Came in at around 6 pm on Sunday, and it wasnt busy at all. There was barely a wait, and the lady who took my order was kind. The place has a great atmosphere as well. I ordered a grande iced lavender oatmilk matcha, which tasted great. One thing I must comment on is that the bathrooms were a little dirty, but other than that, this is a nice location.

Very friendly staff! I usually go through the drive thru here with mobile order pickup, but I finally took the time to sit down and grab a coffee inside. :)Accidentally forgot to request no whipped cream on the mocha I ordered and they were very helpful about removing the whipped cream and adding steamed milk to make up for what was lost.Very chill vibe, but it definitely gets super crowded around sports games times. Sportsball and such.

This is a nice Starbucks and good service and clean, they just update the inside I dont like the chairs are not comfortable and they have big round tables is not good if you come by yourself or a pair and its a boring place there no wireless charging point and no USB cable and charging point and lights inside is so bright I took one star from them because the upgrade the furniture and remodel it should be remodel for good not for worse.

I was just there and the service was a disaster. I even left the place without receiving my drinks. Walter, who served me, didnt even give me a ticket, so I guess I wont be able to demand a refund. There were three people but although two of them only walked from one side to the other, it was only one who made the drinks and worse it seems that he was barely teaching himself. I do not recommend the preferred place, do not go.

I asked the barista for a sippy cup lid right as she was making my drink. She gave me a regular lid... when the point of that exchange was so that i wouldn’t use a plastic straw. She then offered to give me a sippy cup, but that would just defeat the purpose of not using as much single use plastic. Drink tastes normal, but am a bit off-put by this experience today, and will try not to come here again, even though it’s the closest to my job.

Updated review: this location went from bad to worse. The crew is very unfriendly and makes me feel bad for asking them to make my order correctly. I ordered a Trenta and I got a grande size drink, the grande tasted fine (a little bland). However, as soon as I told her that I ordered the larger size and I wanted the drink remade so I get what I paid for. I just watch the woman from the drive-through window just pour my smaller drink in the larger size then filled with water so it fit in the Trenta size.It took them forever to complete all the orders for takeout and mobile. I waited at the front counter for 5 mins while the woman who was supposed to be watching the front was taking a personal phone call. I watched them get order after order incorrectly, four mobile orders had to get their drinks remade. It took them 20 mins to make egg bites and a refresher.... definitely not coming back sorry.

I usually use the drive thru at this location and have always had a positive experience. Today, the line and wait were long but you could tell the staff was working hard on in person and mobile orders. They were very polite and enthusiastic even though things were crazy busy. Thanks for tasty drinks and a great experience, staff members!

I couldnt believe this!!! We stopped by here before my brothers viewing service.. and to know that the crew was taking care of the drive thru instead of our orders!!!Who trained you!!!This was 3 weeks ago it was so upsetting to myself, and to my daughters!!Someone should have a warning for this kind of behavior!!

The staff is always kind and quick about getting orders out. However, the bathrooms are apparently sound proof and no one believes in answering the store phone, so that was a downer. I went in to wash my hands before eating my brownie and the lock jammed, trapping me inside for about 10 minutes while kicking and banging on the door. Eventually the lock came loose and I got my drink though, it was as good as ever!Beware of the right side door... Beware.

This Starbucks is on our bike path- we visit once a week. Its typically busy, because of its proximity to a movie theater, hotel and 2 major sports venues. With all that said- they still manage to keep everything well stocked and clean. Kristin was nice enough to hand deliver our drinks and snacks outside, so we didnt have to leave our bikes unattended. Thank you so much! Your extra effort was appreciated!

We wanted to sit outside. It was empty.. All the tables were dirty. I had to ask somebody to come and clean them. They did, but in these Covid times it should be part of their service, besides being state law. It is unconsionable!! When we left a mother a young daughter approached the table we had just left. Nobody came to clean after we left. Wont go back there ever again!

The food and coffee are fine. What disappoints me is that this is the third month in a row that I call my order in the night before but they dont start making my order until I arrive. I end up waiting 15 minutes for something that could have been started earlier in the day. Please work on your daily planning for called-in orders. I call ahead so I can arrive and pick up my order, not wait as if I had placed the order at the register.

I was just happy to find a place open at 530 in the morning. However, even though the service was fine and the food was brought out timely, someone walked in not wearing a mask. I thought it was a tired customer; nope, it was an employee who walked behind the counter and started pouring himself coffee. Not one other employee stopped him and asked him to put on a mask. I also saw an employee come out from the back with her mask pulled down around her chin chatting to another employee.Very disappointed. Will not come back here again. If they can’t follow the simple directive of wearing a mask, how can I trust that they take any more care in the handling of the food and drinks?

As I sit here I see that several homeless type people use this site as a bathroom stop and hangout place for various lengths of time. I also see floors with debris on them under the cabinets and around the display stands which tells me the custodial help needs to up their effort. The sales shelves need some straightening out so they look organised and tidy. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and am enjoying my coffee and croissant while there is a steady flow of customers.

Unfortunately this Starbucks attracts the local homeless population. Its a VERY small Starbucks and even though there were many employees working this morning (7:30am Thursday), it was crazy busy. All I ordered was a muffin and I stood in a long line AFTER I ordered and paid for it to be heated in the microwave. Its not the cleanest Starbucks Ive experienced either. Since its located in the busy Stadium Promenade center and so close to the Honda Center, the ARTIC, and Angel Stadium, they really need to expand the size of the store! For some reason there are not any other Starbucks nearby like so many areas where there seems to be one on every corner.

My daughter took me to Starbucks for my birthday. We did both ordered the strawberry acai refresher when the drink was ready it was sitting on the counter and we finally got our order and ended up with a watery drink . Got another one that was also just as waterery as the first one. Seems like starbucks drinks have lost a lot of flavor in all there drinks think there cutting corners. And there drinks lack the flavor because there carmal and cookie n cream Frappuccino have not been good either same as the acai just lack of flavor.

This is by far my fav starbucks location. I go out of my way to go there. I usually go through the drive thru. The staff is so cool all the time. They pay attention to me and my kids personally and they are genuine! Whoever does the hiring does a great job hiring good staff.

This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. If you’re into wasting time, and things taking as long as possible, this is the place for you. About to hit the freeway headed north and I needed my PSL fix so I was happy to see that this place had a drive-thru but it was it slow!Whats the point of offering up a drive thru if youre going to be slow??? #SMHIf you want to be inside, like I recently was for a meeting, its not bad. Theres lots of parking. Theres lots of seating. And service is faster inside vs outside. You can even sit outside but youre just staring at a dead space. I dont recommend it plus its not shaded so thats even worse. Unless you want a tan, be my guest.Drinks are well made but they really need to work on that drive thru or hire faster people.
