One of the best locations i have been to i drive around and visit different locations. This location coffee is always consistent always good! And my order is always ready when i come in to pick up. The team is always kind! Thanks guys keep it up 👍🏽 💪🏽

Staff are decent but as a European I think they need lessons in the correct temperature for hot coffee.They are friendly and gave me cold milk to fix the latte and this seems to be a general issue in USA so not their fault really.Also needs better/ more seating.

Drinks were good but service was not the best. Genesis seemed to have an attitude but maybe its just how she is but Daniel was very condescending, throwing straws and papers. Like just hand it to me like a normal person. Very annoying, but maybe it just wasnt a good day.

My drink was made wrong because cashier created ticket wrong. Showed it to Barista and she insisted it was right but finally agreed to remake it. But she made sure I knew I would have to wait for it. I will go to the one in Target from now on. FYI I am a former Barista, this crew needs some retraining.

The worst customer support.I go in take my order and the lady said I can only have an “inch of coconut milk”? What the hell? When does it matter how much milk I get in my coffee?Second, once the second lady finished my drink she said espresso with coconut milk. I responded politely, did that have the pumpkin spice in it? Instead of just saying yes, she said, “yep, and your espresso, and your coconut milk, and is there anything else I can put in for you?” With attitude. You should not treat customers like this.Main reason for the 1 Star, they got my drink wrong and tasted terrible. I’ll go to the Starbucks off Fallbrook now.

Ive been a rewards member for almost 10 years now. This store wont refill my coffee since I stepped out their store for 15 minutes to pickup my daughter who was jist finished dining with her friends at Red Robin, which was just right across the store. Its ok if this is a universal policy. Im a loyal patron of Starbucks and this is the first encounter where an employee refused to refill my coffee just because I stepped out their store. Might as well stop the free refill for star rewards members.

There are two Starbucks in the Topanga Mall. One is located in the target and the other is located by the Red Robin. I was initially going to go to the one within the target however that one was closed. A short walk later I ended up at the other Target by the Red Robin. It was about what you would expect from a properly maintain Starbucks. They worked pretty fast got my drink out in a good amount of time. I wish they figured out some other system to have a line in there because it seems to be overlapping with some of the seating. But thats a really small detail. Other than that my experience was positive and I will probably go back there instead of the one at the Target.

Everytime I come here, I get a warmed up banana nut bread and a vanilla latte. I love Starbucks and I find ordering on the app to be very convenient because you can order at home on the app and then go pick it up and its already nice and ready for you.

Can be hit or miss. Half the time theres no decaf so I have to wait and theres no decaf cold coffee of any type. When the mall is busy be prepared to wait. Good thing about this location is theres no drive thru that pre empts all other orders and they offer Nitro!

I never had any problems with starbuck til now, i was forced to buy a venti when I wanted was a grande . I was rush to finished ordering plus to top it off it was it bad customer service. Oh And i forgot i even think she was training .. Disappointing !!

This is a decent Starbucks location its usually pretty busy seeing where it is located the staff there is pretty nice the upkeep of the building is decent as well which is good there is a seating air so thats cool if you need to sit down but it gets kind of loud so dont affect to get too much work done there

Placing the order was a fight. Unfriendly, hostile service—did not make suggestions to accommodate customer’s wish (espresso with milk). Cafe Americano was watery and tasteless. Left with the feeling of not returning.
