Been a Starbucks devotee for so long. But the company has lost sight of their customers experience. Drinks take too long--routine 20 minute waits are a staffing issue, compounded by lackadaisical employees moving with little to no urgency. I love their coffee but the experience in their stores (see above) is miserable. Plus the motif is out of date and atrophied. Would love to see the company refresh their focus on customers and am taking a break until then. Good luck!

I would rate this place a zero if I could. This place is a joke, so toxic..they allow predators to work there and if you bring it to management attention they dont do nothing about it, the predator keeps their job but give a hard time to the victim.. This is why victims dont want to say anything because of poor management. Starbucks needs to take care of their staff better and fire the predators. I use to love going to Starbucks but because of how they treat their staff they wont be getting my service. This store in particular is far worse. Lack of management.

My least favorite Starbucks I have visited due to poor customer service. Drive-thru customers take priority here and those who walk in are invisible. I walked in and waited 25 minutes for 2 hot coffee drinks. The worst part is that all of the employees walked away from the pick up counter after only giving me one of my drinks and left me standing there without checking to see that I had been taken care of. I had to get several employees attention to let them know that no one was helping me and no one had even begun to make my second drink. Employees were impersonal and indifferent. I didnt hear any customer names being called and my coffee cups werent labeled with my name, but figured they were mine since by the time I got help, all other customers were long gone.

(Drive thru) Multiple visits, different times of day and even different months (to give a fair review) Unfortunately extended wait times each visit (use the app, but not sure if it would help). Once in drive thru, taped signage notice saying cash only on menu (signage before entering drive thru might have been better, otherwise you’re stuck), featured food item (unavailable/ np it happens), received order and unfortunately ice coffee is ALL cream /milk (this happens often - I suggest to ask for side of cream instead). Gave 2 Stars respectfully to the polite and courteous employee who offered to remake my drink, unfortunately I just didn’t have the additional time to wait. I honestly believe patience and kindness goes a long way, however if you are in a pinch (hurry) you may want to try another option.

Friendly staff, went in because the drive thru lines was jammed packed but Im glad I went inside to get the full experience. The staff greeted me with hospitality and one of them was even a sports fan, Go BEARS! and Eagles are okay as well. Nice little spot I might go there next time Im in need of WiFi, this Starbucks is definitely one of my top Starbucks to go to mainly because I didnt get a snobby vibe from any of the staff members. Yall rock!

Very clean, not too busy and we were served in a timely manner. And as always, drinks were to our satisfaction! My only issue was the cashier, he was a lil bothered it seemed with us for whatever reason. Even after we were sitting waiting for our drinks he kept looking over at my 9 yr old daughter and rolling his eyes at her. She wasnt acting out, being loud or nothing. Just sitting there enjoying her drink and talking to my 14 yr old daughter and myself. But he apparently didnt like her.

This location loves to get the pay it forward thing going then guilt-trips when you ask that the person BEHIND you accepts the gift *without* paying it forward Please ask them to accept this pure and simple. Otherwise its fake being nice - but this location specifically, for whatever reason, loves to layer on the guilt. Also - this location multiple times has been very direct, almost forceful in asking for tips at the window. When you dont feel comfortable going somewhere to get a simple coffee, then, you wont find yourself going there anymore! Herndon and Willow - they get my tips - theyre awesome. This location, their entitled attitudes wont be getting any tips.

Ugh, wanted a protein lunch but they only had the egg so I took it. Both eggs had yellow dots on them, 2 pieces of cheese scattered inside the box some kind of sweet raised bread. The whole thing got tossed. Disgusting, part its resell date. Coffee all milk and no coffee. What a waste of $12. Starbucks has hit a new low.

I come here pretty much on a daily basis to do my work for a few hours. I usually order my stuff through mobile order. Today though I had sent it by accident to a different store. Not only did they make my order, the drink and the butter croissant was perfect. The staff is always so friendly here. This Starbucks deserves 5 stars. They are pretty busy at times but really strive to meet their customers needs.

I used to come here often until my orders kept coming out wrong on multiple occasions. I never went back to get refunded or at least correct them for their mistakes. I went a while without coming here for those reasons, but today was the same outcome. My drink was made incorrectly, again. Food is good but when it comes to coffee, it’s unacceptable.

