Just watched the Barista deny bathroom access to an elderly woman. Told her to go to Chipotle or Target down the street. Who are you Starbucks to deny bathroom use for paying customers and send them to another business. Stay classy Starbucks. Way to treat your customers.

No outlets as per Starbucks new stingy cafe experience. But this one has a bathroom “closed to the public” too, not even for paying customers huh? And with a sign to boot!So you think I should stand, without charging devices at the Cafe? And consume my expensive morning refreshments, while wondering where I can even defecate in the entire area?At least the customer service is good. The dining room at this Starbucks location looks like it does not get cleaned regularly. There are also no outlets and no bathrooms. This store is really degrading the brands reputation, as being a clean and comfortable place to work on a laptop for a bit.

I spent 4 dollars here, the coffee was ok, but the server did not know what the American coinage I was paying her with was. I found that as disturbing, as her strange aura, lip rings and over all piercings.I guess the time has come for a superior coffee house, a better place to have coffee and pastries.Too bad, in its time Starbucks was quite awesome, but it let Identity politics and Homelessness bring it down. Oh well, bye bye Starbucks.

Bad place to study because no outlet and no restroom. Your location should update on the google map And also put big paper in the middle on the door about close hours for dine in so people know that you’re close at 7.30 pm.

Its nice to be inside a Starbucks once again! I see the great care for employee and customer health and safety: 3 customers at a time allowed inside, masks required. The store has a carefully planned layout, marked by tape on the ground, outlining waiting areas and separate lanes of traffic for in-store orders and mobile order pick up. All designed to keep people at a maximum distance apart. Well done, Starbucks!

This branch is one of the worst in dealing with customers, because I got to the branch at 8:15 pm, minutes before I submitted my review on google maps. It closes at 8:30pm and I came from a long bus ride and when I got there the staff locked the door and told me in the car it was over. He went to the car window to ask, and he didnt open the window to communicate with me but with a hand gesture, and they made fun of me. I told him I dont have a car. I came by bus. Tell me I cant take your order. Those who do not have a car cannot order. Why dont many people in San Diego have a car but unfortunately this is a bad branch and Im sure I will never go to this branch again thank you.

I have given this location a benefit of a doubt that maybe its the barista working at the time. However, over the course of a decade ordering my Soy green tea latte and white chocolate mocha “no foam” never fails. Me, my 7 y old son, and my family were HARASSED by Starbucks employees. We came in at 7:45pm bought our food, spent $44 with drinks and food. The order got ready 7:55pm. At 8:01pm a employee comes to our table to kick us out, then we ask sometime to stay until finish our food, with mad face she doesn’t answer and then at 8:04pm she comes back screaming towards us in order to kick us out. The manager also comes right after harassing us and starts calling security. Even though they were going to keep working for their drive-thru until late night. We left at 8:05pm. First time in this location and never more. Starbucks should know better who they hire for their stores. At this location, terrible customer service! Be aware!!!

My wife is a Starbucks partner and we recently moved to San Diego from Portland, Oregon. This is the first time we’ve been to a Starbucks in californi that has gotten our drink right the first time. The coffee was good, and there was no line to wait in. The reason for the 4 stars is because my breakfast egg, ham and cheese sandwich was partly cold, not slightly, but significantly. Perhaps they didnt want to overcook it, but a cold sandwich is a hard no-go.

WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They didn’t put our full order on the screen before rushing us to pull forward. At the window, they handed us our drinks (which were wrong) and said they would correct them without asking what they were supposed to even be. Which tells me they made it up and then rushed us away again. I then parked, walked inside to have them correct my drinks AGAIN. It wasn’t busy and they still took forever. Also, after clearly saying my name is Devin, they still called me Debbie. Never met a guy named Debbie but cool. Employees need to get it together and take the little bit of extra time to listen to customers.

Ive been frequenting this location for over two years. Man has it changed. They have removed the electrical outlets because of the massive amounts of homeless people. Be careful in the bathrooms. You more than likely will be treated to the remains of a hobo shower session. Hold your nose. Only utilize if completely necessary.

This is a good place to go if you miss your train at the Old Town Transit Station. Its also a decent place to study, or work. The internet is fast. As with most Starbucks, the staff is fast and friendly. Bear are restrooms, but since this is in a highly trafficked area they have a 4-digit code you have to punch in to access the facilities.The only downside is that there are limited electrical outlets.Misc:In the very early morning, between 5 and 7 am there is a security guard at the front door. Theres usually at least one or two homeless people but they are very friendly, and conduct themselves very professionally. Nothing to worry about, sometimes I talk to them great stories.

