This was such a great experience at this Starbucks! The barista Liv was so kind, attentive and helpful. Everyone who walked in was immediately greeted and welcomed in. Liv took my order and was so patient with me, and helping by offer suggestions. The store itself was decorated very cute and seemed to do a lot of community outreach. It was awesome!

When ordering a drink you are paying for ICE. 90% of the cup is Ice with 10% actual beverage. They will not add more but charge you for another drink. If ordering request little or no ice otherwise you are paying $7 for a cup of ice,

This was my drink...I asked for light ice and you can still see theres a good amount of ice. When I asked if they could remake it he asked me what was wrong with it. Lol wheres the rest of my drink? I was so embarrassed as people around were listening. He just added more cream and I left.

The staff are great, fast, friendly and efficient. They treat you like family calling you by name if you are a regular customer. I love the 50% discount on all Starbuckd holiday gift items. The place is always busy especially in the morning.Erwin

Ok this is the second time I had to deal with the customer service at this Starbucks. I ordered a hot sandwich and ended up waiting for it for about 7 minutes because the barista who was in charge of heating up the food did call the name once the sandwich was ready! It was annoying because she called out the other customers name who was after me. I don’t know what the deal is with this Starbucks, but I don’t think I want toGive them a third chance to mess up my order.

Staff working the open shift Monday through Thursday is amazing and handle the crowd great. How ever the Saturday shift in the middle of the day with no crowd would rather stand around and talk than make drinks. 3 people waited 30 min for drinks. Kind of ridiculous

They stop heating food up and hour and a half before they close. Never heard of that before.. Other than that the place is great, especially the barista named Manny he makes the whole experience worthwhile and light hearted. Love you Manny!

I like this location. I havent been at this location since the pandemic. I think the ownership changed. The clerks were not friendly early in the morning 🙄 My order wasnt correct. I didnt have time for the clerk to correct it.

Went in to get a drink with my grandma. We were the only ones there. Ordered our drinks, took them 30 mins! After they made it, they never called it out. The lady and the guy sat there flirting instead. Lady said that she forgot. After waiting, the drinks were all wrong. We were so mad at waiting we just wanted to leave. Even saw another lady complain about her drink as well during this time. Went home to poor my drink out, it was so gross.

If you go early morning its great service but around the second or third shift (~9am) they get two employees busting their ass and one or two more employees that either do a lax job or not working at all. Today I watched a girl (I assume she was the manager?) Just take her time walking from the back room to the floor not really helping any of the other employees. She took someones order but then severly took her time with it. Probably about the third time Ive seen this too. Makes the line go to the door and orders take about 10 min longer than they need to.

Maybe a tad early on Christmas, but who isnt? Always a pleasure going into a Starbucks thats clean, fast, and friendly and they even really know your name! Can sometimes be too busy, but always worth the wait. If youre in a hurry a classic cup of brewed coffee is the fastest way to get in and out and you can doctor it up however youd like... win win!

There is a shift supervisor his name is Manny he is great. Very personable and friendly, great with drink and good suggestions and quick witted. This store has high turnover of first job baristas who either dont know how to work or dont want to or both. But Manny has been a mainstay there for a number of years and I go out if my way to visit this location because of him, Bernice, and Sarah. But Makayla left for UCLA she was great to. I guess the manager Tim really knows how to pick em.

Terrible service. Person ahead in line ordered about 20 coffees. 4 people working. One cashier and one barista. Instead of taking person aside and bringing another person up to help. the barista spent his time helping person figure out their order and put making coffees on hold. Another person standing around watching. I understand order was large but could have organized better

RUDE RUDE AND RUDE! Rude service from a barista who thought I wouldnt notice she put regular milk in my frappe just because I also wanted whipped cream. I even told her i wanted coconut milk, and I knew she was going to ignore my request when she asked if I wanted whipped cream still. She doesnt know if I was lactose intolerant but willing to pay a small personal price (was MORE than a small personal price yesterday) for the whipped cream or if it went against my religious beliefs. Starbucks needs to hire honest workers who deserve jobs not lazy high school students.Barista was kinda chubby and pretty with dark hair and fair skin working yesterday 12/21/2018 at 1pm, so watch out for her if your drink is more complex than the usual order. Im surprised Starbucks doesnt enforce the customer is always right policy when it comes to their own personal order that they will be drinking.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been! Me and my husband had to wait about 10 minutes to order and it took over 20 minutes to get our drink, it was not busy at all. The barista was trying to ignore us and gave us dirty looks while ordering.
