I used to be a regular here for a year. I spent a lot of money at this location. They have ruined my cold brew 5 times in a row and my iced brown sugar oat latte twice in a day today. I live quite close by and I love the location but this new hire or whoever she is made a bad drink for what they charged me $6 and she remade it worse. So I went in now just to let her know it wasn’t good so you can keep it. She made a mean face and said a bad comment to me and complained about me to the supervisor that “he is back again now inside” and said something mean about me to the supervisor. I just wanted them to have this drink back since was bland and I would just leave but this employee made it worse. This Starbucks location has ruined my drinks over $50 already. The supervisor was helpful but not really as she started making a joke as I wanted this to be reported to higher authority like manager and she was like who 911. She just remade for me and gave me 2 $4 gift cards. I did not want these cards and don’t intend to use it. Also this drink tasted bad 3rd time again. I think they missed the brown sugar! I have called Starbucks in the past to get a refund but every time they want this to be resolved at the location and they did not resolve this. The employee who made the drink for me twice made a very bad face and was complaining about me and was not professional like Starbucks usually is. I want this report to go to the head of the office or Starbucks and I want this location to be evaluated in depth regarding the service and the way they make drinks as it is not good. It sucks but I used to be a regular here. Please report this. Also this was built for the experience not much the drink and if the service would have been good I wouldn’t have asked it to be remade! Thank you!

I like the location, and how it is laid out. Its a long shoe boxed orientation with lots of natural light. Its a new location to thus area with easy access to parking. Loving the oleato latte, so smooth.

I went on Saturday about 7 pm. It was lovely. Not many people which is just how I like it if I decide to dine in. Everything was great!

I was waiting for 20 minutes indrive throw and ordered 2 spinach feta rap but when i get to the window the one guy said we dont have. It is so bad that the guy dont know what they have. Wasted my time and never get back to this store. 5:30 pm on may13

Beautiful atmosphere, but I don’t know if all employees are new. I work across the street and I was so excited to finally walk to my favorite coffee spot. I was bummed 🙁 to have got my coffee re done 4 times and the employee even question if she was putting the right milk or how many shots of syrup and coffee I get on my drink. I was like girl what’s your favorite drink, “she answered she never liked coffee” that sucks I won’t be using this Starbucks close to me. I threw money to waste for the first time Starbucks did me wrong… I don’t think my White Mocha never tasted so bland. And to top it off I know my coffee tastes and my favorite one is White Mocha, and to have made it so bad and was upset at the fact I told her this isn’t the taste of this drink. 😞And to top it off I stood there for a while to even get noticed!

So glad to have another close by Starbucks. This was a very new store so the staff is still learning. My usual drink that I know specifically the tastes and ratio was made very differently here but still not bad.I would try them again once theyre all trained.

What can I say. The first 3 times I came to this location I was treated by friendly staff and the food was good.Today unfortunately, the woman at the drive through was rude, unprofessional and practically threw my food at me. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a hot sandwich which both were covered in heavy oil and my sandwich was raw. I can’t comprehend why if the employee is so unsatisfied or upset, why would you interact with people?

I dont know what is going on, but I asked for a white chocolate mocha and for a large size and they give me more whipped cream then the drink.😡

Brand new location just opened (thank God its not the car wash that was originally planned!)Anyway, nice drive thru here...plenty of room for the inevitable queue (though my last two visits have been smooth and not crowded) with a decent size lot. Staff here are polite and the service is pretty quick. The coffee is typical Starbucks...no complaints with my orders. Hopefully this location stays consistent and clean. The outdoor patio is kind of nice with plenty of chairs and tables.
