Good coffee, not great. Very nice atmosphere. Clean with a helpful staff and quick service. Their specialty drinks are really good but beware, they are full of sugar. When you travel its a great place to get your caffeine fix.

This is the ideal Starbucks.1. Spacious interior with many seats2. Lots of power outlets for the mobile busy goers3. Great lighting and inside ambianceI dont frequent Starbucks much. But I am learning to expose myself to social environments. I will say spending 30 minutes here on a Saturday morning right until the number of people visiting this location jolted at 9am sharp... I greatly indulged and enjoyed my White Chocolate Mocha!I might get very comfy and familiar with this locations, maybe even make this place my home outside of my home. Thats how great this Starbucks location feels to me.

Ordered coffee and a wrap about 10 mins before picking it up only to find the wrap done and no one working on my drink when I arrived. There wasn’t a line outside and barely anyone was in the store. Employees were chatting while I was standing there and kept looking at me without asking me if I needed anything. Then reminded them of my drink missing (mistakes happen), they gave me attitude, and the barista proceeded to make the WRONG DRINK while chatting amongst her coworkers, not paying attention, until who seemed like a supervisor/manager made her aware it was incorrect by whispering through the headset, to which the barista then laughed before starting to make the actual one I ordered. This took an additional almost 10 minutes of time first thing in the morning. THE NEXT DAY I ordered again figuring maybe it was just a bad day for them. Got 2 drinks and received them on time. Was more than halfway into my drink, looked down into it, and there was A LARGE FLY IN MY DRINK!! TWO mistakes on the SAME person within TWO DAYS is ridiculous!Contacted starbucks via chat and they told me it was “sensitive” and to call. Called their number and waited over 45 minutes to speak to a rep about the issue. They gave me a store credit for the “inconvenience” and stated they will report it to the district manager and the store itself.Please make sure you’re paying attention to your drinks!

Really like this newer Starbucks at Vista Village and Highway 78. I usually start the day there, with my business partner and cousin Joe, before we head out to manage real estate in North County San Diego. The staff and crew at this Starbucks are Great! Good people for sure! Glad we found this store and that its close by.

Very spacious Starbucks. The staff was very friendly and my drink came out not too quick and not too slow. I got a green ice passion tea which tasted bitter and not sweet. I liked it more this way.

Ni e open space but often filled with hipsters and loud school kids. The drive through is a mess but that has more to do with a poor layout of all the bussiness including Chick-fil-A. They both back up and make it a mess to even park.

A likes hanging out here because the inside of the Starbucks is a nice study spot. But There’s a huge homeless problem that isn’t being addressed here. Every time I come here there are homeless people in here who smell bad and talk to themselves and others. A crazy guy is sitting next to me viciously scraping the bottom of an empty cup of oatmeal with his plastic spoon. It’s pretty distracting honestly and makes it hard to get work done, I don’t think I’ll be back.

This Starbucks is normally our go-to for service and drinks, but recently, the quality has been going down for both. Earlier, as well as last week, our order was either messed up or forgetting something, and we had to let the barista know that something was missing. The quality of the water especially has dropped. Normally, the water is refreshing, but today, it tasted like dirty tap water that was sitting in some metallic object then poured out and tastes like metal or something. This has only recently become a problem as I said, this is normally our favorite, but recently the quality is dropping.
