The girls there were efficient and very nice. It was clean and nice to just sit and relax. I had a cinnamon coffee cake which the girl offered to warm up, and I said yes. Made it delicious. Plus a latte.

I asked for a simple decaffeinated coffee and had to remind them to fill my order. It was bitter and clearly watered down, the worst coffee ever. I complained, and they made me a decaf Americana with almond milk. That was still only slightly average. Starbucks was great.....10 years ago. Not today, be it Sonoma County CA to NJ. Blah, coffee!

The women who were opening the store were very friendly despite how early it was and were very engaging despite being busy.Thank you for the whipped cream on top of my plain ol’ coffee - it made my budget friendly beverage that much better!

I love this Starbucks!! Friendly staff and the drinks always taste amazing. Sometimes, other Starbucks can be hit or miss with how your drink is going to taste but this one never fails me. I don’t live in Santa Rosa but every time I’m visiting I make sure to stop by.

I made my order online and when I get there I still have to wait more than 20 minutes because someone else took my order, people have to understand if there is more drinks with your order it doesnt mean they are giving you free Starbucks ! my daughter could hear a little girl saying her dad: this is not mine, I did not order this and dad says just take it they are giving you free drinks.

I have been here a few times now. In a couple of Baristas in there have never messed up my drinks. I love going to the Starbucks. Because I try different things in the Baristas here explains you what they are and what they think if you would like it or not. And the recommendations are top-notch.

I love this sweet little neighborhood Starbucks. They are always friendly, try to get to know the names of all the regulars and always have warm coffee and pleasant music. It is a wonderful place to sit and eat and watch the world of Roseland slowly wake up. I start most of my Saturdah mornings here.

Very friendly and even had an open bathroom which was critical since we were just traveling through. It never hurts grab a quick Peppermint Mocha for the road.I tried the Subway across the parking lot first and worker was rude and bathroom was closed.

Iv lived near here all my life and been coming since I was little. They always make my double chip frap so perfect! They close early but there is one open to 11 down the road so its okay!

Great place. Great coffees. Hot chocolate and bread. There are bathrooms here and usually i see people bringing their computers. Doing hw and having a great time here. It is peaceful and comfortable. Feels like home. I highly recommend this place. Although whenever you order something and tell them your name. People spell it wrong on the cup. Idk if they are lazy or its just that they dont know how to spell.😂 other than that. They are very kind and great employees

▪Chocolate croissant ordered warm was room temperature and dry. Returned it and asked for it to be rewarmed. The gal gave me a new, slightly fresher croissant and told me to tell her if it were not warm enough. It wasnt; but, I had to leave.▪Grande soy latte was weak.

The store is clean and the Staff is friendly. They were very busy and the baristas came up and asked what they could get started for us, so our wait was not as long. They move the customer thru quickly and were very pleasant.

I lost my home to the fires in Santa Rosa. I was forced to live in my car for a few days until I was able to book a room in a hotel. One morning I stopped at this starbucks to use the bathroom which I was in very shortly (and left very clean) and after was thrown out of the place for not buying anything. And by the way Ive spent thousands of dollars at this and other Starbucks in the past.

Bad customer service. Every Tuesday when trying to use my app for the 50% off they tell me they can’t applied it because “I’ve already used it” when it’s not the case. Only Starbucks that does this every time.
