not like the watered down whatever it was that the Starbucks on Peach and McKinley tried to give me and say it was a frappe and that the fruit flavoring is always like that on the bottom...no. A well blended drink is a Frappuccino that tastes good, looks good, and is frosty and icy with whipped cream on top! I took pictures of the perfect example they made me so the Starbucks on Peach and McKinley needs to learn a thing or two on what a Frappuccino is and how to be honest and up front with the customers instead of lie to their faces and say a watered down drink that’s been sitting there forever is a frappe. Brava to the Starbucks on Shields and 41, teach your fellow Starbucks to make their drinks right or fire those people and hire honest friendly employees for that location on Peach and McKinley.

I have a business here in Fresno and I understand the importance of customer service which is why im bringing this issue to light. I was at this location today where I purchased 16 teas for the V.A. hospital as well as a lady behind me in lines order. After ordering I made sure to tip the Barista as per usual and sat patiently waiting for my order. When my drinks were finished they were calling out the ladys name who I bought her order yet nobody was coming nor did they put any of my 16 drinks in drink carriers. After nobody responded they continue to just talk amongst eachother not trying to be proactive and find out who the drinks belong to. After approaching the pickup area and asking if all of the drinks were for myself; which I assume they were! I asked if they had drink carriers, Ceci then pointed to them on the counter and said yeah theyre right over there! She didnt even offer to help me put them in the drink carriers which is absolutely ridiculous every other Starbucks location that I go to puts them in drink carriers for me without hesitation! I tip the employees at starbucks everytime I go in and I instruct my employees to do the same. I used to be a server and understand that customer service is a difficult job and they should be rewarded for being affable and helpful. My company easily spends over $2,000 every single month on Starbucks alone. Feel free to contact me with any further questions!P.S there is a gentleman who works there who is always extremely helpful but he typically works in the Drive-Thru line. He was working there today but was busy with the drive there or Im sure he would have helped put my drinks in drink carriers!

Clean and expensive as coffee shops go. If you want quality coffee or another caffeinated drink, by all means, go there. However, it is usually busy since it is adjacent to Manchester Shopping center and Highway 41. There are other shops at this small strip mall site, so you might as well get a bowl of Panda chinese food or catch a movie at the Manchester theater. Good location.
