Trying getting a drink but for some reason it was closed before hours they have on website. All their lights where on including the drive thru light but no one seem to be around. There is no sign saying closed. There was asleep a delivery driver dropping off merchandise and also said it was closed. They can at least post a sign and turn off lights if they had to closed for whatever reason they have . Thanks

The customer service was great (It was 5 stars) but the drinks were not. My caramel frappucino was not sweet at all, and in my daughters drink the boba was just like these clumps of powder.

Been here about 10 times since they relocated here. Every time they were out of something. Last night all i wanted was a cold brew with milk. They were out of cold brew. Pretty sad. Workers here are slow and dont seem motivated. They seem unhappy. I am not exaggerating, every time i come here they are out of something from my simple order. Wait times are always long as well, every time.

This is a rather largish Starbucks. Very spacious, yet very spartan with an impersonal air. Its nice inside, with ample AC power along the outside wall and well maintained.There is a super long bench with AC power extending north along the middle of the first half of the store where large groups can meet and conference or study together and theres outside seating along the south wall facing the expansive parking lot.This isnt one of the Starbucks that stays own late, closing up typically by 9:30pm; and its not in the South Bay Gallerira either, but rather, across the boulevard in a completely separate shopping center (the Westgate Shopping Center) that it shares with a Harbor Freight Tools store, an AutoZone, Big 5, Sizzler restaurant, DSW Shoe Warehouse, and many other smaller shops.Located on the southeast corner of Hawthorne and Artesia Boulevards it is afforded easy to and from access by those traveling north along Hawthorne or east along Artesia.

The team is nice and friendly, but there is no sense of urgency. It takes forever to get a mobile order. I always order 15-20 minutes ahead and when I walk in, there are at least 10 people waiting for their orders, so I end up waiting 35-40 minutes.Everyone I walk in, it’s fairly clean and quiet which is nice, but customer faces look annoyed from waiting so long.

Im going to give my honest opinion, I have visited this place at least 10 times just to make sure that it is consistent with the ratio of the drinks and the customer service.I want to start off by saying I love to get the medicine ball and a different pastry each time I have to start saying I want a medicine ball with no water because it is so weak it takes like watered down lemonade. Once I started saying no water in the medicine ball just straight lemonade, I to then add to my order to say extra sweetener because it still was weak!I dont want to give this bad review I want to give management enough time to train them on how to make a proper medicine ball it takes as though they put a spray of lemonade and all water and no sweetener in here this is my favorite drink I have to drive now farther out to get the proper medicine ball. I did see the other reviews and they were not so great Im trying not to be so hard on this Starbucks but it wasnt a great experience for me I think I drive further out would be the best for me and my family Ive spent a good amount of money at the Starbucks and I can not continue to give someone some money for hot water. However the ratio is for the medicine ball it is horrible at this location do not go there and order a medicine ball my pastry was not even warmed up how they normally would warm things up I guess they were in a rush to get the order out again Im not satisfied management can reach out to me I will try to go back Ill keep you guys updated😶. I will drive further out to get the best medicine ball.

I walked in at 11:00am and walked out at 12:30 pm the place is desent the waiting time is horrible for as many workers I seen and its really not that busy maybe they need a little more training on time . So customer service and hospitality starts from the minute the customer walks through The door there is just no Starbucks atmosphere here no one has greeted not one guests they are like robots they should really take a look at a busy Starbucks like Figueroa and 30th now thats a Starbucks thats has hundreds of people with just about the same or less workers .a little more training on time and definitely customer service.

I must admit I was skeptical about this Starbucks when it first opened, but the planners did their homework. Its a great location and it doesnt back-up traffic in this busy triangle of intersections. Staff are also great -- friendly, fast and efficient.

Great corner location and very friendly staff. There are plenty of outlets around the edge and even more under the two large tables. Allowing you to get some work done. The wait time to get your drink, at least when I was there, was practically nothing. I ordered and only had enough time to pull my laptop out and plug it in before my drink was ready.