Fantastic crew!! The staff at this location is fast, friendly, and engaging. They make a point of getting to know their customers and often greet regulars by name. They are meticulous and have always got my most complicated orders correct. Located on the corner of Shaw and West.

When I pulled in the parking lot this morning I thought wow this place is so busy, Ill probably be waiting a long time. But I was so wrong! They were amazing, there was a line but they took our orders fast without making anyone feel rushed. And I waited maybe 3 minutes for my coffee that was done perfect, exactly the way I asked! Went to get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream. They didnt add the extra sweet cream could tell by the color and then read the tag and was right. asked nicely for the extra sweet cream willing to pay the extra even tho already charged. The girl said she would have to ask her manager. Then very rude said no! theres sweet cream in the drink and its already made and refused the extra cream. When I called to complain they didnt even offer to fix my drink. I had to throw it away because it was not what I wanted. I dont understand why she was on a power trip and refusing to sell me extra sweet cream even tho it was what I ordered. Ive have never had this happen at other Starbucks. I think they need new management.

The drive through attendant made my drink wrong, realized it then offered to remake it. Handed it to me. It was made wrong. I had to get down and go into the store. This time I showed them the drink with the app. Peppermint white chocolate mocha frappuccino. Remade the drink, and have me the wrong drink again. I couldnt ask for them to remake it again. so i left with essentially the first drink they tried to hand me. a peppermint dark mocha frappuccino. The drink was wrong to many times.

I came in to return some tumblers that I had duplicates of as a gift and the manager on duty was sooo rude. I had a receipt and proof of what credit card they were purchased on and she still continued to be rude. I told her that I had spoke to the manager that morning prior to coming in and she said she didnt care. I work in retail/customer service and have for almost 20 years so I know that dealing with people is like. Im surprised she still works there. Going back in tomorrow to file a complaint. Ive spent over $500 on tumblers alone. I will not be going to this location for a while.

Ive visited this location two times in the past not sure how much has changed since but I received the same crappy service each time. Store consists of mainly either high school or college freshmen females who act stuck up and dont provide much help. They definitely seemed more in tune with chatting amongst each other than providing any service, as I had to stand and wait for help for about 3 minutes before I could order even though the store was pretty much empty. At least they made my coffee right about the only good thing havent been back since my last visit.

Seriously one of the best Starbucks in town. I study often at different locations and this one by far is my favorite. Today Micah helped me and he had the best customer service and took appropriate initiative when handling my transaction. When they called my name for my drink the barista took the time to thank me from across the bar. I was a barista for about 6 years and took pride in working for the company and giving the best service, and I am so glad to have found a store that exemplifies my same values and pride I had when I worked for the company.

I am becoming more and more grossed out by Starbucks. The fact that corporate have cut costs so much that they are demanding that their employees do everything is inexcusable.Employees handling my food and drinks should not be cleaning the restrooms! Bring back paper towels! Those blowers are absolutely worthless. Do you really think employees are washing their hands after they use the restroom?I have spent enough money on Starbucks merchandise, coffee, gifts, and gift cards that I could have opened my own franchise. The staff are pretty nice, but people in the food industry need to stop wiping their noses scratching their heads while they are handling food and drinks. Absolutely gross.

Plenty of plugs at the bar seating against the window and the grand table in front of the cash register. Circular small tables around the floor Two plush pleather seats in the corner, everything else is made of light wood. Seating outside is nice for cool days and get a bit of sun.The baristas at this location are nice and give good explanations when you have a question.

Had a horrible experience!! Ordered 2 Java Chip Frapps and one Mocha Frapp. One of the Java Chip Frapps was watered down...absolutely no flavor. I didnt realize this until I got home 15 minutes later. When I called to complain they asked for my receipt, only they never gave me one! Still they said they would make me a new one, so I had to drive back. Not only did I waste a total of 30 min., but I also wasted gas. I will not go back to this location ever! Bad customer service! The Bautista that took my order name Hafa. Didnt ask me my name. Never started my pour over of a Caffe Verona. After several minutes had pased I asked another employee to reimburse me.
