I’m disappointed today with my drink. I usually have an iced green tea with strawberry purée. This gives it some sweetness but not overly sweet. Today it is bitter! It seems the tea was run through the coffee brewer. Like I said. DiSAPPOINTING!

Great experience, was not busy inside. What I liked the best is that what we ordered was available. Most Starbucks have been short on ingredients but this one wasn’t. At least on what we ordered. Its Starbucks! The best part of Starbucks is the consistency. This is the McDonalds of coffee in the US. Every location will give you the same coffee and the same experience as the last.Not the best coffee in the world. We definitely get that from a small local shop. But this is one of the best places to just go hang out and have coffee with friends. I hold small one on one business meeting here if I need a casual place to talk shop.

I’ve had this issue with this location over and over and thought I’d share. The staff is slow and I work in good service so I know what slow is. The looks like they are all new hires that fumble around and don’t seem to remember the order of drinks the my are making or how to make them. I usually wait anywhere from 20-30 mins and get attitude when I express I would like a refund because I’m late for work. 7 staff members can work as as 3 in the airport.

I had a great experience each time I came in. One in particular was especially good because the store had a cup that my sister wanted, and it was sold out in the other locations the next town over. The barista wrapped it in tissue paper before putting it in a bag, which I wasnt even aware that they had tissue paper. Everyone was so kind in there. The drinks and food were just right.

My drinks are NEVER right. Been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for almost a year and every time it never fails, my drink is wrong. They either don’t put the full pumps of chai or if I ask for 7 pumps, they go above and beyond and add so many extra pumps it’s so bad it burns my tongue from the spices!This place needs consistency

They never called my name to let me know when my drink was ready. They just set it beside the straws, way back on the counter. I waited almost 15 minutes. I was standing right near the pickup area. I have never been treated like that in a Starbucks before. I didnt want to pressure them by asking for it...I just waited...and I didnt even see the drink sitting there, it was so far back on the counter. Then, finally, a young woman laughed and said Oh, heres your drink....it was all so off

I typically come to this location (Herndon/Golden State Ave) because its closest to me. I always come daily, typically in mornings and sometimes afternoons now. When I come in the mornings, I sometimes get greeted by with Welcome what can I get for you, my husband and I love that! We love the welcome from the nice lady who saids that. I also love how my Morning Crew knows my drink(s) (my java chip frapp special) & my husbands special iced decaf coffees. Once they see me on the camera screen, they greet me very kindly and always have a smile on their face when they open the window. I know sometimes other customers complain about the rising cost of products and believe me, im one of them. But its not their fault for that, its the inflation and CEO of Starbucks for that matter. The employees have a job to-do; & I definitely see the Morning Crew that Im used to doing it! They are fast and efficient with getting thoes orders out the window as quickly as they can. I give them all a big 5 star.. Kinzey, Juan, Abby, Cassandra, and a few others Im not sure of the names but faces for sure recognize. You guys are all awesome! I love leaving with a yummy sip of my frapp first thing in the morning and starting my day off from there. The afternoons can be a little nuts. Theres a few times I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. I was not happy. I try to avoid the busy lines at certain parts of the afternoons now. Im overall very pleased with this location and the employees I see and got to know more. The hours are nuts sometimes when they are short staffed. I miss when they used to close later after 8pm... 6pm is too early, due to short staff problems or actual shortage of products. I can most definitely say overall Im always a happy customer who always comes back!!! 🥰

My frozen mango dragonfruit beverage was made by Laura and she sets it on the counter without a straw. So I wait at the counter to ask for one and Laura is pretending she doesn’t see me. Michael is extremely busy having a 10 min conversation with a customer, I was well within their view. Ended up reaching over the glass and grabbing the straw myself.

I usually only get black coffee, but today I was craving something cold and sweet and didnt want to have to go very far. This place right next to hoitel. I told the barista that I dont know much and just crazing cold and sweet and like mocha stuff. They offerred me the mocha cookie thing and it was darn good! I enjoyed it so much.

Multiple occasions when my drink has been wrong. I don’t always go back so I miss out on my money most of time. The drinks I order are not hard in my opinion and they are not all crazy orders they are simple drinks that come out wrong consistently, the last time I went back because my drink was wrong the girl even gave me a discount card to come back and that was just last week, so I came back today to order a different drink and again my drink is incorrect. I’m not sure if other people are experiencing this but I have been ordering the one drink for the last maybe 5 or 6 months and it has always tasted the same and just in the last 3 months things have changed. Every time I order it’s always a hit or miss. I guess I will try a different Starbucks from now on.

Evenings are fairly quiet at this location, only one other table used when I arrived. Met a friend to catch up, my drink was the usual consistency, which is a nod to their consistent training.Store closes at 7, but evidently, the lobby closes at 630. With there being one other table used since 515 pm, this seemed a bit rushed.We will skip this location from now on.

As were traveling to S. CA, we stopped for gasoline and saw this Starbucks store. The barista was AWESOME!! He was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure my drink was EXACTLY what I wanted! The store is fairly large and clean, the dining area is still closed due to Covid restrictions, but the restrooms are open. I highly recommend this store.

Worse customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! I walked in for coffee beans, egg bites and a grande soy latte. My beans were ground and I received my bites in a timely manner. But I had to wait at least 25 minutes for my latte. By the time I got it, my bites were cold and myself and a few other people couldn’t exit the door we came in. Not only did I not get an apology for the long wait but I was told to use the other door which was on the opposite side from where my car was parked. Yes it’s Valentine’s Day and a Sunday which could be the reason for how busy they were but mobile orders and drive-thru we’re getting their goods long before me. Mobile ordering is the worst thing that could have happened to Starbucks because it doesn’t give walk in customers priority service...Just my two cents.

Went on Christmas Day to get drinks in the drive through . My daughter always asks for a hot chocolate but made into a frappe. Never had a barista tell us” Um it doesn’t work like that” and rudely corrected any order we asked for. We asked for a cookie crumble and said please no caffeine she said “ that’s not a cookie crumble then. She was so rude if we weren’t stuck in the line for 20 minutes as it was we would have just canceled and left. I get it’s the holidays and you don’t want to work. But we were not being rude and asked nicely. I have worked retail for a long time and I understand working holidays can be exhausting. But this is the job are getting paid to do and it’s not the customers fault you don’t want to be there.

Update: Every time I come to this location, Ive had to ask them to turn the music down. Its so loud in this location. The manager acted like it was this complicated procedure and how difficult it is to control the volume. Really?? I guess Ill just control the volume of tips I put in that jar from now on. Stopped at this location in a tractor and trailer parked out front doors were locked and sign on door stated lobby closed please use drive thru walked around to the drive thru to be told we will not serve you because you are not in a car. Its a Starbucks, their drive-thru is usually really quick; however, they do not have a trash can available to throw things away while youre in the drive thru line. Staff is not able to take trash at the drive-thru window. Today when I was in the Drive-Thru line there was trash lining the crub; not the prettiest. Starbucks coffee isnt the best anymore I wish there was another option available for good coffee in town.