9/14- Starbucks 4402 Redondo Blvd- It was a drive thru order. They took my order with out telling me that they only accept CASH. When i was at the pick up window they just told me that it’s CASH ONLY… really? after u made my order? Hw about telling ur customer before we order….What a waste!!! they said their wifi doesn’t work… and there was a construction going on…what kind of customer service do u have after taking our order u assume that customers who go to your store knew the CASH ONLY POLICY for that day? Same happened with the lady in front of me…. So u just wasted our orders…The other day they don’t open their store and only drive thru… because again they are fixing something…..

I like this Starbucks location, its large and spacious and easy to get to. Parking out front can be tough, but theres plenty of parking across the lot (closer to Big 5). This location gets very crowded with students and people doing work though. Staff is nice and friendly.

We stopped in off the 405 to get coffee and breakfast. The staff was friendly despite being quite busy. My latte was made correctly and tasted great. The smoked bacon sandwich and the bacon egg bites were also very good. I hope they get the bathroom fixed as it was blocked off. Great place and easy to find.

This is the worst starbucks, probably in all Los Angeles County. Waited 20 minutes for 1 drink, and when it finally was out, it was completely wrong. It took 10 minutes for any employee to acknowledge us. They are only focused on drive thru orders. We probably saw 10 - 15 cars get served before we did. DONT GO HERE!

I would give no stars at all. I visited today. Worst service ever!!!!! There were two young ladies working. One with mid short super curly brown hair in a pony and another with long light medium brown hair light complexion. Not only they took a very long time but they also made my order wrong.I ordered a beverage on Mobile device hot. They made it cold. I told them excuse me this was suppose to be hot curly hair girl grab the drink and threw it in trash(aggressively) ..... she said just do it over, to the other girl. They did not acknowledge me at all, such aggressiveness threw the beverage and made it over. Once it was done they just placed it on table didnt call it out or anything. Just placed it there with no name no sticker. What a nasty service delivered today after ordering 3 different drinks today and also pasteries.. so sad and disappointed. No customers, not busy and such bad service!!!!!!

Interesting that this restaurant has reset its Google information in an attempt to hide how poorly it is managed and the resulting negative reviews.Nevertheless I did find that the Starbucks on Hawthorne, just south of 182nd St. is worth the couple minute drive. The team there are pro. . . Perhaps this Starbucks should send their team there for training.

Just your standard Starbucks with friendly staff and quick service. I will say that this location is usually very busy, at any time of day, so prepare for that. If you have the time order ahead so you can just get in and get out. The plus side is that its in a large plaza, so there is always ample parking.

This is large location with plenty of seating. They have tables reserved for paying customers but its not reinforced. The facility was not clean and smelled not like a coffee shop but rather sticky stinky. The service isnt all that great either. At least the ladies room has multiple stalls.

One the oldest and most visited location in the southbay. Great coffee and tea menus. You feel like you are in Europe when they serve the drink in glass cups (upon request) . Good and fast crew . This location would be good to try the mew addition to the menu.

This Starbucks is one I go to out of proximity. Its between my house and the freeway... The baristas are friendly enough, and my order are usually correct, but this is the slowest Starbucks I go to on a regular basis. Sometimes I go to the one in the supermarket that it slightly out of the way because I know it will be quicker...

Experienced a FLASH MOB ROBBERY here... & a regular told me that it happens EVERY day... told by the employees that they are not allowed to do anything (at risk of losing their jobs)... because the company tells them that that any response to the robbery would put other guests at risk... (flash robbery = 15 black teenagers entering the store at the same time where half distract employees while the other half empty the shelves and all of the thieves are gone from the store within 2 minutes) BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU CAFFEINATE...

The sales associate stated that she could only give me an $11 credit . I asked for an explanation, and she only repeated her previous statement.. I ordered salted cream coffee nitro here but this came out as my order. I always order this coffee so I know how it looks like and how it taste. I immediately noticed this is not salted cream coffee nitro and I asked barista if this was my order. And she said yes and she blended it. I dont think she knows how to make this order. However, whole tables taken for laptop, phone, books. These are 4 chair tables, with one student taking the whole table. Time for a new Starbucks. Go students go! Can I have a chair?

Beware! This particular Starbucks cafe regularly turns OFF their Wi-Fi. Even when notified that Wi-Fi is down, staff will not turn back on. If you live nearby, I recommend the Starbucks on 190th in Redondo.
