Nice high ceilings and comfortable decor. Service was fine. The latte I got though tasted kind of light, as compared to the many ones I have had previously from Starbucks.

Im having to change my review due to the employees attitudes. Im a regular and was disrespected by an employee/shift lead there today. Do better starbucks!! I wont be coming back, and I will be telling my friends and family to not comeback to this location

Centrally located located at the corner of Homestead Rd and Grant Road, baristers attend you with a friendly smile, and its a safe atmosphere, Wi-Fi access as well, within walking distance to the supermarket, Longs drugstore, Wells-Fargo Bank, Peets coffee, and other business around the shopping center, only drawback; very limited parking available, most people use their parking lot to shop somewhere else, highly recommended

Hands down one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Expect LONG delays when ordering ahead and the cold brew drinks are RARELY made right. Almost always bitter. For example the vanilla cream nitro cold brew tastes nothing like any other location. It’s extremely bitter and not sweet at all. I actually have to drive way out of my way if I want a good Starbucks experience.

The staff here is great with amazing patience, but this location is overrun with pre-teens. Theres a middle school a block away so dont come near here around 3:00.

Pretty busy little spot especially for where its located but I have to give big shout-out compliments to the staff. Im never waiting long and I come here all the time and so do my kids who work right around the corner. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been in.Expect 15 minutes for a cookie, which doesnt require heating to get from the counter into your hands.It is faster to drive to the nearest SB in Los Gatos than loose time here.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Standard Starbucks fare served competently. On the down side, the place is very noisy due to poor design, and the outlets are only available at the small tables, not the larger tables. This makes it hard to have a work meeting with more than 1 person if you need outlet access.

This location needs to be better organized. Its not possible to be waiting 20 minutes for two cups of coffee. I wasnt the only one waiting for so long. It seems that the staff is taking care only of the online orders and the few people who were in the store have to wait 20 minutes. There were about 4 or 5 people making coffee, so is not a lack of workers, they just need to be organized.

I come here in the morning, line isnt usually too bad but the turn around for getting your coffee is. The two girls that make the coffee always look like they hate their job, they whisper the customers names when their coffee is ready, and they dont properly read how the drink is supposed to be made. One time I had to come back because my drink tasted like water, the girl did remake it but after she made three other drinks... on the other hand the girl with the green hair that works here is always super nice, friendly, and assures she makes a good impression. She deserves recognition. Thank you for slightly making up for your coworkers bad customer service.

2 stars simply because the coffee was good. The service was TERRIBLE. I was there at 12:30 on Labor Day. I couldn’t see the name of the employees but I was very disappointed in their service. I frequent other locations on a daily basis and have never had such bad service. There were three girls, one was cleaning and the other two who seemed on the young side had absolutely no urgency to get anything done in a timely manner. I placed a mobile order and waited close to 15 minutes for a cold brew which is already premade and a coffee Frappuccino that sat in the blender for five minutes before they finally got around to finishing it. There were two people sitting at the bar where they place finished drinks and they were clearly friends of the employees and they sat sprawled out on the bar making it impossible to get the drink without having to reach through them. They chatter with their friends while drink tickets piled up and drinks remained unfinished at the coffee stations. They didn’t make eye contact with me or acknowledge me at all and didn’t even call my name when my drinks were finally finished. Very disappointed in this experience and I will not be returning.

Came here in the early morning on my way to a sports tournament in Morgan Hill. Located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking and some other stores (none of which were open due to the early hour). Store had some tables and chairs inside and out but I didnt stay for long.

My tall shaken espresso just tasted like sweetener, no coffee flavor whatsoever 🤷🏼‍♀️ I order a tall shaken espresso quite regularly at various Starbucks and don’t understand why this had zero espresso in it. I know everyone makes things differently but this shouldn’t be acceptable, especially when it’s ordered as is and has no customization.

Great service. The baristas are really nice and helpful and are always willing to fix a drink to your taste. It has a nice cozy seating area and is relatively quiet. It only gets loud around the time the local highschool gets out.

My normal location is the Los Gatos/Highway 85 one, but theyre not taking mobile orders and so I chose this place. I get it that theyre busy, but they messed up my drink. I always order by mobile and never once has a Starbucks messed up my order until now. They seem kinda scattered and confused here.

My fave Starbucks to do computer work in. Parking is easy and theres plenty of seating in the lobby with some on the patio. Staff is hit or miss with friendliness but overall pleasant.

Very disappointed in the service at this location. I ordered an Ice Tea and waited 15 minutes. The drink was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes, but it was only accessible from an employee handling out the drinks. Other locations the name on the drink order is called out by the barista. Not this location. I will not go back to this Starbucks location.

Way to many kids after school, middle, jr, high school kids. I could barely walk through the sidewalk areas with kids, their bikes, just loitering. High school kids sitting on the jeep doors with loud rap music. I wasnt able to walk into the Starbucks, there must have been 50 kids I line and a lot of other kids waiting for drinks or at the seating areas.
