Staff is rude always have horrible attitude problems ( larger woman with dyed red hair) if dare ask for light ice they fill it almost to top and smile about it like its a joke. Ask for oatmilk do to allergy and of course it wasnt 3rd time in a row. Will not be going back.

After seeing this person on more than one occassion, i have no choice but to rate 1 star. Lily, the Manager, has a condescending way of speaking to customers and employees. She should not manage any establishments that honors customer service. Or that wants their employees to feel respected. I left there feeling like I wouldnt want to ever order from starbucks again.

Update :This location has dramatically improved! The remodel of the interior was way overdue, and it reflects in the excellent customer service Ive been receiving as a local. Big shout out to Freida who kindly remembers my name and tells me good morning every day she is working.Avoid this location. Understaffed, mobile orders take 30+ minutes. Drinks are never full. Watched a barista scrape whip cream off a drink and put it back in blender rather than remake. This could make someone ill. Same barista wiped her nose with her hand, and continued to make drinks without washing hands. Mobile orders never turned outward for customers to see names. Your drink will be touched by MANY disgruntled customers before you get it. Staff unfriendly. Coffee inconsistent. Visit weekly and 1 mistake minimum a week on my order, and I tip. Go to the Missouri Flat Rd. location for consistency of Starbucks’ product.

Only downside to this location is they usually dont have the ingredients for the limited time only drinks..the drive through line is usually long & into the parking lot since the location is popular..park & dine inside..it has “little free library” at this location..the workers are dope..

Generally nice people but my family went in the other day to post some flyers up for their church and we’re told that the manager threw the flyers in the trash and they couldn’t post them up because it wasn’t for a nonprofit. As a partner i know that my store wouldn’t just throw flyers away even if they religious, we’d respectfully hand them back and tell them why. Though I myself am not religious I wouldn’t be disrespectful to regular customers who are just trying to be nice.

Wow. They didnt ask my name so they could call out when my coffee was ready. So then when they called it out, I didnt know it and it sat there for a while. I wasnt the only customer confused either. I mentioned it to the girl and she seemed very unconcerned about it. Plus, the toilet paper didnt work in the bathroom. Couldnt unroll it or find the end even. Had to use toilet covers to do my business. Tipped them a dollar initially, and it wasnt deserved. Ugh

Yesterday, my fifteen year old was in getting her favorite drink and sandwich, when they heard gunshots outside the employees proceeded to kick all the customers out and lock the doors, including my daughter who did not have a vehicle to run to as she had walked there. Very upsetting that the employees put my daughters life at risk. Instead of making sure their customers were safe. Thankfully my daughter was not harmed. But shame on the employees for putting her in a dangerous situation to begin with. They have completely lost my business.

Coffee was scalded . I like strong coffee with half and half. Starbucks quality has gone down. I go to many locations in California and Reno. Expresso shots dont seem to be made with Expresso beans. But its convenient.

Natalynn is easily the most unprofessional shift lead I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks store. She always seems annoyed when taking my order while everybody else has no problem. Always has a frown on her face and never seems happy to be there. She knows my order is complicated and will glare at me when she sees me walk in. Love visiting starbucks as long as she doesn’t take my order!

Always fabulous customer service. I rarely get coffee out, but when I do here its a great experience. This time I recieved my drink and it was surprisingly low in the cup, I ran in and showed them-obviously someone new was getting trained, very understandable-and they made me an additional drink. Thank you, Starbucks, for empowering your employees to make excellent customer service decisions. Im grateful for the extra pick-me-up on a long long drive!

Starbucks is handling the quarantine fantastically. There is plenty of seating, and the store remains very clean. The indoor seating has been closed off for now. Starbucks has pretty expensive drinks, but theyre good quality. The staff is always nice and the drinks are made quick.

Ive been to the one on Broadway a couple of different times this past 2 weeks, the first time on a Sunday afternoon and the drive thru was closed when going inside to order after we repeated a fairly easy to remember 4 times they still got it wrong but insisted thats what we ordered then saying it was because they were short staffed and they were backed up! But there were 6 people in there 3 already been served aid saw at least 3 employees working, then the following Saturday evening they were completely closed at 7:00 because they were short staffed!

Disappointing and inconvenient. Placed a drive through order for 2 drinks for Thursday’s happy hour. Previously I have never felt the need to check my order before leaving. But I was a mile away before realizing both orders received were wrong, so had to drive back and walk in to reorder and wait for the new beverages. Additionally I did not receive an apology. 2 different individuals assisted and failed basic customer service. Management may need to step in.

Fast service at the drive through. The staff were professional and made everyones orders very quickly. Only thing is that its sort of awkward to drive into the drive through the way its set up, you can only get to it through one section that bottlenecks all the cars trying to get to Starbucks or the neighboring taco bell

Wonderfully good coffee mocha macchiato and espresso drinks.No they arent the cheapest place to buy coffee in the world, but many people get used to having their coffee made a certain way and a certain temperature with a specific flavor and the nice thing about Starbucks is repeatability no matter where you go.I know what Im getting when I order it and that makes me happy!

Overall, I just did not feel clean in there. Theres a fish and chips place in the same shopping area to the West of RiteAid. They keep it extremely clean.

They went out of their way to sanitize the blender so that my wife wouldnt have to worry about her nut allergy. It is greatly appreciated.If you dont know, Starbucks no longer has separate containers to mix drinks for almond milk, soy milk, and regular milk. Its tough for those with allergies.If you have allergies, make sure you ask to sanitize the blender and be prepared to wait a little longer for your drinks. But, they will do it.

Came here with my mom...brother...and sister in law...what a mistake.We came on Saturday 1-26-19...The place was busy...but here is my issue.1. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our drinks.2. There were like 20 stickers waiting to get drinks filled...and it was not until I was there 15 minutes...until the others came out to help...I even told another customer...who asked me how long i was waiting...i told him my wait was over 20 minutes...he better pull up a chair.5. When we got our drinks...my mom and I got vinte green tea ..Frappuccino....my brother vinte iced carmel macchiato...and his wife vinte...berry shaken iced tea I believe...she wanted peach..but they were out. The Frappuccinos were not good...my mom was so sad...she looked at me and said it was gross...over 20 dollars down the drain...we could not go back and complain...it already took 20 minutes to get our drinks...Never again will I go to this location...they need a new manager...I have never been to a starbucks that was this bad...ever...it was certainly a first...

Visited this location and purchased A Blonde Flat White Venti with Extra Nutmeg, tasted so plain/TASTELESS like drinking hot water, also my cup was not full I paid for Venit I got grande I was robbed. Very DISAPPOINTING, and one Venti Emperors Cloud and Mist Green tea. we took our drink to have in the car. went back inside to get refill, Hot tea and Venit drip Pike. I was informed that they will no longer give free refill unless you sit inside the location, if I take my drink out side they will NOT give refill. I have been a gold member since 2009.Also had my husband, two daughter, sister, and mother sign up and got to gold level. service was very UNFRIENDLY rude. I will never come here again.
