Amazing Starbucks. I am out of state and needed a place to work while my daughter was sleeping, drove to 3 different Starbucks before on settling on this one.The atmosphere is amazing here. The staff is super friendly & upbeat. When the say ‘good morning’ and ‘thank you’ they mean it.They made a small mistake on my order, offered for me to keep that one and make me another.There is good amount of space to sit & enjoy a drink as well as plenty of tables with nearby outlets to work.And the music playlist is wonderful- full of Jazzy and bluesy tunes. Such positive vibes all around.Coming back again.

The clerk wouldnt let me used the bathroom unless I bought a drink. I told her I drove from Long Beach. She didnt care about me. She saidThey are closing early today at 6:00pm. What horrible customer service!!!The same clerk asked another customer to leave because she wanted to go home. I was frustrated, upset, and angry.

Starbucks will always be a Starbucks. This location has some great customer service though! Never had any issues with ordering anything here.

This starbucks is in such a cute location on the corner of the westminster mall. Every time i place a mobile order here the employees are quick with making it and always have a kind attitude which makes my day. Will always keep coming here :)

Order a coffee and a bread, got my coffee, and waited for 15 minutes, asked for my bread, then the lady in charge said she doesnt have any order for me, but I was charged for it, walked away because I was late for work, never going back again

Best Starbucks Ive been to in CA.The vibe is right! Great music, very kind, warm welcoming staff. Its like going into a neighborhood bar, but its coffee.

Horrible brand, the coffee is overpriced and low quality. Better off at any other spot nearby. Support a small coffee shop and get actual coffee thats not just a mouth full of sugar

I asked for access to the bathroom, the manager told me that I have to purchase something to use it. I told her I just want to wash my hands before purchasing. The bathroom was dirty and toilets were not even flushed. The latte I had was hot and watery as if they were trying to burn my tongue. Unprofessional staff, dirty bathroom, bad drinks

I never, in a million years, thought I will be giving my favorite store a poor review. I have been a loyal customer to this location since 2014, my whole life is around the block from here. I have personally known 3 managers since I started coming here. The baristas used to be nice, get my order right with a just good morning from my part. After Covid the store went under a major remodeling and with it a new team came on board, I lost all my favorite baristas except for one or two: Amber and Kim (a very nice kind veteran). Today, like any other morning went to the store in the drive through, I was greeted and I say good morning, I order a Hot Grande Vanilla Late with 2 extra pumps of vanilla and 2 chocolate croissants, 1st I was talking to a man, then seem like a girl came to the speaker, I repeated my order to her, she said, you want a hazelnut something, I said no, I repeated my order, another woman came to the machine, I repeated my order with a well deserved seriously from both my daughter and myself, It was expected that after repeating myself 3 times to 3 different people I will be annoyed and frustrated.We made it to the window, a boy with a beard and a hat with a name tag Eddie came and gave us my order, no good morning, no nothing, he said Next time you should be nicer to my partners EXCUSE ME? I mean, first thing should have been Good morning my name is so and so, I am whatever and I apologize, seems like we were having troubles hearing you, I noticed you were frustrated Then my response would have been I was, Im sorry too, thank you for my coffee, and have a nice day Instead he tries to blame me for his lack of understanding, for making me repeat myself at least 9 times, for wasting my time and giving me a hard time, he has the audacity to come and lecture me! My response? I have been a customer to his store longer that you have a manager, I do not agree AT ALL with the customer service I was provided, I felt unwelcome, discriminated and very much frustrated. You can only assume that I took this to corporation and I need and expect a proper apology from the DMSince we lost Krystal and Brian as managers to this store their customer service has been gone to the floor.Please do something about it Starbucks!
