Terrible service. Barista could not read my name on the cup so just left the order behind the counter and went back to the register. I had to get another barista to read the cup again, and give me the order. Manager needs to get more involved.

I have lost the taste of Starbucks coffee for the last few days here and today is the final here as of 2/16/2023.Some new stuff are hired they don’t how to make coffee as per customers orders.I would rather make my coffee from a close by gas station which is much cheaper and a lot tastier 🥹🙃

Easy access location, ♿ access in front, wheelchair access entrance. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. The store is slightly smaller than most Starbucks locations, but enough space to allow social distancing. The coffees and other creations are very good.

First off, i just want to start off by saying I love coffee, and Im always grateful for Starbuck employees.But this one on Calvin has unprofessional employees. I mobile order my coffee Carmel Brulee Frapp no whip with extra toppingWhen I got there, the lady asked what my name was? I gave her my name, and she stated it wasnt ready. I waited about 8 mins. When she brought the coffee, she called out a different customer name and looked at me. I didnt answer her because obviously it was not my name she then asked what my name was again. I gave her my name when I received my coffee. I asked if the coffee came with Carmel dizzle and I ask for extra topping which there were none on the coffee. she looked at the order and said you didnt put extra Carmel I told her I know I ask if it came with it? She answered, Let me go check. I told her to forget the Carmel. Can I just have my extra topping? She asked one of her male coworker if they had any more of the Carmel topping he looked in the cabinet and said no we dont. If you like, we only have chestnut and other ones. at this point, I was already frustrated with their unprofessionalism so I answered nevermind ill just take it like that the male didnt give a sh*t he just turn back and left both of those employees didnt even apologize that they didnt have the topping. You couldve at least let me know you guys were out in the beginning before you handed my coffee.just because you were all out, dont just give your customers their drink, assuming it was ok. Rude and unprofessional, I will never go there again and I mentioned I was allergic to chestnut the male employee did not care at all he just walked away like I wasnt there.

I usually order Starbucks through the app for convenience but the staff at Starbucks forget to update the app of what is and what is not in stock. So I had ordered something else, but just in case, I personally asked the staff about the items being sold out and apparently they had them in stock and they had just forgotten to update from last night’s sales. Please keep the app up to date.

Nothing bad to say about this place. The staff is very friendly even in the early morning. Not once Ive had a bad experience. Drinks come out in an expected time, no long delays even when this location has a lot of customers.The one thing thats unique about this location is they put client favorites. Sometimes I see drinks I never knew existed until I saw the board.

This the only starbucks my family come to. There a special menu the employees have designed each season. Maze, Mia, and Jackson just name a few of these folks who make this a special place. they will from time to time suggest a new drink that will rock your world ! Give them a try . 😉

This Starbucks has messed up my order more than a few times. The last time I was there I purchase a white mocha, went to work and took a taste and all that there was was steamed milk and foam. Call and went back that afternoon and the same guy made my drink and when I went to take a sip it was the same outcome. They need to get their people and train them properly.

This place is AWESOME!! We hit up this place at least once sometimes twice a week for drinks for our whole staff. Thats anywhere from 10 - 15 frapps, teas, and coffee.The Baristas know what they are doin.. For sure! Sometimes we will have special orders different sizes and they still get our drinks made quick. Even when our huge order has held up the line n its out the door.. They still give service with a smile. They are GREAT!!

Ordered a venti latte and an old fashioned donut. Paid and waited. After some time passed, they finally called my name, but it was just a bag with my donut. I asked where my latte was, they looked at the receipt, and it confusingly had both items on it, but it said item 1/1 and then listed the donut. Under that, it said item 2/2 latte. I can see why they were confused. Had to wait another few minutes for my latte.

I went in to speak with the manager about re-employment at Starbucks, and I was stunned with the level of service they provided for a California store. I have been there multiple times now, and I have left feeling contented in a way that no other Starbucks in the area have come close to satisfying every time (Especially in the AM rush). I was an ex-partner of SBUX up by Seattle, so my bar for excellence is very high (As Starbucks is originated and localized around Seattle, and all of the local stores are very planned-out and efficient to uphold the companys image). Even on a busy morning, the Store Manager took the time to speak with me. She told me that they were hiring on seasonally in a couple of weeks, but took down my contact information, and told me she would pass it on to any other stores in the area who are looking for help. (+1) for the manager giving her time to speak with me, (+1) for the SUPERB level of efficiency I havent seen outside of Washington, (+1) for the service and friendliness of the baristas working on Bar + POS, (+1) for the beverage quality (I saw them devote their time to ensure quality of my beverage, they in no way rushed through it, and even asked me specifics of how Id like it prepared), and a big (+1) for trumping many priority Western Washington stores in upholding the companys motto: Make it Right. Big props to the team they have there, I absolutely will return

Not sure how desperate Starbucks could possibly be for sales...but dont really understand why they need to be the only exclusive to-go cup coffee/tea chain in the area. Competition is a healthy thing, and last I checked Starbucks doesnt even offer boba. Very disappointing behaviour, typical large corporations bullying smaller businesses.

My laptop was stolen from this Starbucks that I recovered from the apartment complex on 8282 Calvine Road after doing my own detective work (Sacramento Sheriff was useless in this case). Talking with other people, this seem to be an ongoing problem at this location and the management has not done anything in the form of installing cameras to cover the spot where many laptops have been stolen in the past.Avoid this Starbucks if you can, you will be on your own if you fall victim to the thieves on 8282 Calvine Apartment complex.The Baristas are great people, but the store management is insensitive to customer complaints of insecurity, just a matter of time before the thieves on 8282 Calvine Road do something stupid if they are not checked.
