What happened to Starbucks?! Not sure how long its been this way as its been a while since Ive been to one. First off, where are all the drinks they used to have?! The menu has like 8 items on it. My husband and I ordered iced teas. We were taking them to go but they didnt give us straws. I looked at the condiment station and it was bare; no straws, napkins, sugar, nothing. Is theft a problem here!? I didnt want to be rude so I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before one of the girls noticed me. Keep in mind, I was the only one there. Couldnt sit down either cuz they removed all their tables & chairs and replaced them with one long bar. If you want to sit, it has to be next to whoever is there. Finally, we got our straws and left.The only reason I even gave this place 2 stars is because the iced passion tango tea was delicious.

The people working there give off a weird vibe and are not inviting or anything. The guy there just dropped off the drink and left without a word spoken, I also asked for a mango dragonfruit lemonade and it looked like this.

I visit a lot of Starbucks locations, this one is my favorite! Why? Because of the staff. They are the Best!!!Great neighborhood feeling, lots of regular customers being greeted by first name, while the baristas are simultaneously serving a brisk drive through business.

Mobile Ordered 1 grande white mocha. Arrived and they had a notice that the lobby was closes. The line of cars was all the way out to the street. A Starbucks rep opened the door and handed me my drink but locked the door. When I got back to my car, the white mocha was just iced coffee. The Barista must have missed the syrup because I taste no white chocolate. Only choice was to get back in line and wait or leave. I had to go I had other things to do.

Drinks are usually ok. Frappuccinos arent blended as good as other locations, and half the employees act like they hate their jobs. Amir(?) served us, and wow, was he rude....stepped back real quick to laugh and say something over the headset as well. The vibe in the place does not pass compared to other locations.

I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich by my mobile phone when I got there my order wasnt there, i thought maybe its not ready yet so I waited. But after 10 mins one of them told me they are ran out of that sandwich. If so they had to update their system for availability of that thing same as other stores.The whole point of mobile order is depending on updating. Short story I changed my order to macchiato. :/

I ordered here last night around 9:30. I asked for the tall vanilla sweet cream ice coffee. So I ordered a Gouda bacon and egg on ciabatta bread for $4.50 and as I look under the bread I see 3 little half pieces of bacon. I know there is a shortage of eggs but didnt realize bacon was too. I could have gone to McDonalds and got more meat then that. Pretty sad Starbucks. As much money as I and millions of other people I feel we deserve at least 2 slices of bacon my god. Will always get my drinks but will never order any food.

Amazing customer service, I once even got served 30 minutes before it opened to get taken out the cold. The WiFi is spot on, I can upload my videos with ease. And, on a personal matter, you get a pretty good view of the Orange Line sitting at the patio table. Excellent.

Saw my frappucino, next to a pink drink, on the counter when I arrived. The door is locked. Hour sign says open. Knocked. Nothing. Knocked again. I saw the staffs through the glass door, nobody looked at the door. Knocked again. Nothing. I waited another minute. Knocked again. Still nothing.More drinks on the counter. I saw 5 drinks. I knocked again. Still nothing.Anxiety kicked in. Knocked again.I saw 4 cars (with somebody inside), thinking maybe they are there to pickup as well. Knocked again.Decided to ask one of the drivers. She told me I have to go through the drive thru for pickup.🤦There were 4/5 cars ahead of me.. whats the point of placing the order ahead of time but I still have to wait in line for the drink? I got the drink 28 minutes after.The moral of this story? Dont do mobile order after 9pm if you are in a hurry since they closed the lobby area.

This is one of the few Starbucks in the area which is open until 11pm. The drive thru is very narrow. A loading truck was parked right in the entrance and made it so difficult for us to enter the drive thru. There are plenty of parking spaces. Ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappe and lime frosted coconut bar but the later was out, so better luck next time.

I usually always go to this Starbucks when I have my only night off cause it’s closer to my house and we’ll tonight was that night off and I decided to take my kids for a drink we went through the drive through and we order 3 WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE and 1 MOCHA COOKIE CRUMBLE FRAPPE which I thought well what can go wrong right? Well… I got 2 white hot chocolate and 1 ALMOND MILK and the “mocha cookie crumble frappe” was literally the worst btw I have a severe allergy to almonds and so does my kids so I had to spit it out as fast as I could and had to take medication for it I tried my kids before they take a sip and thank god it wasn’t almond milk!

This location is very quick, the line always moves fast. They get your order right, even on complicated ones because I can be extra when ordering. The only downside of this Starbucks is that the line backs up to the street. It can be a pain to get in and out.

