I took my family to enjoy a frappe we spent like around 50 bucks I always come to this place but the girls they made our 5 drinks with no ice and we live in a hot place. I told them one of the ladies she was just arguing instead of make us another one i used to be a manager of one restaurant and my customers they were always happy to see me...You guys need to put more attention of what you doing. Where is the management.? This is ridiculous 🤬

Ordered an espresso frap, had my hubby pick up at the mobile order counter, didnt notice til our next errand stop that my frap had solid(not crushed/blended) ice in it. yucky to the taste. picked up on 4/20/21@ 330pm. i guess they need to retrain whoever made my drink.

The Starbucks App allowed me to place an order at 9:00PM stating the store closed at 10:30PM. I arrived at the store 9:15 PM and went through the drive thru. I didn’t hear anything through the speaker and eventually said hello? while I waited a bit longer I could see the staff inside glancing and laughing. I pulled up to the window and waited until someone saw me. He opened the window and said they were closed. I told him the app allowed me to place an order, he said they’re closed so there’s nothing he can do to help me. He told me to call customer service for a refund. I asked him for the phone number and he told me to look at the app and closed the window… what a jerk. I won’t be coming back here again.

Typical Starbucks, service was quick, easy. The batistas were knowledgeable about my questions. There was also a cute little sample area... which made me wish I tried the sample before ordering.This also seemed like a more busy area/Starbucks then most.

I also ordered previously had an experience recently with the store stating it was open until 1030 and accepting orders in the app. I spoke to manager Im assuming. She replaced drinks plus a$8 cards.***** But my following visit (the next evening) to this location was terrible. The girl was not paying attention to me while I ordered(this is why I use the app) and therefore the drinks were made incorrectly as well as the screen was not on to be able to correct her mistakes. On top of this while at the window for an over extended period of time...I saw the problem. 2 workers from tiny blonde giggle girl to larger Caucasian male both on their phones. The 3rd (on food) I have no opinion. My local store monterey and c.c is mopping these workers. I have never seen a phone out a single time the multiple times ive been. Training/coaching please.

Not that anyone cares about a Starbucks review, but, 50% off sale on cold drinks and 2 weeks in a row, they can’t make blended drinks. Really! Sale on cold drinks and the only 2 times they can’t make frappes. Last week no base and this week they dont have a single blender that works. Very frustrating

Service here was fantastic, ordered my Items and they were made quickly and correctly, Jasmine an employee at this location is such a great addition to this store not that all the employees here are not great, but she goes out of her way to try and write as many positive and up lifting comments on cups as possible. It’s such a tiny act with such a huge impact. I love coming in and getting to see what msg i’m getting that day, Jasmine thank u for starting my day off right, I hope u never lose this quality, it truly is so special when someone just wants to spread love and kindness. Shows different type of Starbucks Cups available on the app, but not in thestore. Lady in drive thru was rude when whenasked if the cup was in stock. She said if wewant to see what they have available to toinside the store. Just say sorry its notavailable.Had the same issue no cups available at Washington but they where not rude about it just apologized. Very nice and professional about situations like this.

Been here a few times, but definitely my first interaction with Julie. She is nothing short of AMAZING! Super high energy (even right at the end of her shift), welcoming, genuinely cares about your customer experience, superb customer service, remembers our names, and even gave me a hug and wished me a happy birthday! I will definitely go out of my way to come to this Starbucks in the future. 5 stars!

My wife and I have stopped here a few times. The service is usually fast and worth a tip. One time we had to prompt the barista to add ingredients to complete a drink, but we chalked that up to them being new. We normally walk in but the drive thru also seems fast.

Service is wonderful! They are busy during certain hours but, if you know the area you well, its easy to avoid the long lines. However, if you do get caught in the rush they do try their best to get the orders out fast and to order. I enjoy going to this Starbucks the few times that I actually do and I strongly recommend this starbucks because of the wonderful service and cozy environment.

