They take forever to make drinks at this place. I understand when its busy it will take some time but Ive been here when there was only 2 cars and they still take over 15+ minutes to make just one drink.

Everytime I go to this location the wait time is long and my coffee is always horrible. The shots taste dead and bitter!!! As a former barista, Thats the worst! Baristas just dont hold up their drink standards anymore, very disappointing.

I was greeted with an “awesome” at the end of our monetary exchange. The lighting always makes me wanna cringe at first, then my brain says it alright—no fluorescents here so I always have this startled look on my face, sometimes grateful. My 4 dollar card worked no problems. Coffee was called out in string confidence. Love that as I can’t hear well. Is it Bowie’s death or birthday....though totally enjoying this tribute to him. There are two books here and plenty of accessible plugs. Not much in the way of comfortable seating except over there in the secret nook. There is NO lock on the bathroom or secret codes. The employees seem sweet and kind. It’s still raining so here we sit, though I think it’s time to don the boots and get out there. It’s quiet, not so loud or rushed. Parking is easy. There a good field for dog walking over across the street, though it’s muddy. There’s the people in the corner, that one guy and plug lunges. It’s all normal. Scored the backing to the new sign to use for coloring!! Yes!!

This is the only Starbucks I have gone to that takes a minimum of 25 minutes to make orders. The line moves very slow in drive thru and the orders take a long time before they are ready inside. This location is closer to my home, so I would opt to go here but each and everytime its minimum 25 minutes or longer. It doesnt matter what time of day.... I dont understand why it takes sooo long, I stopped going to this location and either go to a different coffeehouse or location, where the wait time isnt as long.

I went inside to order for the second time this month and again had to wait for at least 20 minutes before realizing I was going to have to ask an employee if they had forgotten that I placed an order. The drive -through is great and also using the mobile app ahead of time. Just whatever you do dont just walk-in and place an order, it may take half an hour.

After a 15 minute wait in the drive thru I receive my drinks - I ordered 2 banana bread slices and 2 trenta Black ice tea with no sweetener- I was given 2 trenta green teas which I cannot drink as I am allergic to the lemongrass in it. I did not realize this till I got home. I was told to use the app for faster service as a solution for having to wait 15 minutes. $16.00 for two drinks and bread that I had to throw away !

Very kind staff, amazing at this very location, excellent customer service, very welcoming, and great artwork/decor. It is also a great place to get coffee, cold or hot, it doesn’t matter because the staff will give it their all. This is also a go to for me when I get coffee, especially a hot caramel macchiato. I’d also get a cake pop, which is a quick and insanely delicious delicacy. Thanks again guys I really enjoyed the experience at this location.

Their drive thru was very busy so I understand the wait for my coffee (reg coffee with cream/sugar) but I needed more sugar and not one employee acknowledged my existence. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask for more. Good thing she happened to grab the amount I needed because she set them in my hands and walked off. Then I had to ask for a store stick from another employee who took his sweet time going to get me one from the back. Coffee had so much cream added, it was barely warm. Good enough flavor for a regular cup of coffee. I think next time Ill just hit McDonalds.

I attended a Coffee with Cops event at this location and really enjoyed myself. I learned how to prepare some of the food orders and how to work at the drive-thru window.The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I have a new respect for those who work at Starbucks.

Starbucks is no longer the gem it used to be. Some of the baristas at this location need retraining. I’ve gotten burnt tasting coffee multiple times from this location. I got another one today; the barista literally burnt the milk. Like how hard is it to make coffee right? Only reason for the 3 star rating is because most of the staff is friendly and the location is clean. But whoever is managing, please, make sure the baristas KNOW what they’re doing!!!

Customer service is a must, I will continue to go to the new one on Shaw and Dale, thank goodness they opened, and have the best service, ever! I understand today was super busy, but kindness counts and after waiting for 45 min. to get 2 of my 6 drinks which the first 4 I had within 15 min of placing my order, and had to talk to 3 workers. I have been to this Starbucks a couple of times due to it being near my house. One of the couple of times I have been here they did get my order wrong the first time. They made it right the second. I was pleased with them actually fixing it and making it right with no ifs or buts. Another time I went there I went on drive thru and arrived 2 minutes before closing time. I was not happy that they could not take my order because by the time the car in front of me finished their order it was already 3 minutes after closing time. Overall my experience with them has not been that bad!..Only because of these 2 occasions I will not give them 5 stars.

