Came to this Starbucks on 2/6/2024 around 8:15 am after working a graveyard shift at a nearby hospital. I came in and was met with dirty looks by a petite woman (who i later found out to be the manager) I used to the bathroom and came back to the dining room and sat down to wait for my mobile order. The manager would not take her eyes off me as if I was some sort of animal. She was whispering (which I could still hear her) to other employees saying I used the bathroom and what was I doing? She wasn’t asking in way that she was trying to provide customer service, she was totally being prejudice. Mind you I was only sitting in the dining room for less than 2 minutes. The young gentleman who was handing out the mobile orders had way better manners and customer service than his manager who would not take her evil eye off of me. The manager greeted and wished every one a safe day besides me. When my mobile order was ready she glared at me the entire time and made me super uncomfortable. I buy Starbucks and spend 5.95 every single morning but this location made me feel so unbelievably uncomfortable. I am 38 yrs old and I have never felt so unwelcome at a establishment in my entire life. I didn’t want to believe the rumors about Starbucks being racists but here at this location it is clear they don’t want black ppl in their establishment

Tried this drink for the 1st time.. other than the fact that it was more ice than drink, it tasted delish!

This location has the worst customer service, all the short airhead women working there have their own rules, give horrible service, hate their jobs, and are supported by their manager that is helping create this atmosphere. In addition if you complain Starbucks will support the behavior as well.

I came in to purchase a cake pop and a ceramic coffee cup, the California theme. It was the last one. I was excited to get the last one and I look up and this lady is staring at me like I nuts. I ask her can you put my coffee in this. She says “I don’t suggest you do that”… 🤔🤨🙄I ask her “why?” I came here for this and coffee. She says, we can ONLY hot wash it. I said that’s fine. I then order the cake pop for my granddaughter who is next to me the whole time. I said which size fits in this cup and she again says well we don’t really allow customers to use their own cups. The app says you can so idk why she’s acting like it’s against company policy. I tell her, why? I want to use it. She says again, she can only hot wash it. I again say, that’s fine. I tell her what I want, and someone cones up behind her with a measuring cup and tells me to put my cup in it. Now it looks ridiculous they are not wanting to touch my cup. But they can touch their cups and hand to customers all day. Idk where her hands have been but I trust them. And to act like only when my personal cup is being used it’s not ok to touch the cup I am going to drink from. Ridiculous. The woman who helped me has twins one writes left handed, she told me as I was having trouble swiping my card with my left hand.Anyways, I got my cup and my coffee money I will spend it at Peets Coffee where they don’t act like these people at this location.

Nice cafe, nice atmosphere and great service, dont often get to dine at Starbucks but the oatmeal on the menu was surprising which our young daughter happily devoured

The employees here did not welcome anyone when they walked in. They make you wait with no greeting. The flavor of their Mocha is horrible. Minimal parking here. First and last visit here.

This was my 1st and last visit. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and a bacon Gouda sandwich. I arrived 5 min after placing my order....my sandwich was cold, the bag was soaked and therefore my sandwich, half the egg is missing and the cheese is somehow outside the sandwich(not because it melted). My drink was unrecognizable it was so dark. I asked for more of the cream to put in it and he tried giving me half and half then got upset because I pointed out that was not what goes in my drink can I have the correct one please? I kept apologizing because I dont like to cause extra work or be that B, but I couldnt even consume what I paid for.

Went in for a pink drink with sweet cream foam on 12/4 and it was warm. They did not shake it with the ice as they do at other Starbucks. They just dumped the ice over. I was looking forward to my cold drink on this warm December day. Sad thing is the store manager made the drink.

Can’t make drinks right. Ok that’s fine. Asked to be corrected and it’s still wrong. How? Idk. 30 mins of my time wasted. I’m so annoyed bc management did nothing and they need better training on everything imo. Just saying.

Now I usually don’t write reviews but my visit today there was awful. We ordered though the drive thru and got 2 caramel mocha fraps with extra caramel and java chips. The cashier (tall slim blonde girl) handed us the first one and then took 10 minutes for the second one. When I tasted the first one it tasted as if it was an iced coffee. It was so watery it really had no taste. I then told the cashier that it was watery and that it had no taste. I asked her if she can redo it. She did not look happy when she walked back to ask ‘Kevin’ to redo it. 5 minutes later she came back and handed over the cup. She did not even make eye contact and didn’t even say anything when we said thank you- twice! Then to make it even worse the coffee was dripping over the cup and it was messy (see pics). She did not even bother to clean it at all. I was so disappointed with their service. It is not like we are asking for free stuff or taking it out of your paycheck. We are consumers that pay for a service that it is your job to provide. Word of advice for this girl: if you can’t be nice and courteous (even if it’s fake) don’t be do customer service!!!