Same as most Starbucks. Staff are friendly, place is clean. I was about to write a review of irritation, because, they totally didnt even put in my coffee order. It took about 10 or 15 minutes till I went up to the counter. However, they gave me a free drink on my next visit so Im good.

They took 10 minutes just to warm up sandwiches and it was not busy at all. I asked for siracha, something so simple and easy to do with my order and they couldn’t even get that right. Huge consequences for me tho since I’m not gonna drive all the way back, waste my gas, my time for something that could’ve have been done so easily. I don’t get it. Been going there for years, never going back again. Also Christine the girl I talked to sounded condescending about the siracha and sandwiches as if it’s jsut siracha. Really annoying

Product served is typically sub-par with other Starbucks that Ive been to. The wait is unusually long - expect about 15min delay going through the drive through and inside is a hit or a miss. Just the other day I had to leave after waiting 15min with no drink so I wouldnt be late for work, and there was nobody in line ahead of me when I ordered and the seating area had 3 people who all had their drinks - unacceptable. Its the last $6 Ill ever give any Starbucks again.

I dont know if theyre trying to discourage the homeless people, or if theyre trying to encourage turnover in normal customers, but either way, I dont appreciate buying an overpriced drink, settling in with my laptop, only to find my battery is low and I have no way to charge up. I never would have wasted my money. I could have gone to one of the great majority of coffee shops that provide these basic services to their customers.

Place misses one of the purposes of being a Starbucks (i.e. being a place to sit and study for a bit) because there are no useable outlets - perhaps it’s the landlord considering the L&L next door covered their outlets in a haphazard way (with cardboard and tape), and more importantly it could be because the Midway District has too many “loiterers.” Oh well.

If you are a cyclist this is not the place to stop. I pulled up on my touring bike and a security guard came out and told me I was only allowed to stay for 15 minutes if I had a bike. I had not even gotten into get my coffee. His name was Jackson. When I asked the manage she told me it was her policy. I ask several times to get to who made the policy. So I have posted this withe cycling magazine and on the UCI Web. So if you are a cyclist Starbucks is not for you.

Fastest drive thru of all the Starbucks I frequent. This location also has easy parking if I want to use the mobile ordering option. Beware: do NOT make a left turn from Sports Arena Blvd into the driveway. That is an illegal turn and I’ve seen people get a ticket for doing that. A better way to get in is keep going west on Rosecrans and make the first right into the shopping center. Then it’s easy to get back to this Starbucks. Friendly helpful baristas too.

Staff is passively rude when you ask them to do something like clean your table before you sit down, because they are always dirty unless you ask for them to be cleaned, or if you say my coffee wasnt hot or ask for any item they may have forgotten they act like you asked them to sit down to get a tooth pulled. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is because they will do what you ask.

One word...Crystal. Its actually a name, however being that the person its been assigned to lacks all characteristics human, I figure that works. After working as a hospice nurse in which I not long ago held a beautiful young man in my arms as he passed, Crystal had me beat. You see she was on what she called refill fraud lookout. Though I look like the worlds most boring soccer mom, clutching my jeweled (fake) cross keychain looking over my reading glasses with an eternally smiling face (Mother Theresa is my idol and she said that the greatest gift we can give is a warm smile) Crystals face was hard to make out as all I could see was the inside of her upturned nose. I asked for a refill, she had served me just a couple hours ago, and Crystal refused, when I reminded her I was just in she told me she remembered serving me the day before.....I will stop there, as you all are intelligent enough to get the point...Im a fing liar trying to take Starbucks and Crystal for a buck. I realize that I just came from a tiny job and Crystal is something of a Superhero, lets call her Refill?Idontthinksowoman, keeping the world safe from Hospice Nurses and other human trash trying to swindle a coffee from a company that theyve paid daily (or dam close to) for 26yrs but I swear I was just there. For anyone who can, all I have to say is in all these years the Starbucks at Linda Vista by the trolly station is filled with the GREATEST STAFF KNOWN TO MAN, only to be rivaled by Disneyland customer service, go there. Unfortunately, the manger was recently sent to another location, most likely to save it, but the staff she left with her example still shines bright. Crystal, Crystal, Crystal, what can I say?
