Ive spent approximately $80 a week on coffee at this location. Never had any problems until i heard hurtfully rumors that had nothing to do with me. This Starbucks is literally the worst every time I come here… we all have our Starbucks we favor with good reasons and I only come to this location when the other is closed. Staff is rude, not helpful, doesn’t greet you when you come in… I always mobile order and it gives me a time and my drink always comes out 10 minutes after that time and 90% of the time my drink is not made correctly and when you tell the barista they get mad… this location needs major improvement… I told myself I wouldn’t write a review but it’s annoying and this happens all the time. It’s ridiculous.Go to another Starbucks if you can

The MOST unfriendly customer service I’ve experienced and unfortunately have had to encounter. Don’t greet you, or even as much talk to you, or call your order out. I wish they wore name badges so I could call them out, but that’s exactly why they don’t wear them I guess.

On door dash they don’t have the strawberry cold foam option I usually add the vanilla cold foam and call the store and ask if they would do strawberry instead since it isn’t on DoorDash has never been a issue for years of my Starbucks order but today a supervisor wouldn’t do it for me for the first time ever

Drinks are made well. The shop in general needs more attention with regard to cleanliness. The outside area seems like the tables never get wiped down, the bathrooms are pretty gross and two different tines we have visited they were out of soap.

Very clean store. I’m a SSV from 6718, so anytime I go into another Starbucks I can’t help myself but to analyze. The supervisor for the closing on 02/28/22 was amazing. She was super friendly & created a welcoming environment. Everyone was ontology of their tasks. Service was quick, about 5 min or less for a drink.

Worst taste ever! I got two shaken espresso in two sizes. They were like half full with a thick layer of bubbles on the top. I understand that sometimes shaken espresso is not full due to its special procedures. But this is the first time I saw such little. ITS CRAZY. will never come to this store again.

Big shoutout to Serafina and the rest of the team.Today I delivered their order from instacart. They were super nice and left a very generous tip. This is by far the very best Starbucks that I have ever been to hands down. The staff there are all very friendly, courteous and efficient. I have not one bad thing to say about this Starbucks at all. As a matter of fact I pass about 20 of them on my way to work just to go to this one because everyone from the management down are absolutely the best! Keep up the good work guys :-)

I love the setting here, the space, the counter. But theyre out of product more than any Starbucks Ive ever known, even with a full cabinet. They leave display servings of food out but cant sell them because theyre stale. So its a Q&A. Do you have pumpkin bread? Lemme check.... no, were out. But the piece in the cabinet? You dont want that, its stale. Ive been in there at 3 pm to find at least half their baked goods sold out, with the cabinet full, and the staff unsure of whats left without going to check.So go for coffee, but skip it if youre hungry.

This Starbucks is quite good, the place is quite clean, theres ample space, and its not too loud. It can be busy in the evenings though. The staff was quite kind to keep the doors open past the closing time for a bit to use the restroom. Theres plenty of options as usual and staff can always recommend something new to try. Its conveniently located in a complex next to a grocery store and other convenience stores.

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to! There was someone wiping down the drink pick up counter but clearly nothing else. I am an avid customer, as a matter of fact I am at one now, and have never been to one this dirty. Plus my drinks werent right and the staff was not all that friendly.

Not sure what went wrong, both my grandson and I got food poisoning. My grandson had milk and I had coconut milk so it must have been the chocolate... having worked in food service for years I know that they dont always clean out the containers often enough. It was the only thing we had common in the day.

The quality of service has declined significantly over the past few months. The baristas seem to be in no rush to get to the customers. Most of them seem to have an indifferent attitude. Today, Sunday afternoon, the barista saunters over after I had been waiting for about a minute (seemed like a much longer time), chewing gum, indifferent and almost flippant attitude asks what I want. Things werent this bad few months ago. The trash cans seem to overflow and the bathrooms messy. They need to get their act together.

They ran out of regular and dark roast coffee. The person that was working expected us to buy something else? We said why dont you make some more? Took them 10 minutes to get our coffee. Horrible experiences from a place that I come to often. If it wasnt in such a convenient location I would go to the other one a block away. The last part is supposed to be funny.

I am currently in this starbucks. So Far this has been my favorite starbucks In Fremont area and I completely agree with the good review. I am sitting next to a couple who are having a wonderful conversation from the looks of it, I guess they are meeting for the first time. Not that I am listening to their conversation. Lol !!! Anyways 4 star to this starbucks for the friendly staff.

I was totally disappointed. There was only 1 employee out front after he took my order the next customer had a special tea drink he wanted so the employee got someone else out to help him. The second employee proceeded to make the tea drink ignoring another person and myself. After finishing making tea drink he answered the other customers question and finally made my iced coffee. The place was dirty and garbage cans were full. Totally disappointed