I live across the street from this Starbucks. I’ve been here five times and every time I come, they are slow and never have anything. They are always out of everything. I tried to order a green tea latte and vanilla bean and got told they didn’t have any of it. Not to mention I ordered five drinks and they tell me at the end they don’t have drink carriers. They also take 10 minutes to take to her orders and you wait in the lines for about 20. This place literally sucks

This particular Starbucks is okay. The drive-thru is notorious for getting our orders wrong. And we go inside and wait the same amount of time inside as we do for waiting in a long line outside, and thats just for a simple coffee. We only put up with this because its just down the street from us. At least when we go inside we can correct the order.

I use to love this place and working here but COVID-19 changed things for the worst. Ive had my tips stolen twice and my manager told me she would sort it out Sunday or Monday. Monday came by and she ignored my text messages. It came to the point I where had to call the District Manager to figure out if I would be compensated for my missing tips. This is the second time my stolen money wasnt their priority.

Why does this location seem to have so many issues? I used to love it: right by my house, pretty quick drive thru, easy parking to grab mobile orders. I understand it’s been a rough year with COVID but it seems like every other month they are changing their hours, not open at all, drive thru only. Mobile order has been off, today it showed they were open for orders. Went to grab my drink and the doors are locked, told they are drive thru only and to go thru the drive thru to get my order, a bit annoying. Girl at the window was a bit rude in letting me know the mobile orders aren’t supposed to be on and they will be drive thru only for a week or so. (Obviously I was a bit annoyed as well so maybe she sensed that idk). They just can’t seem to get it together lately at this location, sad because I like to drink my coffee on the way to work.

This Starbucks is near my place so it quickly became my usual stop on my way to work. The staff has always gone above and beyond for me. They quickly learned my name and order, even though I usually order through the mobile app and barely spend any time inside the store. Twice already, one of the baristas helped me with my regular mobile orders and showed me how to order them so they wouldn’t be as expensive! She didn’t have to do that, could’ve let me spend more at their store. The drive thru can be slow if you get stuck in it, but they seem to really care about their customers and that stands out.

This Starbucks used to be really good but I have been dissatisfied too many times in thr last year. There are some people that have been there a long time tht are good but over all this location has gone way down. I will be going to the Shaw location from now one. This one has limited hours. The inside is sometimes randomly closed even after all of the stores are open onside. Its is very, very, very slow to the point tht Im irrtitated regularly after leaving. Not sure if they have new people or corp is not givin them hours but it has been a dissapointment and this location has made me unnecessarily late to appointments and other engagements. Also my drink is frequently not made correctly and my drink is very basic.

*UPDATE* we went through the drive though again and that same guy took our order and he was actually really nice this time.We ordered 2 VENTI drinks when we told him he messed up our order he sassed us and told us that everyone inside heard us say grande, we ordered 2 venti drinks and one grande, he kept reiterating that it was our fault and when he gave us our drinks he would say here is your (emphasized) GRANDE, drink.he could have dealt with it in a more positive manner such as fix it and had us pay a lil extra. I’ve always had good service at Starbucks but this one was absolutely awful. The guy was a tall thicker white guy, and he made our experience one that we honestly don’t want to go back here.

But this has to be the worst location to study, no wonder no one comes in here to work or study. There was no one in line and it still took 10 minutes before someone took my order. I made eye contact with several baristas and still no one bothered to say anything to me or acknowledge me. Then they made my drink wrong. They did remake it and I understand that mistakes happen or employees can become task oriented but it felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. My family and I love to go to starbucks I especially like this one because they have never had a problem with granting my request to make my coffee at 190 degree. I like my coffee hot! really hot! The service is very good it is also one of the few that have an electrical outlet to plug your computer into. there is only one outlet but most places have none for the public to use.

This is our favorite Starbucks location in town. Nick is a wonderful manager who runs a great shop with friendly and helpful service along with the quality that we come to expect from Starbucks. I go in after work and after school. I go to study and do homework. Its not quiet music is a bit to loud that makes people talk louder. But I have ear plugs so no big deal. But I do love the cleanliness of the place friendly employees. I see lots of people there for the WiFi and not buying anything but I see how they are not frowned upon everyone is welcomed. This particular Starbucks is not ran very good..All the employees are very young. Their friendly and professional, except the girl working the front register. My son & I went yesterday afternoon, the girl working the counter was more interested in gossiping with the barista, and had to finish her story bout her boyfriend before helping customers who were in line waiting. It was a long wait to get our drinks, my son got his but mine came later & was the wrong drink, but the barista remade it & was very friendly. It was mainly the girl working the register that needs more training.

Over the past few years I have tried to support this Starbucks because I live in the area but, this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Im well traveled because of my job and a coffee drinker, so I have been to way too many Starbucks to count. This local is by far the slowest location I have ever been to. I can drive down 99 to the Herndon location and get my order in less time than it takes dealing with the trash running this location.