The staff at this location are great! I asked weeks ago about the possibility of them having sugar-free peppermint syrup when the holiday drinks become available, and they were uncertain if theyd get it. Then when the red cups hit, I returned and not only did they have the syrup, but they remembered I had asked and were excited to tell me. Great employees, and my favorite sugar-free drink!!!!!!

Drive thru is always quick, even with a long line. Mobile pick ups are always ready on time. Staff is awesome, so friendly and energetic. Very rarely out of things. Parking can be a pain because of the drive thru line, but everyone appears to be understanding. Quality food and beverages.

Some of the staff at this location seem over worked though and have an attitude but you get that everywhere you go, they are human and they are trying there best to serve people quickly and efficiently. One of the employees on the last shift of May 22, 2018 was very rude and disrespectful. We came at about closing time. We were just finishing our food. The rest of the staff politely informed us that they were closing in 6 minutes. Then another staff told us they are closing in 4 minutes in a polite manner as well.But this girl from behind the counter screamed and yelled at me and my husband HEY YOU GUYS KNOW WE ARE CLOSING. And we told her we are just finishing our food. She almost made me choke on my food when she yelled.Her attitude and behavior is totally unacceptable. She can calmly tell us to move on the patio dining and finish our food and drinks outside.As a policy, they should have told us that they can only take orders to go when we paid for our drinks. It seems like I am not in the majority when I say this Starbucks is not my favorite. I visit this Starbucks on a daily basis during the week. I get the same thing every time (Grande dark roast).9 Out of 10 times that will be my order. Only one person has recognized that. I have been going to the place since it opened up. And I know it hasnt been more than 4 yrs. Thats terrible customer service. Most of women employees seem rude and dismissive. If it wasnt one of the better places to get a good cup of coffee I would not go there. And to all Starbucks employees push the cup towards the customer so they dont have to reach half way across the counter to pick it up. Thats so lazy.

This starbucks was once one of my favorite locations up until the remodel. The new look of this Starbucks has much brighter lights the lounge area is much smaller they took out all/most of the individual tables and chairs and replaced them with steep stools and one long table. They have only one handicap accessible table. They had two restrooms before the remodel but now have one. Since the remodel about 5 to 6 months ago i stopped visiting this location because to me the so called upgrade is a downgrade the new look is awful

But just now at 10:15 pm on May 17th 2016 I went in through the drive thru, ordered my drink with no issue . Waited longer than usual to pay but once the female who took my card came up . Was speaking to someone through the headset in a VERY inappropriate manner . She said you guys are asses and then continued to say whos bringing the blunt handed me my drink, without any other customer service qualities and said goodbye to me multiple times before I was even settled into the car to drive off . I arrived minutes before closing time. Normally, I am used to barristas being more hospitable and less grouchy. Not today. The shift leader was busy (loudly) scolding her team members about locking the door before more people came in; telling them to pay more attention to the drive-through, and doing what she said. (By the way, drive thru was empty. )There has to be a better way of treating your crew members than screaming at others. It doesnt look good. Less likely to walk in here with so many Starbucks to choose from.

I frequent quite a few Starbucks. This one is the closest to me but I find the staff not as friendly as other ones I go to. I have been to other ones where the staff try to get to know you or are a bit chatty. Here they just take your order and give it to you which I suppose is fine.It is a drive-thru one which always clogs up the parking and street. There are not that many places to sit inside.

The location and layout SUCKS. The drive-thru is almost always backed up, making getting in/out of nearby parking nearly impossible. And if you go during weekday mornings around 5:30, the drive-thru is often blocked and unusable thanks to the garbage truck blocking it.

They are putting the mobile orders where everybody can reach them and not facing the labels where customers can read them. This has the predictable result that people are coming in and twisting the cups around contaminating them for someone else. If you were coming to use the Wi-Fi with your computer or other electronic device this is not the best Starbucks for that. They do have Wi-Fi and you are able to do this however they do not have big tables to meet with somebody or to be with other friends. Theres a limited number of tables and theyre all very small. Theres also an even more limited amount of places for you to charge or plug in your laptop.Now I know that this is a business its a coffee shop and their main focus is to sell coffee not for people to come in and use it as their personal office!That being said many of the other Starbucks that I go to are just much nicer for people who do need to use the Wi-FiI travel a lot for work and go back and forth from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and 29 palms and so forth. Because of that a lot of times I have to stop to check in the office and Starbucks is a good place to sit down and do that. So there are people like me who really do appreciate the Starbucks that are nicer for us to do such things. So even though that is not what Starbucks is all about I did want to point out that if youre going to come to this Starbucks to use your laptop there are many better options. As far as if youre coming to just get coffee this place would be just fine.