Ok so 2 years ago We loved across the street from this Starbucks. It was Bright and The Staff was Amazing! Well time can either be kind or in this case very cruel. The Staff was kinda bitter. They seemed to be completely unorganized and the Facility was Filthy. The cases were bleak and depressing. My drink was a simple Cafe Mocha yet the Angry Barista poured it into a cup told me to drink it then proceeded to give me another cup with whipped cream to pour on top of the drink?!?! So that be clear Starbucks got rid of Straws to help the environment but never mentioned using 2 cups per drink? Seems so wasteful. Our town has so many choices make sure this is not one of them. Honestly its such a shame. The one in Palm Desert next to Sams Club is always a good choice. 🐻

I am delighted to report that I have been able to change my opinion of this Starbucks. Their soy lattes are wonderful and their food ordering has improved magnificently. Ive been able to order whatever sandwiches I want without anything being out-of-stock. Yay!

Theres always a line around the corner when I go to this Starbucks, at least for the cars. The parking lot simply is not set up well for this sort of busy location. However they are always nice and fairly quick. If you like Starbucks, you shouldnt have any problems here!

This location is not my normal location but due to my work location changing I have stopped here 3 times and my drink has never been correct. Today was the last time I will stop here. I will continue to go to the location off vista chino and Landau I would rather leave my house 15 minutes early to stop here and get my coffee made correctly and head to work then keep paying 5.25 for a coffee that I dont drink. As well as mobile order service here is a joke. You have to wait and ask for your drink and when you ask you get a deep breath like she is annoyed that you asked for the coffee you purchased. Staff is always friendly and professional and quick to get an order and have it to you. This is of course the drive thru.As an opinion this is not a quiet Starbucks. If your looking for quiet place to read your paper find another. This Starbucks is the other side of the coin. Fast, socializing and always moving.Managers have done a pretty good job in managing the facilities lack of space, parking and traffic routing. But the storefront is located in a busy business and shopping cross roads making it productive. Albeit the vehicle traffic, and parking situation.

Im always having issues with this starbucks, whether the drink is made wrong or bad customer service. The first few times I had issues was the drinks were made wrong but I never took them back, I just drank them as is. I wouldve taken them back but it wouldve made me late for work. Today was the last straw. I pulled up to the drive thru and had just began to order my drink. And before I knew it they were giving me my total before I even finished ordering. Messed up order multiple times, due to me being in a rush to get to work and the long line theirs isnt much I can really do. Got coffee this morning, and asked for a coffee with 2 espresso shots instead of three and the lady gave me a Quad, thats 4 shots of espresso and I could not drink the coffee it just was too strong and not enjoyable. The second coffee I ordered this morning was another Espresso this time with no caramel, but to my surprise their was caramel. I get it people make mistakes, but im not trying to waste my money based on those mistakes. I work customer service as well and I get it but someone need to be held accountable. Your coffee is too expensive and time consuming to be getting orders wrong.

Sanitary issues here are bad.The bathroom has black (fungii) stains on walls and floors around the sink and toilet.The tables and floors in the store, as well as the kitchen area were dirty.One of the employees was compacting the trash inside a bag with bare hands. After she finished, she just cleaned her hands with a towel and went back to prepare drinks.I have been a customer for many years and visited Starbucks in many cities and different countries. This is the worst location i have ever encountered.

Welcome! as we walked in from late summer heat... This was the highlight of our experience. 3 employees stood behind the counter. As we approached one of the employees asked whos up front as they all scrambled to look busy. An awkward few seconds went by as we were greeted by the person up front. One of the items we ordered was a nitro sweet cream cold brew. The employee preparing this drink quickly exclaimed that they were outta nitro as she fumbled with the tank under the counter...laughing was heard in the back as she continued to struggle. About a min passed before she got the help she requested. The nitro cold brew was delivered but alas was not sweet cream. While no one was hurt time, efficiency, and over all experience was wasted.

Just what you expect from a Starbucks. Clean bathrooms, reasonably good wi-fi, hot coffee to your taste and friendly people. Close to 10 fwy from Monterey ramp for easy on and off. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but there is a lot going on in the area.
